The aim of this paper is to discuss the motivation for a new general algebraic semantics for deductive systems, to introduce it, and to present an outline of its main features. Some tools from the theory of abstract logics are also introduced, and two classifications of deductive systems are analysed: one is based on the behaviour of the Leibniz congruence (the maximum congruence of a logical matrix) and the other on the behaviour of the Frege operator (which associates to every theory the interderivability relation modulo the theory). For protoalgebraic deductive systems the class of algebras associated in general turns out to be the class of algebra reducts of reduced matrices, which is the algebraic counterpart usually considered for this large class of deductive systems; but in the general case the new class of algebras shows a better behaviour.

We survey the literature on well-posed linear systems, which has been an area of rapid development in recent years. We examine the particular subclass of conservative systems and its connections to scattering theory. We study some transformations of well-posed systems, namely duality and time-flow inversion, and their effect on the transfer function and the generating operators. We describe a simple way to generate conservative systems via a second-order differential equation in a Hilbert space. We give results about the stability, controllability and observability of such conservative systems and illustrate these with a system modeling a controlled beam.

Przedstawiono problemy diagnozowania ergonomicznego układu operator–pojazd–otoczenie. Podstawą sformułowanych założeń metodycznych procedur diagnozowania ergonomicznego były badania własne i przegląd literatury, w wyniku czego opracowano dwie autorskie metody oceny: wagową, wagowo-rozmytą. Określają one globalnym współczynnikiem diagnozy poziom ergonomicznej jakości układu. Podstawą proponowanych metod są badania ankietowo-ekspertowe, w wyniku których uzyskuje się cechy priorytetowe i ich wagi, charakteryzujące czynniki: ludzki, konstrukcyjno-techniczny i materialnego środowiska pracy oraz cząstkowe wskaźniki poziomu ergonomicznej jakości. Warunkiem zastosowania metody wagowo-rozmytej było opracowanie lingwistycznego modelu heurystycznego oceny (z wykorzystaniem implikacji w dziedzinie zbiorów rozmytych). Metodę wagową i wagowo-rozmytą zweryfikowano na przykładzie stanowisk pracy w lokomotywach elektrycznych, tworząc zbiór cech priorytetowych i ich wag dla badanej grupy pojazdów.
This papers concerns the problems of ergonomic diagnosis in operator-vehicle-environment systems. The author’s own research and solutions derived from the literature of the subject served as a basis for formulating the methodical assumptions informing on ergonomic diagnosis procedures. Concerning the procedures author develops two evaluation methods of her own, referred to respectively as the weighted, weighted-fuzzy. These are designed to asses a system’s ergonomic level using global diagnosis coefficients. In these two methods, questionnaire/expert based surveys are used to determine the priority features (and their weights) which characterize the human factor, the design/technological factor and the material work environment factor as well as individual ergonomic quality components. To use the weighted-fuzzy method, it was necessary to develop a linguistic heuristic evaluation model (using fuzzy set implications). The weighted and weighted-fuzzy methods were verified using the example of electric locomotives as a set of priority features was created and feature weights were assigned for the studied group of vehicles.

Praca dotyczy odtwarzania sygnałów wejściowych układu przetwarzania na podstawie sygnałów wyjściowych. Przedstawiono oryginalna metodę, opartą na modelowaniu nieliniowego układu w okresowym stanie ustalonym za pomocą zestawu operatorów cykloparametrycznych. Operatory syntezowane są na podstawie pakietu par zmierzonych sygnałów wejścia i wyjścia. Przytoczono wyniki eksperymentu polegającego na syntezie operatorów odwrotnych, a następnie odtwarzaniu sygnałów wejściowych rzeczywistego nieliniowego transformatora prądowego. Uzyskane wyniki potwierdzają częściową skuteczność metody.
This paper concerns the system input signal reconstruction. The original method is applied. A periodical steady state of a non-linear system is circumscribed using a set of circular parametric operators. In the discrete time domain the circular parametric operators takes form of a real coefficient matrix. These operators are determined using an identification algorithm based on pairs of input and output test signals. The non-linear system operation depends on input signal shape and amplitude, thus each operator is determined for the other basic harmonic amplitude. An example of obtained operator is shown in fig. 1. Some results of real current transformer input signal reconstruction are presented in fig. 3. and 4. The described method is effective in some situations. The further investigations are necessary in aim of improvement of exactitude.

The objective of the article is to obtain general conditions for several types of controllability at once for an abstract differential equation of arbitrary order, instead of conditions for a fixed order equation. This innovative approach was possible owing to analyzing the n-th order linear system in the Frobenius form which generates a Jordan transition matrix of the Vandermonde form. We extensively used the fact that the knowledge of the inverse of a Jordan transition matrix enables us to directly verify the controllability by Chen’s theorem. We used the explicit analytical form of the inverse Vandermonde matrix. This enabled us to obtain more general conditions for different types of controllability for infinite dimensional systems than the conditions existing in the literature so far. The methods introduced can be easily adapted to the analysis of other dynamic properties of the systems considered.

Complex assessment of working conditions is a source of information necessary to ensure safety of work. The process involving assessment of working conditions and effective collection and management of information needed to carry it out and to document it requires computer support. The paper presents issues concerning building of a model for computer system supporting the process of assessment of working conditions at control room operator's workstation.

Przekroczenie dopuszczalnych poziomów hałasu na stanowisku operatora kombajnu ZO-58 stanowi podstawę przeprowadzenia analiz akustycznych zmierzających do poprawy klimatu akustycznego. Etapy opracowania obejmują analizę widma amplitudowo częstotliwościowego hałasu dla dominujących stref emisji oraz dobór przegród akustycznych i tłumika absorpcyjnego w kanałach wentylacji na podstawie obliczeń akustycznych. Zaproponowano również zastosowanie podwójnego zestawu wentylatorów promieniowych o znanej charakterystyce emisyjności hałasu. Po uprzednim doborze filtra zapylenia o znanym rozkładzie izolacyjności względnej akustycznej dla czerpni wentylatora, zaprojektowano absorpcyjny tłumik akustyczny zlokalizowany w strefie powyżej górnej krawędzi szyby czołowej kabiny na wyjściu zestawu cichobieżnych wentylatorów promieniowych.
Exceeded permissible noise levels at the ZO-58 harvester operator's workplace provide grounds to carry out acoustic analyses aimed to improve acoustic climate. The stages of this work cover analysis of noise amplitude and frequency spectrum for prevailing emission zones and selection of acoustic barriers and absorption suppressor in ventilation ducts on the basis of acoustic computations. Moreover, it is proposed to use a double set of centrifugal fans with known noise emissivity characteristics. As soon as dustiness filter with known distribution of relative acoustic insulating power for the fan intake had been selected, the researchers designed an acoustic absorption suppressor located in the zone above top edge of the cab windscreen at the outlet of a set of noiseless centrifugal fans.

W artykule przedstawiono nową koncepcję inteligentnych systemów obustronnej głosowej komunikacji urządzeń pomiarowych z operatorem w systemach pomiarowych. Opracowany dla technologii mobilnych, system komunikacji przy pomocy mowy i języka naturalnego pomiędzy urządzeniami pomiarowymi i ich operatorami, wyposażony jest w inteligentne mechanizmy służące do identyfikacji operatora, rozpoznawania słów składowych i całych komunikatów operatora, analizy składni i skutków poleceń, oceny bezpieczeństwa poleceń, nadzorowania procesu pomiarowego oraz oceny reakcji operatora.
In the paper a new concept of the intelligent two-way speech communication system between a measurement device and the operator for measuring systems is presented. Developed for mobile technologies, the communication system by speech and a natural language between measurement devices and their operators consists of intelligent mechanisms for operator identification, speech recognition, word and command recognition, command meaning and effect analysis, command safety assessment, measurement process supervision as well as operator reaction assessment. In the paper there are presented selected problems of the new concept of speech communication in measurement systems (Figs. 1, 2, 3) as well as advantages of recognition and evaluation of speech commands in a natural language with use of hybrid neural networks. Application of hybrid neural networks allows recognising commands of similar meanings but of different lexical and grammatical patterns, which will undoubtedly be the most important way of communication between humans and devices. The condition of the effectiveness of the presented system (Fig. 4) is to equip it with mechanisms of command meaning and effect analysis, as well as safety assessment. In the measurement systems (Fig. 5), the condition of safe communication between operators and measurement devices is the analysis of the measurement device and process state before giving the command and use of artificial intelligence for the effect analysis and safety assessment of the command. The development of a basis for building and applying remote mobile systems of control, supervision and optimisation of measurement processes which communicate an operator with a measurement system is an important goal. These systems enable a remote control of the measurement process quality by an operator being in any distance. It is very significant for development of new effective and flexible methods of measurements. The system for remote control, supervision and optimisation is an innovative solution making it possible to exploit better the measurement methods used nowadays. The presented solution can be included to the attempts of creating the standard of mobile applications for control, supervision and optimisation of measurement processes using two-way speech communication between the measurement device and the operator for measuring systems.

Opis:
The main subject of the paper is the description and determination of the impedance operator of a linear periodically time-varying (LPTV) one-port network in the steady-state. If the one-port network parameters and the supply vary periodically with the same period, the network reaches a periodic steady state. However, the sinusoidal supply may induce a nonsinusoidal voltage or current. It is impossible to describe such a phenomenon by means of one complex number. A periodically time-varying one-port network working in a steady-state regime can be described with a circular parametric operator. Within the domain of discrete time, such an operator takes the form of a matrix with real-valued entries. The circular parametric operator can be transformed into the frequency domain using a two-dimensional DFT. This description makes it possible to quantitatively assess LPTV system input and output harmonics aliasing. The paper also presents the derivation and the proof of convergence of an iteration scheme for the identification of circular parametric operators. The scheme may be used to determine the impedance of an LPTV one-port network. Some results of computer simulations are shown.

W artykule przedstawiono analizę roli, obowiązków i odpowiedzialności ekonomicznej operatorów systemu przesyłowego i systemów dystrybucyjnych w stanach zagrożenia. W artykule rozpatrywano stany zagrożenia dotyczące zagrożenia bezpieczeństwa energetycznego kraju oraz związane z wystąpieniem awarii w KSE, zagrożeniem wystąpienia takiej awarii lub stanem zagrożenia bezpieczeństwa systemu elektroenergetycznego. Dla rozpatrywanych stanów przeanalizowano aspekty obejmujące ograniczenie w dostarczaniu i poborze energii elektrycznej. Ponadto dla stanu awarii przeprowadzono analizę dotyczącą utraty ciągłości dostarczania energii elektrycznej. Analiza miałacharakter wielopłaszczyznowy i została przeprowadzona na podstawie krajowych aktów prawnych, krajowych aktów wykonawczych, instrukcji ruchu i eksploatacji sieci przesyłowej operatora systemu przesyłowego oraz instrukcji ruchu i eksploatacji sieci dystrybucyjnej operatorów systemów dystrybucyjnych. W ramach tej analizy przedstawiono rolę i obowiązki operatorów systemów elektroenergetycznych w rozpatrywanych stanach zagrożenia oraz ich odpowiedzialność ekonomiczną.
In this paper, analysis of role, obligations and economic responsibility of power system operators in states of danger is shown. It wasmade in frames of ordered research project no. PBZ-MEiN-1/2/2006 "National energy security" by Consortium of Universities of Technology: Gdańsk, Silesian, Warsaw and Wroclaw. In this paper, states of danger which are concerned the danger of country energy security as well as connected with appearance of breakdown in the national power system, danger of appearance of such breakdown or state of danger of power system security are considered. For considered states, aspects concerned restriction in electricity supply and electricity consumption are analysed. Moreover for state of breakdown, analysis concerning loss of continuity of electricity supply. Analysis has multiplane character and it is conducted on the basis of national legal acts, national decrees, instruction on the operation and use of the transmission grid prepared by transmission system operator and instructions on the operation and use of the distribution grid prepared by distribution system operators. In frames of this analysis, the role, obligations and economic responsibility of system operators in considered states are shown.

The continuity of electricity supply to consumers located within the territory of individual Distribution System Operators in Poland was analysed. A concentration analysis was also performed, which allowed for the separation of Distribution System Operators who are similar in terms of the indices related to electricity supply interruptions recorded in 2010. These were divided into four groups.
Przeprowadzono analizę ciągłości dostaw energii elektrycznej odbiorcom zlokalizowanym na terenie poszczególnych Operatorów Systemów Dystrybucyjnych w Polsce. Wykonano również analizę skupień, która doprowadziła do wyodrębnienia Operatorów Systemów Dystrybucyjnych podobnych do siebie ze względu na wartości wskaźników dotyczących przerw w dostawie energii elektrycznej zarejestrowanych w roku 2010 i podzielono je na cztery grupy.

Opis:
In this paper, by using the theorems of [Lions (1971) and Lions & Magenes (1972)], the optimal control problem for distributed hyperbolic systems, involving second order operator with an infinite number of variables, in which constant lags appear both in the state equations and in the boundary conditions is considered. The optimality conditions for Neumann boundary conditions are obtained and the set of inequalities that characterize these conditions is formulated. Also, several mathematical examples for derived optimality conditions are presented. Finally, we consider an optimal distributed control problem for (n x n)-infinite variables hyperbolic systems.
