    W artykule podjęto próbę wskazania tych doświadczeń transportu kolejowego z separacją struk-turalną, które mogą być cenne dla telekomunikacji. W pierwszej części nakreślono kontekst rozważań. Drugą część poświęcono możliwości transferu doświadczeń związanych z separacją strukturalną między branżami infrastrukturalnymi. W trzeciej części sformułowano kluczowe dla telekomunikacji wnioski wynikające z doświadczenia kolei w tym zakresie.
    The article aims to show these areas of experiences with structural separation in Railways which might prove useful for Telecommunications. The context of the analysis is presented in the first part of the paper. Part II discusses the possibility to transfer experiences with structural separation among infrastructure industries. Key conclusions for the Telecommunications sector regarding structural separation applied in Railways are identifi ed in the third part of the paper.

    A theoretical method is proposed for determining the relation between the potential dip-slip and strike-slip of the fault. This method is based on strike separation and allows for estimating the minimal displacement value along the fault for its sector where the strike separation was measured. Moreover, the value of total slip for different scenarios of the fault movement can be estimated using this method. Such assessments can be very useful in disproving hypotheses by comparing the obtained total slip values with geological data. The usability of this method is shown at the example of analysis of displacements along the Łysogóry Fault in the Holy Cross Mts.

    Opis:
    The procedure for taking into account shear and rotational inertia in the case of transverse vibrations of beam elements of material handling vehicles with different conditions of fastening (support) is considered. The dynamic model of the rod element is supplemented with compressive forces with a fixed line of action and monitors the angle of rotation of the rod. The Fourier method of separation of variables in the harmonic vibrations of beams is applied. This made it possible to obtain a differential equation, kinematic and static parameters in the amplitude state. The resulting differential equation is integrated, the fundamental functions are normalized, and the complete solution is presented in matrix form with initial parameters. Four cases of fundamental functions are revealed. For beam elements with different support conditions, the vibration frequency has been refined. With hinged support, the first 5 frequencies of this work coincide with the frequencies obtained by another approach.

    The aim of this paper is the structuralist study of constitutional law teaching: the organization of constitutional law based on the three foundations of neoconstitutionalism. The systemic vision of the legal system involves not only perceiving the Law as a whole but visualizing all this from a fundamental law that serves as an interpretive basis. It’s conceived that constitutional law, in a broad sense, encompasses constitutional theory and constitutional law. It’s subdivided into separation of powers, balance between powers, and guarantee of rights. All other themes, in this regard, would derive from these three bases. It involves the organization of powers, control of constitutionality, and fundamental rights. Thus, for example, the study of the organization of each of the powers, the control of constitutionality and fundamental rights, correspondingly. This format allows a holistic view of constitutional law and the constitutions.
    Przedmiotem artykułu jest przedstawienie strukturalnego studium nauki prawa konstytucyjnego, opartego na założeniu o trzech fundamentach neokonstytucjonalizmu. Wizja systemu prawnego polega nie tylko na postrzeganiu prawa jako całości, ale także na przedstawieniu z perspektywy prawa fundamentalnego, które służy jako podstawa interpretacyjna. Przyjmuje się, że prawo konstytucyjne w szerokim znaczeniu obejmuje teorię konstytucyjną i prawo konstytucyjne. Dzieli się ono na trzy części: podział władzy, równowagę między władzami i gwarancję praw. Wszystkie pozostałe zagadnienia są podporządkowane tym trzem podstawom. Obejmuje to organizację władz, kontrolę konstytucyjności i prawa podstawowe. Taki format pozwala na holistyczne spojrzenie na prawo konstytucyjne i konstytucje.
