Opis:: The article presents an analysis of assembly suitability of the innovative hybrid node. Weld distortions are a factor that affects significantly the quality of a structure during its pre-fabrication stage, thus increasing manufacturing costs . For the purposes of this analysis, such distortion forms were chosen that are the highest-ranking ones in the technological hierarchy. The analysis was performed taking advantage of significant parameters in order to demonstrate the possibilities of using mathematical models determined on the basis of a designed experiment to modify the construction technology as early as during the stage of the hybrid node’s manufacture. It was shown that using the above-mentioned theoretical models a technological assessment of the structural component can be performed by selecting such system of parameters that will produce distortions at a level acceptable from the point of view of further assembly suitability.

Opis:: The article presents an assessment of the productibility of hybrid nodes. The hybrid node is a new structural element the implementation of which causes numerous (especially technological) problems that need to be solved. The most important element of the hybrid node is the socalled connector, the choice of which is a complex and difficult problem. It involves taking into account many aspects (constructional, strength-related, technological, economic) in order to make sure that the choice is as objective as possible. Therefore, an attempt to acquire a comprehensive view at the problem requires that a set of accurate criteria be used for assessment. In this paper, the author undertakes such an attempt. The expert method presented herein allows for choosing the right connector.

Opis:: Taking into account the principle that the triangle is the only polygon that does not deform when a force is applied, we designed a structural node, based on the geometry of the tetrahedron, to generate through the resources and elements of descriptive geometry, spatial structures using CAD applications and rapid prototyping.
Z uwagi na fakt, że trójkąt jest jedynym wielokątem, który nie odkształca się, gdy działa siła, na bazie czworościanu zaprojektowano strukturę kolankową do generowania struktur przestrzennych używając metod geometrii wykreślnej, narzędzi CAD i szybkiego prototypowania.
