    This paper describes the European Personal Air Transportation System (EPATS) STUDY project realized in the Sixth Framework Programme. It consists of two parts: First part includes basic information about the EPATS STUDY project: project objectives, list of partners, project structure and deliverables. Second part contains results of the project. There are presented conclusions referring to the accessibility and suitability analysis of European airports, the EPATS demand forecasting, general requirements, environmental and safety aspects, business models and recommendations. Results of the EPATS STUDY project show that it is possible to replace car trips on a distance longer than 300 km by personal air transport based on small aircraft and small local airports in Europe.

    This paper has been issued in the framework of the SHERPA project under the Grant Agreement No 287246 with the GSA (European GNSS Agency). This document contains the main technical activities conducted by PANSA in the frame of project’s WP2000. The objectives of WP2000 are: To work towards the implementation of a LPV procedure at each of the scenarios; To develop EGNOS National Implementation Plans, To develop and EGNOS Regional Implementation Plan, To summarise EGNOS expected benefits in a single airport. Specifically, the objectives of this document are technical activities conducted towards the implementation of a LPV procedure in scenario: procedure design, safety assessment, business case, EGNOS service provision requirements. The first step shall be to describe the operational environment at the scenario including the level of ATS provided, CNS equipment, the airport ground equipment, airspace and any procedures in place. The purpose of the operational description is to define the CONOPS specific to the airport. The Final FHA of LPV approaches is based on the Operational Model of LPV approaches in the ECAC Area, which clearly defined nominal operations prior to analyse degraded cases. For each operational action (performed by either system, human operator or jointly in the successive phases of flight), relevant failure modes were identified. Each failure mode was then analysed in turn in terms of examples of causes (to check its validity), operational consequences and mitigations, hazards, rough risk comparison against ILS operations, and when pertinent, recommendations in terms of risk reducing measures to be considered. Safety Case Activities drawn up as part of the SHERPA project was accepted by GSA, EUROCONTROL. At present an algorithm of acting while designing and executing procedures constitutes final approaches according to GNSS.

    The article deals with the dynamics of professionally important qualities of specialists in various types of occupations: „Man – Man”, „Man – Sign/Symbolic systems” and „Man – Safety”. The basis for empirical study was based on the four-factor activity-theory of personality. The process of professional growth and transformation is a complex hierarchically organized, with its metasystem levels and the relationships between them. At a certain stage of professionalization is formed by a substructure of integrative professionally important qualities of personality, which determine the professional competence of specialists in various types of professions
    W artykule przedstawiono analizę dynamiki zawodowo waŜnych cech specjalistów w róŜnych relacjach zawodowych: „człowiek – człowiek”, „człowiek – system symboliczny” i „człowiek – technika”. Podstawa badań empirycznych została oparta na czteroczynnikowej teorii funkcjonowania osobowości. Proces rozwoju zawodowego i jego transformacja jest skomplikowana i hierarchicznie zorganizowana na poziomie metasystemu i relacje między jego komponentami. Na pewnym etapie rozwoju zawodowego jest utworzony przez podbudowę integrujących go zawodowo waŜnych cech osobowości, które określają kompetencje zawodowe specjalistów w róŜnych typach zawodów

    Pilotage operations require close interaction between human and machines. This complex sociotechnical system is necessary to safely and efficiently maneuver a vessel in constrained waters. A sociotechnical system consists of interdependent human- and technical variables that continuously must work together to be successful. This complexity is prone to errors, and statistics show that most these errors in the maritime domain are due to human components in the system (80 ? 85%). This explains the attention on research to reduce human errors. The current study deployed a systematic human error reduction and prediction approach (SHERPA) to shed light on error types and error remedies apparent in pilotage operations. Data was collected using interviews and observation. Hierarchical task analysis was performed and 55 tasks were analyzed using SHERPA. Findings suggests that communication and action omission errors are most prone to human errors in pilotage operations. Practical and theoretical implications of the results are discussed.

It focuses on such forms of eco-marketing as greenwashing and highlights a set of tools that negatively affect the consumer perception of eco-products. Such a scientific approach affects the real environmental commitment of companies, strengthens the social responsibility of business and enhances economic efficiency.

    Zmiana struktury demograficznej społeczeństw europejskich, w tym także Polski, wymusza na państwach podnoszenie wieku emerytalnego. Jest to zmiana radykalna, przeciwna dotychczasowemu trendowi obniżania wieku przechodzenia na emeryturę. W związku z tym, pojawia się istotny problem budowania przez pracowników długoletniej atrakcyjności zawodowej. Artykuł prezentuje podejście systemowe, zgodnie z którym długoletnia efektywna praca zawodowa, a także atrakcyjność pracownika na rynku pracy, nie zależy tylko od niego, ale również od jego otoczenia: państwa i pracodawców w wymiarze publicznym oraz rodziny – w wymiarze jednostkowym.
    The change in the demographic structure of European societies, including Polish, forces the increase in retirement age. This is a radical change, against the hitherto trend of lowering retirement age. Therefore, there is a significant problem to build professional staff’s long attractiveness. The paper presents a systematic approach by which the long-term effective professional work, as well as the employee’s attractiveness in the labor market, depends not only on individual person but also on its environment: the state and employers as well as a family.

    W artykule zostało postawione pytanie: czy Biblia jest najważniejszym źródłem teologicznego poznania, czy „pierwszą teologią”? Wydaje się, że w Biblii znajduje się implicite „pierwsza teologia” Kościoła. Jednakże, jak sądzi B. S. Childs, tekst kanoniczny, ostateczny, nie utożsamia się z ostatecznym znaczeniem tekstu. Teologia akademicka reflektuje nad słowem Bożym właśnie po to, by poznać jego ostateczne znaczenie. Jako „druga teologia” jest ona zależna od Biblii jako tekstu pisanego i interpretowanego w Kościele. Dlatego głównym zadaniem teologii jest wydobycie owego teologicznego pokładu w Biblii i skonstruowanie metody pozwalającej to czynić (G. Steins). Biblia sama nie wystarczy, lecz musi być odczytywana wzgodności z Tradycją Kościoła jako jednym z najważniejszych locus theologicus. Podejście filozoficzne jest ważnym locus adscripticius, jednakże nie jest w stanie pomóc teologicznej apologetyce ani nie może zbudować wiary Kościoła.

    This paper describes the matter how a developed product passes through the company. The important influence is underlined here, which the designing process has on the order passage through the company. The fact is underlined here that innovation cycles have been reduced in a considerable way. Especially in pre manufacturing stages, the innovation cycle can be reduced in a considerable way by means of theoretically supported system methods of creative designing. The paper describes key principles how to apply these principles which enable apparently contradictory system introduction to designers' work with simultaneous increasing of a space for their demanding creative work, with the target to increase the quality of their work and to increase the passage possibilities of this "narrow bottle neck" within development and order processes.
