Opis:
Aim. The primary objective of this study was to analyze the connection between students’ learning efficiency and different indicators of personal perfectionism. The secondary objective was to study the characteristics of students’ learning effectiveness depending on the level of perfectionism. Methods. The participants of the study were 110 students studying at the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”. The level of personal perfectionism was measured with use of “Perfectionism” questionnaire by N.H. Haranian and A.B. Kholmohorova. The level of learning activities efficiency was measured due to expert evaluation with participation of 26 lecturers-experts. Descriptive statistics were used to report means and standard deviations of perfectionism scales and learning efficiency levels. T-test was used for finding differences in level of personal perfectionism among students with different level of learning efficiency. Pearson correlation coefficient was used for establishing correlations between level of learning efficiency and different scales of personal perfectionism. Results. The level of learning efficiency of students depends on the pace of learning, the quality of learning, the ability to generalize and synthesize new information. Positive statistically significant correlations were found between perfectionism and student learning efficiency. Conclusions. The study identified that the most vulnerable to manifestations of perfectionism is a group of students who demonstrate the highest achievement in learning. Due to the excessive expectations of others (real or fictional), they set unrealistic goals, do not feel satisfied with their achievements, do not adequately assess their capabilities.

Przemiany społeczno-kulturowe ukazują wydłużanie się okresu młodości i odraczania zadań dorosłości, co prowadzi do wyłonienia nowego okresu rozwoju, zwanego wschodzącą dorosłością. Proces stawania się dorosłym nabiera w późnej nowoczesności charakteru subiektywnego. Celem artykułu jest charakterystyka rozwoju studentów na podstawie badań opisujących podejmowane przez nich działania autokreacyjne. Odnoszą się one do zadań rozwojowych okresu dojrzewania i dorosłości. Ich opis bliski jest także charakterystyce wschodzącej dorosłości według J.J. Arnetta. Za najważniejsze kryteria budowania przez badanych studentów własnej dorosłości można uznać: postawę refleksyjną, zdolność krytycznego myślenia oraz samooceny.
It can be observed that as a result of socio-cultural changes youth becomes a longer period and the tasks of adulthood are postponed, which leads to the formation of a new phase of development, called emerging adulthood. In late modernity the process of becoming an adult becomes subjective. The aim of the article is to characterize students' development on the basis of their self-creation actions. These activities refer to developmental tasks typical of adolescence and adulthood. Their description also bears resemblance to J.J. Arnett's notion of emerging adulthood. Self-creation actions undertaken by students also shows that reflective attitude, the ability of critical thinking and self-assessment can be considered as the most important criteria for their building one's adulthood.

Intuicje edukacyjne Wóycickiego odbijają się w najnowszych koncepcjach i projektach europejskich i amerykańskich, które koncentrują się wokół koncepcji kształcenia jako spotkania, idei powierzania uczącym się odpowiedzialności za uczenie, nauczania zróżnicowanego i indywidualizowanego. We współczesnym myśleniu o edukacji masowej kluczowa jest, zgłoszona przez Jerome’a Brunera, idea kształtowania poczucia sprawstwa u uczniów, budującego samoocenę i oczekiwania wobec samego siebie. To jednak, co bliskie było Wóycickiemu i jego kontynuatorom, co stanowi dziś centrum dyskursu edukacyjnego, okazuje się nad wyraz dalekie od wektora najnowszych reform oświatowych w Polsce.
The article deals with the fundamental goal of the Polish Language Arts Education, regarded as the student’s development within the area of humanity and key competences needed in contemporary world. The concept of education as the student’s development has been known in Poland since the Twenties and the works of Kazimierz Wóycicki. The traces of his thoughts can be found nowadays in the modern educational ideas and concepts in Europe and the United States. This educational discourse concentrates on the ideas of dialogue, giving the students the great part of responsibility for their learning, differentiation and individualisation in teaching. Contemporary thoughts on education come from Jerome Bruner’s ideas of self-effectiveness, self-esteem, self-evaluation and aspirations. These ideas, however, as well as the concept of student’s development, are unfortunately very distant from the latest Polish reforms in education.

Artykuł przedstawia podstawowe zagadnienia związane z uczniem zdolnym. Stanowi próbę odpowiedzi na pytanie, jak pracować z takim uczniem. Opisane zostały ustalenia terminologiczne dotyczące wspierania rozwoju ucznia zdolnego. Przytoczono przepisy prawa oświatowego określające rozpoznawanie potrzeb i organizację zajęć dla ucznia ze szczególnymi uzdolnieniami (specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi). Przedstawiono także wyniki badań na temat działań podejmowanych przez nauczyciela w celu wspierania rozwoju ucznia zdolnego na drugim etapie edukacji.
The article presents basic teaching issues related to a skilled student. The article tries to answer the following question: how to work with that kind of student? The terminology regarding the support of a skilled student is described and the regulations of educational law specifying the recognition of needs and organization of classes/activities for students with special abilities (special educational needs) are quoted. The author presents the results of a research study on the actions taken by the teacher to support the development of a skilled student at the second level of education.

The practical aim of this research is to propose measures in educational processes that contribute to the development of entrepreneurial potentials. Personal entrepreneurial potentials are researched through the following dimensions: attitudes towards change, autonomy, self-confidence. The results showed that students’ attitudes towards changes are positive verbally and desirable socially. Closer analysis showed that almost half of the respondents avoid uncertain situations. Autonomy, as the second measured dimension, seems to be an unimportant feature of the surveyed students. It is the way of generating income for men, and possibility of showing their potentials for women. The results clearly indicate the need for the development of all the measured dimensions.

Opis:
The article deals with the problem of error-oriented motivation of Turkish students during the adaptation process to a foreign university (on an example of a Ukrainian university). Research was conducted on two samples of first year students: 45 Turkish and 61 Ukrainian students. An error-oriented motivation questionnaire and survey were used to identify strategies for student response to mistakes and the main problems of adaptation. It was determined that Turkish students are more likely to use a Learning from mistakes strategy and are more exposed to such adaptation problems as communication problems with the administration, difficulties in adapting to the new social environment, and emotional problems.

Proces kwalifikacji studentów na staże zawodowe ma charakter intuicyjny, główną rolę odgrywają w nich studenci oraz pracodawcy – oferenci staży. Skuteczność procesu można pokazać poprzez analizę sytuacji krytycznych. Artykuł omawia sytuacje, jakie pojawiły się w dwóch edycjach kwalifikowania na staże zawodowe. Do analizy procesu zastosowano dwie koncepcje teoretyczne: model ASA oraz dopasowanie organizacyjne, stosowane w doborze pracowników. Efektem podjętych prac jest analiza przyczyn sytuacji krytycznych, opisanie uwarunkowań procesu kwalifikacji, a także zalecenie odnośnie modyfikacji działań, które można wykorzystać w kolejnych edycjach kwalifikacji na studenckie staże zawodowe.
The process of qualifications for student’s professionals internships is an intuitive, central roles play students and employers. The efficiency of the process can be shown by an analysis of critical situations. The paper discusses the situations that appeared in two editions of qualification for internships. To analyze the process used two theoretical concepts: ASA model and person – organization fit, used in the selection of employees. The result of the work are listed causes of analyzed cases, conditions of the qualification process, as well as recommendations for modification of activities that can be used in the next two editions of the qualifications for internships.

The aim of the presented research results was to diagnose changes in leisure time behaviours in the situation of the Covid-19 epidemic. The acquired knowledge about changing leisure time behaviour will be used to develop programmes to promote leisure time activity for students during and after the pandemic. The respondents used the Jay B. Nash model of leisure time, which indicates 4 levels of positive use of leisure time and also includes 2 negative levels, i.e. excesses and crime. We assume that the change in leisure time behaviours during the pandemic may consist in creating more valuable forms of activity, giving not so much pleasure but satisfaction (e.g. pursuing interests, creative activity). We also assume that as a result of these changes a sense of spending time in a valuable and meaningful way during the pandemic (building health, feeling satisfied) will be created, which may result in the permanence of the behavioural changes that have occurred, which may become new health and leisure time habits.

Zawarte poniżej rozważania są rezultatem przeprowadzonych badań eksploracyjnych i stanowią próbę odpowiedzi na pytanie badawcze: W jakim zakresie nauczyciele wspierają w procesie dydaktycznym harmonijny rozwój swoich uczniów? Sformułowane na podstawie analizy wyników badań własnych wnioski stały się podstawą stosownych rekomendacji.
In modern, globalized knowledge society, the role of the teacher, his task and challenges are changing. Therefore, one of the priority aims of the education is to support the harmonious development of pupils – by properly planned and implemented didactic process. The following considerations are the result of exploratory research. The research was an attempt to answer the question: To what extent do the teachers support the harmonious development of their students in the didactic process? The conclusions drawn from the analysis of the results have become the basis for appropriate recommendations.
