Opis:
This article deals with the determination of the stages of development of Ukrainian industries with regard to the factors driving innovation. Based on an analysis of literary sources carried out, the most common indicators of the stages of development of industries have been identified, and it is proposed to classify them into structural, volumetric, dynamic, and innovation ones, given the specificity of the relevant statistical data regarding Ukraine. Calculations have shown that most industries are in a declining phase in terms of the majority of volumetric and innovation criteria. In some industries there are positive trends to intensify the innovation activity of businesses, while the chemical and engineering industries, which have the highest level of technological development, are in a decline phase.

The paper discusses the outline of the historical development of wind power on land and sea and provides brief biographical data of selected artists and pioneers in the field. Periodization proposed development of electric generators and wind turbines. Specific steps briefly characterized. In the following paper discusses the current state of wind energy, both worldwide and in Poland and presents the projected scenarios of its development in the European Union and Poland. A summary of the work finalized.
W pracy omówiono zarys historyczny rozwoju elektrowni wiatrowych na lądzie i morzu oraz zamieszczono krótkie dane biograficzne wybranych pionierów i twórców w tej dziedzinie. Zaproponowano periodyzację rozwoju generatorów elektrycznych i elektrowni wiatrowych. Poszczególne etapy pokrótce scharakteryzowano. W dalszej części pracy omówiono obecny stan energetyki wiatrowej zarówno na świecie jak i w Polsce oraz przedstawiono prognozowane scenariusze jej rozwoju w Unii Europejskiej i Polsce.

The paper address an issue related to the indicators and mechanisms of transition from one stage of education to another in the context of L.S. Vygotsky’s cultural-historical theory. On the basis of an analysis of the cultural-historical theory and its respective pedagogical practice it can be inferred that the realization of the process of education, constructed in the logic of the development of “sense-meaning” relationship, enables formation of the value sphere of will in children, which becomes reflected in the level and quality of the learners’ developing awareness. The specificity of the construction of such education prompts the purposeful and directed development of an individual’s imagination at different ages. The presented specific traits of the development of imagination at different stages of childhood and the described respective features of educational curricula construction are aimed at the creation of conditions for the development of the sphere of sense.

Opis:
The authors applied satellite monitoring data of agricultural lands of the geographic information system of International Production Assessment Division of the United States Department of Agriculture on the example of winter cereal cultivation. The authors did so according to the indices of vegetation index NDVI, information on atmospheric precipitation, soil moisture, and air temperature compared to Earth observations to estimate the condition of their sowing area. According to the research results, one can use remote sensing data of the IPAD USDA geographic information system to monitor agricultural land, yield capacity prediction and the estimation of gross agricultural products.

Pierwsze trzy części mają charakter wstępny. Ich zadaniem jest, na podstawie filozofii procesu Whiteheada, zdefiniować podstawowe terminy, takie jak cielesność, osoba ludzka, świadomość, jedność osobowa, etapy, fazy i wymiary procesu stawania się osobą. Szczególnie istotne dla rozumienia pojęcia osoby ludzkiej okazuje się właściwe rozumienie pojęcia Boga. Wskazano różnice pomiędzy Platońską i Arystotelesowską teologią oraz psychologią, szczególnie w aspekcie duszy pożądliwej. W kolejnych częściach omówione są etapy stawania się osobą ludzką: dzieciństwo, dorosłość i dojrzałość. Każdy z nich przedstawiony zostaje z perspektywy łączącej wymiar cielesny z duchowością. W ostatnim rozdziale podjęto próbę wysłowienia niektórych Platońskich intuicji psychologicznych w języku współczesnym. Przede wszystkim zrekonstruowano Platoński opis stawania się osobą dojrzałą poprzez rozwój duchowo-psychologiczny opisany w Państwie. Prowadzi to do ukazania Platonizmu jako podstawy nowoczesnej praktyki terapeutycznej.
The first three sections of this paper are introductory. Their task is to define basic terms such as corporeality, person, stages, phases, and dimensions of the process of becoming a person. A correct understanding of the concept of God turns out to be of particular importance for understanding the concept of the human person. The thesis about the superiority of Platonic theology over Aristotle’s is justified. The following sections discuss the stages of becoming a human being: childhood, adulthood, and maturity. Each of them is presented from a perspective that combines the bodily dimension with spirituality. In the last section I attempt to express some of Plato’s psychological intuitions in modern language, focusing in particular on his notion of becoming a mature person through spiritual and psychological development. This tends to show Platonism as the basis of modern therapeutic practice.

The purpose of the study is to determine the characteristic features of personal functioning at different stages of professional development. The survey involved 139 professionals from various fields (74 women and 65 men) aged 24 to 67 years. The sample is divided into 5 groups according to the stage of professional development. A comparative analysis of groups by parameters of professional self-realisation, emotional burnout and psychological well-being is carried out. The results obtained demonstrate the nonlinear, complex dynamics of self-realisation of the individual throughout life and clarify the internal mechanisms of professional development at each stage. The stages of primary and secondary professionalisation are accompanied by the greatest need for self-improvement and at the same time, exaggerated and unrealistic ideas about one's own professional competence. An increased symptomatology of emotional burnout has been identified, which accompanies the peak of professional excellence and determines the next stage of professional activity decline after 30 years of work experience. The coincidence of the normative age and professional crises entails a profound crisis of the pre-retirement age, which is characterised primarily by a loss of goal-setting. People who continue to work in the post-retirement age have the highest rates of self-fulfillment, which leads to overall satisfaction with life and self. The described patterns open new perspectives for the development of ways of psychological counselling and organisational support of specialists.

Artykuł określa podstawowe koncepcje rozwoju mowy dziecka. Analiza poszczególnych jego etapów połączona jest z przedstawieniem sposobów stymulowania poprzez działania rodziców, opiekunów, a następnie nauczycieli edukacji przedszkolnej i wczesnoszkolnej. Opanowanie przez dziecko elementów języka stanowi o jego kompetencjach komunikacyjnych, a tym samym o skuteczności porozumiewania się w sposób adekwatny do zastałych warunków czy określonej sytuacji. Nieodłącznym elementem nabywania kompetencji językowych przez dziecko jest więc nie tylko bierne słuchanie i powtarzanie zasłyszanych słów czy zwrotów, ale także umiejętne włączanie dziecka w tworzenie własnego języka, budowanie słownika poprzez poprawianie i wzmacnianie wypowiedzi. W artykule zwrócono również uwagę na konieczność stymulowania potrzeby mówienia dziecka, zwłaszcza w początkowej fazie kształcenia. Sposób i jakość przekazu informacji, kontaktu werbalnego z dzieckiem już od okresu prenatalnego ma dla jego rozwoju istotne znaczenie i może dać wymierne efekty w późniejszym czasie. Istotą artykułu jest przekazanie najważniejszych informacji związanych z kształtowaniem mowy u dzieci. Publikacja stanowi formę pomocy naukowej dla studentów pedagogiki oraz nauczycieli z zakresu edukacji przedszkolnej i wczesnoszkolnej. Zawarte w niej treści służą także edukowaniu przyszłych rodziców, których wiedza dotycząca tak zaawansowanego i złożonego procesu, jakim jest rozwój mowy, powinna odgrywać znaczącą rolę w procesie wychowania i kształcenia nowego pokolenia.
The article defines the basic concepts of child speech development. The analysis of its various stages is combined with ways of stimulation through the actions of parents, caregivers and then teachers of preschool and early school education. The child’s mastery of the elements of language determines his communicative competence and, therefore, the effectiveness of communication in a manner appropriate to the existing conditions or a specific situation. Thus, an inseparable element of the child’s acquisition of language competence is not passive listening and repetition of heard words or phrases, but also skillful inclusion of the child in the creation of his own language, building a vocabulary by correcting and reinforcing statements. The article also points out the need to stimulate the child’s need to speak, especially in the early stages of education. The way and quality of information transmission, verbal contact with the child from the prenatal period is of vital importance for his development, which can give tangible results later and greatly facilitate the acquisition of communication skills and language competence.

W artykule identyfikuje się, w płaszczyźnie teoretyczno-opisowej, istotę, węzłowe uwarunkowania i mechanizmy rozwoju nowej dziedziny produktów, tzw. produktów systemowych i ich konsumpcji. Te wielordzeniowe złożone produkty zaspokajają jednocześnie wiele potrzeb konsumenta, z różnych poziomów potrzeb (według modeli ERG). Stanowią przełom w dziedzinie konsumpcji, jak również w tworzeniu (projektowaniu) produktów i usług. W artykule omówiono zarówno węzłowe mikrouwarunkowania, jak i uwarunkowania makroekonomiczne rozwoju tych produktów. Te ostatnie przedstawiono na tle stadiów rozwoju i konkurencyjności współczesnych gospodarek rynkowych. Ustosunkowano się również do problemu ewentualnego spowolnienia rozwoju i upowszechniania produktów systemowych w okresie obecnego światowego kryzysu ekonomicznego.
The paper identifies the essence, key conditions and mechanisms of development of a new branch of products, i.e. the so-called system products and their consumption. This is done in their theoretical-descriptive aspect. These multi-core and complex products satisfy numerous needs of the consumer at the same time and from different levels of needs (according to ERG models). They are a breakthrough both in the field of consumption and in creation (designing) of products and services. The paper discusses both key micro-conditions and macroeconomic conditions of development of such products. The latter are discussed against the background of stages of development and competitiveness of the present-day market economies. The issue of possible slowing down of development and spread of system products in the period of the present-day global economic crisis is also taken into consideration.

W artykule zamieszczono wybrane zagadnienia dotyczące rozwijania samodzielności dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym. Rozważania rozpoczęto od wyjaśnienia podstawowych pojęć, nawiązano do wybranych koncepcji i teorii. Dokonano krótkiej charakterystyki płaszczyzn samodzielności. Zasygnalizowano etapy samodzielności (elementarna i praktyczna) w rozwoju przedszkolaków oraz jej trzy aspekty: samodzielność praktyczną, umysłową i społeczną. Zwrócono uwagę na szczególną rolę środowiska rodzinnego i przedszkola w usamodzielnieniu dziecka.
The article presents selected issues related to the development of independence of children in preschool age. It begins with explaining the basic terms and references to selected concepts and theories. A brief characterization of the areas of independence has been made. The stages of independence (elementary and practical) in the development of preschoolers and its three aspects: practical, mental and social independence have been described, as well as the very special role of family and kindergarten environments.

У статті представлено ретроспективний огляд розвитку паперових хатніх оздоб – витинанок, що посідають яскраве місце в народному мистецтві України від кінця ХІХ і до сьогодні. Різноманітні прикраси з паперу раніше селяни виготовляли для власного житла переважно перед великими святами, орнаментуючи традиційними композиціями покуть, піч, вікна, стіни, стелю, полиці тощо. Вітчизняні науковці хатній паперовий декор почали вивчати від кінця ХІХ і продовжують дослідження у наші дні. У всі часи активізація і спад розвитку витинанок залежали від історичних умов, суспільних тенденцій, а також діяльності окремих майстрів і дослідників. В останні десятиліття в художньому просторі України завдяки творчості професійних художників витинанки набули рівнозначного поцінування з творами інших видів образотворчого мистецтва. Нині українські витинанки відомі не лише серед співвітчизників, їх знають і цінують у багатьох країнах Європи і світу.
A retrospective review of the development of paper home decorations – paper cuttings – is submitted in the article. They have been taking a bright place in folk art of Ukraine from the late 19th century till nowadays. Earlier the peasants have made various decorations out of paper for own homes mainly before great holidays, ornamenting icon corner, stove, windows, walls, ceiling, shelves, etc. with traditional compositions. Ukrainian scholars started studying home paper decor in the late 19th century. They continue research is continued nowadays. The activation and decline of the paper cuttings development have depended on historical conditions, social trends, and also the activities of separate craftsmen and researchers during all periods. The paper cuttings have acquired an equal appreciation with the articles of other kinds of the Visual Arts in the artistic space of Ukraine during the last decades owing to the works of professional artists. At present Ukrainian paper cuttings are well-known not only among the compatriots but they are popular and estimated worldwide.

Uznanie Tymczasowego Rządu Jedności Narodowej oraz podpisanie umowy gospodarczej pomiędzy Szwecją i Polską w lipcu 1945 r. otworzyło nowy rozdział w historii stosunków pomiędzy tymi państwami. Celem artykułu jest zaprezentowanie zróżnicowanych form kontaktów dwustronnych w sferze gospodarczej i politycznej w latach 1945–1989 oraz próba odpowiedzi na pytanie, jakie czynniki wewnętrzne i międzynarodowe miały wpływ na kierunki rozwoju stosunków pomiędzy dwoma nadbałtyckimi sąsiadami. W tym długim okresie wyróżnić można kilka etapów współpracy, kiedy wyraźnie zmieniały się zarówno ekonomiczne, jak i polityczne uwarunkowania relacji dwustronnych. W pierwszym okresie (1945–1951) miał miejsce szybki wzrost wymiany handlowej przy równoczesnym pogarszaniu się stosunków politycznych, które w dużym stopniu wynikały z atmosfery napięcia zimnowojennego. W kolejnych etapach (1952–1960, 1961–1969, 1970–1979, 1980–1989) sytuacja ulegała znacznym zmianom, na co wpływ miało wiele czynników gospodarczych i politycznych, zarówno wewnętrznych, jak i międzynarodowych, które mimo woli i zaangażowania obu partnerów nie doprowadziły do wyjścia z impasu w ostatniej dekadzie. Mimo polskich planów dotyczących szybkiej modernizacji gospodarki, które wymagały pożyczek zagranicznych oraz możliwości sprowadzenia zarówno niezbędnych surowców (ruda żelaza), wysokiej klasy maszyn i urządzeń, a także niewielkiej odległości obu państw, gwarantującej stosunkowo niskie koszty transportu, spadało szwedzkie zaufanie do terminowości dostaw i jakości oferowanych towarów. Polityczny wstrząs związany ze stanem wojennym oraz wsparcie środowisk szwedzkich dla opozycji w Polsce nie ułatwiały odrodzenia dobrych kontaktów, które istniały w okresie powojennym oraz w latach 70. XX w. Podstawę źródłową rozważań stanowią polskie i szwedzkie materiały archiwalne, dane statystyczne oraz komentarze prasowe.
The recognition of the Provisional Government of National Unity (PGNU; Polish: TRJN) and signing of the economic agreement between Sweden and Poland in July 1945 opened a new chapter in the history of the relations between those two countries. This paper presents the diversified forms of bilateral contacts in the economic and political sphere during 44 years (1945–1989) and is an attempt to answer the question which international and internal factors influenced the directions of development of the relations between the two Baltic countries. In that long period of 44 years several stages of cooperation might be identified when those factors changed drastically. In the first stage (1945–1951) the commercial exchange was growing fast and at the same time the political relations were deteriorating, which – to a considerable degree – resulted from the atmosphere of the cold war tension. In the subsequent stages (1952–1960; 1961–1969; 1970–1979; 1980–1989) the situation kept changing, which was influenced by several economic and political factors, both international and internal in character. But in spite of the two countries’ will and involvement the deadlock in the last period was not broken. In spite of the Polish expectations based on the tiny distance between the two countries (which guaranteed low costs of transport), concerning a fast modernisation of its economy, which required foreign loans and exports of necessary raw materials such as iron ore, and high-class machines and equipment, the Swedish lost their confidence in the prompt completion of the contracts and in the quality of the delivered merchandise. The political shock resulting from the martial law and the support by the Swedes for the opposition in Poland did not make the existing contacts easier. The basic sources for the analysis have been the Polish and Swedish archival materials, statistical data and press commentaries.

The article investigates the problems of communication within the framework of the functioning of the teaching staff of the University. The priority of group work of the teaching staff for the solution of key tasks is emphasized. The conditions of effective organization of work in groups on the basis of optimal distribution and balance of roles are revealed.
