    Opis:
    Konceptualizacja terminu „uzależnienie” jest od dziesięcioleci przedmiotem wielkiej debaty. Dla wielu osób pojęcie to wiąże się z zażywaniem narkotyków lub piciem alkoholu. Jednak w ostatnich dekadach coraz powszechniejszy staje się nurt, który postrzega szereg zachowań jako potencjalnie uzależniające. Do tych „nowych uzależnień” włącza się takie zachowania jak: hazard, gry wideo, zakupy, korzystanie z internetu czy sieci społecznościowych. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie i omówienie dostępnych w literaturze definicji i sposobów rozumienia pojęcia „nowe uzależnienia” na tle współczesnej wiedzy. Rozważania zawarte w artykule zostały podzielone na trzy części. W pierwszej dokonano przeglądu terminów i aktualnych kryteriów związanych z nowymi uzależnieniami. Druga część dotyczy różnic i podobieństw pomiędzy uzależnieniami od czynności a uzależnieniami od substancji. W ostatniej zawarto krótki przegląd uzależnień behawioralnych.
    The conceptualization of the term “addiction” has been the subject of great debate for decades. Because the term is associated with drug use or alcohol consumption, it is not surprising that most official definitions focus on substances. Despite this, there is a growing trend that sees a range of behaviors as potentially addictive. These “new addictions” include such behaviors as gambling, playing video games, shopping, and using the Internet or social networks. The purpose of the article is to discuss the definitions and understandings of the term that can be found in the literature against the background of contemporary knowledge. The considerations in the article are divided into three parts: the first reviews the terms and classifications related to new addictions, while the second highlights the differences and similarities between activity addictions and substance addictions, and the final part provides a brief overview of behavioral addictions.

    This report deals with the possible causes of suicidal death, which is often caused by psychoactive substances. It is not about the impact that damages individual human organs, but about the action that causes changes in an individual’s psyche. Drugs that are taken for various reasons for a long time can cause dependence on them, and sometimes they also lead to the appearance of suicidal thoughts. The author, concerned about the situation of the increasing number of suicides in our country within the last two years, decided to write an article. Mainly, it is targeted at people who often do not realize the possibility of addiction to drugs, the so-called afterburners, alcohol or other psychological means of self-destruction. The case described in the article is aimed at making people aware that addictions take place in different environments, and that individuals with well-being can take their own lives for reasons only known to them. In order to prevent, or at least significantly reduce the number of cases associated with the intake of psychoactive substances, which may also contribute to taking one’s own life, preventive measures are necessary. One should make adults (mainly parents) aware of their unconscious impact on the emergence of addictions to toxic agents on both the physical and mental health of emotionally immature juveniles. The young generation may not see alternatives to a distant future, and it is the duty of those who are responsible for them to show them the sense in continuing their existence.

    The tasks of the government and local authorities include developing and implementing strategies for solving social problems and preventing law violations related to the marketing, manufacture, conversion, processing and possession of substances the use of which can lead to drug addiction. Drug abuse is a worldwide problem. There are many causes of drug addiction and overcoming it is very difficult. It requires a lot of effort primarily from the addicted one, and support, patience and understanding from the family and people participating in the therapy. Many social welfare, non-government, health care institutions are involved in helping the addicts and their families, and in the development of drug abuse prevention programs. The aim of the present study is to present the phenomenon of drug addiction occurring in the Warmian – Masurian Voivodeship and the results of the implementation of drug prevention programs.

    The pages of this publication attempt to take into account various factors that may affect the state of inebriation or intoxication of man. States depriving individual impact on their own action were also presented in the field of drug use high-grade products, as well as the capacity reduction that recognise the importance of the act or direct proceedings under their influence was predicted. Stressors were classified according to their severity in relation to the issue of the article. Mental disorders were listed that appear in response to a traumatic event. Symptoms of acute stress and its relationship with the person’s behaviour were shown. It highlighted the doubts that arise on particular issues. The possibility of settlement was signalled. At the conclusions, explored issues were summarized.

    Do jednych z zadań administracji rządowej i samorządu terytorialnego należy opracowywanie i realizacja strategii rozwiązywania problemów społecznych oraz przeciwdziałanie naruszaniu prawa, dotyczącego obrotu, wytwarzania, przetwarzania, przerobu i posiadania substancji, których używanie może prowadzić do narkomanii. Narkomania należy do problemów o zasięgu międzynarodowym. Istnieje wiele przyczyn narkomanii, a wyjście ze stanu uzależnienia jest bardzo trudne. Wymaga to wiele wysiłku ze strony przede wszystkim samego uzależnionego oraz pomocy, cierpliwości, zrozumienia ze strony najbliższych i osób uczestniczących w terapii. Wiele placówek pomocy społecznej, pozarządowych, ochrony zdrowia jest zaangażowanych w udzielanie pomocy osobom uzależnionym i ich rodzinom oraz w opracowywanie programów profilaktycznych przeciwdziałania narkomanii. Zamierzeniem pracy jest przedstawienie programu przeciwdziałania narkomanii w województwie warmińsko-mazurskim oraz rezultatów jego wdrożenia.

Drug abuse is one of the international scope problems. There are many reasons for drug addicts and the output of the prior dependence is very difficult. This requires a lot of effort primarily the addicted one and support, patience and understanding from family and people participating in the therapy. Many social welfare institutions, non-governmental, health care are involved in helping the addicts, their families and in the development of anti-drug prevention programs. The intention of this work is to present the phenomenon of drug addiction occurring in the Warmia – Mazury and the results of the implementation of drug prevention programs.
