    Powszechnie stosowana stalowa obudowa odrzwiowa w agresywnym środowisku kopalnianym ulega ciągłej degradacji. Największy wpływ na procesy korozji ma wysoce zmineralizowana woda oraz atmosfera kopalniana. Przebudowę zdegradowanej obudowy można zastąpić mniej kosztownym oraz bardziej bezpiecznym zabiegiem torkretowania. W artykule przedstawiono doświadczenia KWK Piast-Ziemowit Ruch Ziemowit w tym zakresie.
    Commonly used steel mining support suffers continuous degradation in aggressive underground environment. Main influence on the process of corrosion comes from highly mineralized water and aggressive underground atmosphere. Reconstruction of a degraded steel support could be done with a less expensive and safer shotcrete application. The article presents the experience of Ziemowit part of Piast-Ziemowit coal mine in this area.

    Opis:
    This paper proposes a new fast matching pursuit technique named Partially Known Least Support Orthogonal Matching Pursuit (PKLS-OMP) which utilizes partially known support as a prior knowledge to reconstruct sparse signals from a limited number of its linear projections. The PKLS-OMP algorithm chooses optimum least part of the support at each iteration without need to test each candidate independently and incorporates prior signal information in the recovery process. We also derive sufficient condition for stable sparse signal recovery with the partially known support. Result shows that inclusion of prior information weakens the condition on the sensing matrices and needs fewer samples for successful reconstruction. Numerical experiments demonstrate that PKLS-OMP performs well compared to existing algorithms both in terms of reconstruction performance and execution time.

    The topic of the article concerns supports (abutments and pillars) used in makeshift reconstruction of railway bridges. The causes determining difficulties in the construction of supports for makeshift bridges are listed. The following supports are discussed in terms of construction and assembly technology: wooden supports (from the so-called cages, piles, frame and frame-pile, flat and flat and frame as well as wooden splines), steel (pile, frame), as well as concrete and reinforced concrete. Attention was drawn to the necessity of making attempts to use the remaining supports, or fragments of permanent supports to the greatest possible extent.

    The president of Byelorussia undertook in 2008 certain measures of state support for the agricultural enterprises, in particular for organizing dairy farms. These measures concerned conditions of crediting the enterprises and they influenced the final efficiency of investment projects. A case study with calculation of an economic efficiency of organizing a dairy farm in Grodno region is analysed.

    Państwa Europy Wschodniej (Armenia, Azerbejdżan, Białoruś, Gruzja, Mołdawia, Rosja i Ukraina) w procesie swojej gospodarczej transformacji otrzymują wsparcie finansowe i techniczne między innymi ze strony Europejskiego Banku Odbudowy i Rozwoju. W artykule przedstawiono wartość udzielonego wsparcia od początku działania Banku (1991) dla całego regionu i poszczególnych państw, a także ocenę współfinansowanych przez Bank projektów pod względem tzw. transition impact. Europa Wschodnia pozostaje liderem, jeżeli chodzi o wielkość otrzymanej pomocy finansowej, ale nie przekłada się to na ocenę zaawansowania procesu transformacji: tylko dwa państwa regionu (Rosja i Ukraina) mają status średniozaawansowanych, a pozostałe wciąż zaliczane są do gospodarek słabozaawansowanych w procesie transformacji.
    Eastern European countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Russia and Ukraine) receive financial and technical support among others from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in the process of its economic transformation. The article presents the value of support granted since 1991 for the whole region and individual countries, as well as the assessment of the projects co-financed by the Bank in terms of the „transition impact”. Eastern Europe remains the leader in terms of the amount of financial assistance received, but this does not reflect into a assessment of the progress of the transformation process: only two states in the region (Russia and Ukraine) have intermediate status and the remaining are still classified as early transition countries.
