The Government of Hungary’s view of the transformed economic and political situation in the new country can be vividly presented through the main features of Hungary’s cultural and educational policy in the 1920s. The government tried to find a way out of the national shock caused by the Treaty of Trianon by focusing on and promoting the quality and quantity of education, culture, and training, although revenge was still at the front of their minds. This bipolar process of swing ‑ ing between past and future was led by Klebelsberg, who, as Minister of Education, headed the Ministry of Religion and Education from June 16, 1922, to August 14, 1931. Through his work and speeches, we can learn much about the spirit of the time, the main currents in politics and humanities, people’s thoughts about the Treaty of Trianon, and the ways it was dealt with – and it should also be emphasized that his work and the spirit of the time can still be felt today. Our most important research method is the processing of historical sources and, of course, the use of relevant specialist literature.

The purpose of this article is description of demographic ageing using two methods: resemblance of structures and the measure of asymmetry for the years 1991, 2001 and 2011, for population of women and men separately and comparing results. Voivod ships with population ageing similarly rarely have formed spatially close areas, rather they formed clusters in various parts of the country. With passing time age structures by voivod ship started to resemble regressive type structure, but their dynamics was independent from the structure recorded in 1990. Population of majority of voivod ships located in the Eastern part of the country was older than population of Western voivod ships. Similarly, population of women was older than population of men. The comparative analysis of result leads to similar conclusions.

The main income determinants are: general economic situation, individual attributes of employees and characteristics of the workplace. However, there are also family duties which affect economic activity and wages, mostly in case of women who are the main care providers to children, the elderly, handicapped or sick. The aim of our research is to find out if the structure of the households influences the monthly remuneration of employees in Poland. The investigation consists in estimation econometric models which describe monthly remuneration on the basis of the microdata. Research is provided for the sample of employees regardless of gender, separately for male and female employees, and for women in three age classes. The analysis based on econometric models enables to find out that on average: (1) male employees earn significantly more than females, (2) married women earn less than unmarried ones while in case of men the situation is the opposite, (3) the motherhood penalty exists in Poland and (4) care providers for the elderly are mostly women, and care duties influence mostly remuneration received by women aged 25-54.

The article concerns the possibility of performing an action in dogmatically grasped the structure of the offense. Seized in the position that the ability to perform actions should be determined based on the pattern bedded corresponding to the characteristics of the entity that action have not done, and not based on a standard passenger corresponding to the characteristics of another party, and also recognized that the ability to perform an action is conditioned by knowledge as to how to proceed in order to perform this action. It is also assumed that the possibility of action is constitutive for the omission, and therefore it is subject to this kind of behavior which is the object of penal law evaluation.

Problematyka prymatu Biskupa Rzymu należy do najważniejszych zagadnień poruszanych na płaszczyźnie ekumenicznej podczas prowadzonych dialogów Kościoła rzymskokatolickiego z innymi Kościołami i Wspólnotami eklezjalnymi. Należy go rozpatrywać odwołując się przede wszystkim do tajemnicy Kościoła ustanowionego przez Jezusa Chrystusa, którego podstawowym i fundamentalnym przymiotem jest jedność. Źródłem i wzorem jedności eklezjalnej jest komunia Osób w Trójcy Świętej. Podstawą jedności Kościoła jest wyznawanie tej samej wiary, celebrowanie tych samych sakramentów i uznanie komunii hierarchicznej. Na przestrzeni wieków można zaobserwować ciągłość w rozwoju doktryny o prymacie Biskupa Rzymu. Urząd Następcy Piotra należy do podstawowych struktur Kościoła. Kształtował się przez wieki, wzrastał i rozwijał się wraz z całą wspólnotą wierzących w Jezusa Chrystusa w jej permanentnej eklezjogenezie. Kościół rzymskokatolicki niezmiennie utrzymuje, że prymat Biskupa Rzymu jest darem Chrystusa dla Kościoła jako niezbędna posługa na rzecz jedności. Papieskie ministerium dobrze oddaje określenie Jana Pawła II – pierwszy pośród sług jedności. Struktura prymacjalna Kościoła nie przeciwstawia się jego strukturze kolegialnej. Istnieje między nimi pierwotna i zasadnicza harmonia.
The subject of the primacy of the Bishop of Rome is one of important and up-to-date theological issues. It is particularly significant in the sphere of ecumenism. The primacy of Peter and his followers can be presented with reference to the mystery of the Church as a divine-human reality, whose basic quality is unity. The primacy of the Bishop of Rome by the will of Jesus Christ is a necessary service aimed at ecclesiastic unity. Fulfilling this aim requires that it is linked with an authority and a specific jurisdictional power. The patriarchal structure of the Church does not impede its collegial structure.

The article begins by introducing the beginnings of schooling in the Teschen Silesia region. It thencontinues to map the situation after the introduction of compulsory education. The purpose of the paper is to identify changes in the structure of the tourism function in Kujawy spas which have led to their transformation into tourism and health resorts. The study was based on tourist traffic statistics referring to the period 2000-2017 and included defining the relationship between curative and other forms of tourist traffic. The author has used a wide range of statistical data, as well as information provided by surveys to determine and analyze the statistical indicators of tourist traffic pace, intensity and structure. The analysis reveals a significant transformation of the spas in Kujawy. This is confirmed by the indicators of curative and non-curative tourist traffic and by the reasons for visiting health resorts. The pace of changes in the tourism function in individual spas is varied. It is fastest in Ciechocinek, accelerating in Wieniec-Zdrój and slowest in Inowrocław. The changes occurring in the spas are causing their gradual transformation into tourism and health resorts.

The subject of the article is the impact of measurement deviations of three-layer walls on the durability of these walls in buildings erected according to the OWT-67 / N system. This problem mainly concerns the external facade texture layer, which, apart from its own weight load, is exposed to the destructive influence of external factors, which include wind suction load and temperature load. The measurement deviation regarding the texture layer is the varied thickness of the board. Other diverse components that affect the fusion of the texture layer with the insulation layer and the construction layer are: diameter of rods hangers, coating thickness of rods hangers and diameter of rods anchoring hangers. Based on these measurements, a polynomial model was created based on an experimental plan that evaluated the durability of the layered wall.

Opis:
Tonal airborne noise of aerofoils appears in a limited range of moderate Reynolds numbers and angles of attack. In these specific conditions, the aerofoil is characterised by a large region of laminar flow over the aerodynamic surface, typically resulting in two-dimensional laminar instabilities in the boundary layer, generating one or more acoustic tones. The numerical simulation of such phenomenon requires, beside an accurate prediction of the unsteady flow field, a proper modelling of the laminar to turbulent transition of the boundary layer, which generally imposes the use of highly CPU demanding approaches such as large eddy simulation (LES) or direct numerical simulation (DNS). This paper aims at presenting the results of numerical experiments for evaluating the capability of capturing the tonal airborne noise by using an advanced, yet low computationally demanding, unsteady Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes (URANS) turbulence model augmented with a transitional model to account for the laminar to turbulent transition. This approach, coupled with the Ffowcs Williams and Hawkings (FW-H) acoustic analogy, is adopted for predicting the far-field acoustic sound pressure of a NACA 0012 aerofoil with Reynolds number ranging from 0.39 · 106 to 1.09 · 106. The results show a main tone located approximately at 1.6–1.8 kHz for a Reynolds number equal to 0.62 · 106, increasing to 2.4 kHz at Reynolds number equal to 0.85 · 106 and 3.4 kHz at 1.09 · 106, while no main tones are observed at 0.39 · 106. The computed spectra confirm that the acoustic emission of the aerofoil is dominated by tonal structures and that the frequency of the main tone depends on the Reynolds number consistently with the ladder-like tonal structure suggested by Paterson et al. Moreover, in specific conditions, the acoustic spectra exhibit a multi-tonal structure visible in narrowband spectra, in line with the findings of Arbey and Bataille. The presented results demonstrate the capability of the numerical model of predicting the physics of the tonal airborne noise generation.

In this paper, the hybrid method connects the ultrasonic spraying method with a injector of complex cooling micro-jet system is presented. The use of properly constructed injector allows for local and selective cooling of the coating structure immediately after spraying process. The construction of injector is the subject of patent in Polen. The presented new technology gives practical possibility of control of coatings structure. This is the kind of positive feedback between the technology process and obtained product (the quality of the process increases the quality of the final product). The initial experimental investigations, presented in this paper, show, that the obtained coatings structure is: fine-dispersion of the grain, with a lower porosity, good compactness and adhesion to the substrate.

The interest rate curve is often viewed as the leading indicator of economic prosperity in a broad sense. This paper studies the ability of the slope of the yield curve in the term structure of interest rates to impact the sectoral indices on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, using daily data covering the period from 1 January 2001 to 30 September 2020. The results of the research indicate an ambiguous dependence of the logarithmic rates of return of sub-indices on the change of the interbank interest rate curve. The only sectors showing a clear relationship of this type is energy and pharmaceuticals.

In the assessment of the degree of the old age a lot of measures are being exploited. Question, to what extent conducted analyses cause similar conclusions. Analysis is regarding the index of the old age, but counted at different age limits older, for 1991–2011 years according to provinces. They examined, whether measures being characterized by a similar level of these values form groups of provinces clenched spatially areas; whether the part of western Poland is characterized by a lower degree of the progress of this process than for her the eastern part, or the spatial image of the old age underwent the change over time, or a spatial convergence of this process, or a different way of counting the student record book are appearing is leading old ages to similar conclusions.
W ocenie stopnia starości demograficznej wykorzystuje się wiele miar. Pytanie, na ile prowadzone analizy prowadzą do podobnych wniosków. Analiza dotyczy indeksu starości, ale liczonego przy różnych granicach wieku starszego, dla lat 1991–2011 według województw. Zbadano, czy grupy województw charakteryzujące się podobnym poziomem wartości tych miar tworzą zwarte przestrzennie obszary; czy część Polski zachodniej charakteryzuje się mniejszym stopniem zaawansowania tego procesu aniżeli jej część wschodnia, czy przestrzenny obraz starości ulegał zmianie w czasie, czy występuje przestrzenna konwergencja tego procesu, czy różny sposób liczenia indeksu starości prowadzi do podobnych wniosków.

W ocenie stopnia zaawansowania starości demograficznej wykorzystuje się wiele miar. Na ile zatem ich wybór różnicuje ocenę tego zjawiska w ujęciu przestrzennym. Rozważania prowadzone były dla lat 1991-2011 według województw przy wykorzystaniu wskaźnika i indeksu starości oraz przeciętnego dalszego trwania życia oraz miary asymetrii rozkładu. Zbadano również, na ile województwa odznaczające się podobnym poziomem wartości danej miary, tworzą zwarte przestrzennie obszary oraz czy część Polski zachodniej charakteryzuje się mniejszym stopniem zaawansowania tego procesu, aniżeli jej część wschodnia.
In the assessment of the degree of the progress of the demographic old age a lot of measures are being exploited. To what extent and so their choice is diversifying the evaluation of this occurrence in the spatial perspective. Dissertations are being kept for 1991-2011 years, according to provinces at using the indicator and the index of the old age and the average of life and measures of the asymmetry of the disintegration. We have examined also, to what extent provinces being characterized by a similar level of the measure given to the value form clenched spatially areas and whether part of western Poland to be characterized oneself with lower degree of the progress of this process than her eastern part.
