Opis:: Currently used, computer railway traffic control systems , communicate via standard digital interfaces: CAN, Ethernet or RS485. In order to carry out the proof of security, it is necessary to test the functioning of the interfaces under different conditions. The IBIS model (I/O Buffer Information Specification) was used to simulate the transmission of signals through interfaces. The article discusses the applied interface models and simulation results in various conditions. The presented results can be used to prove the safety of transmission in computer railway traffic control systems.

Opis:: Currently traffic control systems in place relay systems used microprocessor systems. A better solution may be the use of reversible logic in the synthesis of digital control systems. The main problem in the design of reversible logic is the transformation of the description of the system from the form of Boolean equations to the reversible form. The article presents error-proof reversible gates and software supporting the automatic synthesis process. The presented programs were developed and launched by the author of the article. The article presents the algorithms used to describe the description of circuits. The results of the programs’ operation and results of simulation of systems with reversible logic are presented.

Opis:: Obserwowany w ostatnich latach rozwój transportu lotniczego (załogowego oraz planowanego bezzałogowego [12]) powoduje, że liczba lotów obsługiwanych przez obecnie stosowany system planowania i kontroli przelotów IFR (Instrument Flight Rules - loty według wskazań przyrządów nawigacyjnych) zbliża się do swojej maksymalnej pojemności. Ośrodki naukowe, przewoźnicy, agencje odpowiedzialne za kontrolę ruchu lotniczego i podział przestrzeni lotniczej podejmują prace, w tym badania naukowe, zmierzające do zmiany sposobu organizacji ruchu lotniczego, którego ostatecznym celem ma być wprowadzenie przestrzeni lotów swobodnych [13]. Wspomniana zmiana wiąże się z koniecznością opracowania systemów, narzędzi w tym modeli i algorytmów umożliwiających automatyczne planowanie trasy przelotu jedynie na podstawie deklarowanych przez pilotów punktów początkowych i końcowych trasy. W artykule na tle obecnego sposobu organizacji przestrzeni powietrznej oraz obowiązujących procedur planowania i deklarowania lotu, przedstawiono propozycje wprowadzenia zmian w kierunku dostosowania obecnych rozwiązań do koncepcji funkcjonowania przestrzeni lotów swobodnych. Przedstawiono propozycję modelowania przestrzeni powietrznej oraz wykorzystujące te modele algorytmy automatycznego wyznaczania trasy przelotu samolotu przy założeniu, że jest to przestrzeń lotów swobodnych. Opisano również koncepcję zmian zarządzania przestrzenią powietrzną oraz zaproponowano metodę jej realizacji. Przy czym, na wstępie należy podkreślić, że praca nie przedstawia gotowego, szczegółowego rozwiązania. Skupia się na wskazaniu kierunku zmian, proponując kierunki poszukiwań i dalszych prac badawczych.
A future growth of aviation transport is being started to be restricted by some existing, at this moment, regulations regarding airspace structure and flight planning rules. Aviation community has encountered some barrier stopping further development of this aviation industry's branch. the future development require some solutions improving system's capability and productivity must be found and deploy. There are national, European and worldwide scientific projects lunched to research new solutions which could improve the system. The paper presents a concept of some amendments into flight planning procedures and propose the algorithm of automatics route generation related to so called Free Routing Airspace idea. The paper doesn't provide full, deployment-ready instruction regulation but focuses on general trends and point some directions of future research.

Opis:: The paper presents the principles of the Automated System for Management Depot. ASMD system includes: - Identification System designed to recognize individuals who enters into depot (marker RFID), - Radio Data transmission system, dedicated fibre optic network, - The place for dispatcher with terminal equipped with interface for dispatcher, - Integration with: subsystem monitoring (CCTV), the position of replenishment of sand, under- track turning machine, position of the laser measuring of flat area on wheels and stickers on the wheels. System constantly analyzes the situation of track and signals from sensors available. The system is equipped with a number of reports to the dispatcher. The elements of detection and device drivers track ensure safety in the class SIL3.

Opis:: One of the most significant road structures completed in 2010 was the construction of southern part of the Bypass around Prague (BPAP), where technological equipment was designed and installed and Road Line Traffic Control system implemented. In the Czech Republic is this system is absolutely innovative and brings new organizational and regulation elements into operation. The system is primarily intended for traffic flow harmonization. It is based on usage of variable message signs to affect the traffic flow so the fluency, security and communication permeability is increased. Thank to automatic speed reduction by defined traffic data is traffic flow is more fluent, distances between vehicles are smaller and throughput of communication increases. RLTC system can identify traffic excesses on communication thanks to vehicle queue detection. All algorithms were designed and tested under project of science and research of Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic, project INEP, n. CG944-033-120 (inep.eltodo.cz). In current time testing operation on BPAP and on a part of D1 Highway is proceeded. System is monitored and all functionalities are evaluated for further debugging and adaptation of system for local conditions.
