W ramach kontynuacji prezentowania internetowych źródeł informacji o bezpieczeństwie i zdrowiu w pracy, w artykule przedstawiono zawartość zamieszczonej w ramach portalu Międzynarodowej Organizacji Pracy witryny programu SafeWork, realizowanego przez dział ILO o tej samej nazwie. Witryna ta obejmuje informacje związane z bezpieczeństwem i higieną pracy, ergonomią, wypadkami i chorobami zawodowymi, różnymi rodzajami zagrożeń zawodowych w sektorach gospodarki oraz w sektorze nieformalnym, a także z wieloma innymi zagadnieniami związanymi z ochroną człowieka w procesie pracy.
Continuing the presentation of Internet sources with information on OSH, the SafeWork programme website, part of the ILO portal, is described. It contains information on occupational safety and health, ergonomics, occupational accidents and diseases, different kinds of occupational hazards in the economy and informal sectors. The website also covers many other problems connected with protecting human in the work process.

The purpose of this study is to identify whether the gathering of market information from different sources – i.e. from customers, competitors and other entities – is related to product innovativeness. The relationships proposed so far have not been empirically investigated but they can have important theoretical and practical implications for product innovation. To achieve the purpose of the paper data concerning 287 new products were used by applying confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modelling. The findings indicate that the obtaining of market information from customers and market entities, other than customers and competitors, has a positive impact on product innovativeness, but there was no such relationship in the case of gathering information from competitors.

Innovation determines expansion or just existence of enterprises. It’s an important element of competitive advantage and it is a characteristic that encourages customers to buy novelties. Unfortunately, with innovation activity closely related is uncertainty risk, that means insecurity that costly process of creating innovation solutions will succeed. By dint of necessity of high costs of innovation activity, only small percent of enterprises have their own research and develop-ment buck-up. More and more popular become external sources of information for innovative activity, such as: customers, research and development networks, con-ferences, scientist publications and journals. The paper presents sources of infor-mation used by polish enterprises in innovation activity, classify them and show its essence and importance. Main attention is put on sources, which according to modern theories of innovation and practice of innovative firms, are the most im-portant, that means internal R&D activity and customers. An additional value of the paper is a discussion on the ways and the sense of measure the influence of chosen sources of information on the process of creation innovations in companies.

The problem of proper supervision of financial rewarding of personal sources of information from the operational fund has not previously been the subject of scientific consideration. Its existence was signaled though in scientific studies and reports from the audits carried out in the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Incorrectness connected with this matter has been revealed for years not only in the Police units at all levels, but also in the secret services. This article deals with the symptoms and the causes of incorrectness, the mechanisms of possible criminal practices related to them. It was pointed out that it is necessary to take a more decisive corrective action, and that it is needed to move away from looking at working with personal sources of information solely on the basis of statistics.

Opis:
Accidents, breakdowns or incidents threatening both human life and the environment are inherent parts in operating in the offshore sector. Regular monitoring and analysis of all kinds of events are important to isolate the most common and dangerous ones, to be able to prevent them in the future. The article summarizes the sources containing information regarding accidents occurred in the maritime offshore sector. Due to their widespread and easy access, the article is focused on electronically published databases and safety reports concerning the risk and dangers related to the implementation of marine exploration – mining projects. Based on these data, the authors made analyses, presented statistics and proposed ways to minimize threats in the offshore sector of the marine industry.

Poglądy i twórczość Kurta Lewina wywierały i nadal wywierają fascynujący wpływ na wielu autorów, którzy piszą o jego drodze życiowej oraz twórczości, opierając się na własnej wiedzy oraz na stanie badań nad ową twórczością. Kurt Lewin ma trwałe miejsce w historii psychologii, ale pomimo to, w zależności od punktu widzenia autora, obrazy jego dorobku są różne. Idąc śladem Graumanna (1992/2007), w artykule przeanalizowano jego pogląd, że psychologia XX wieku nie była przygotowana na przyjęcie i zrozumienie dzieł Kurta Lewina. Stanowisko Graumanna uzasadnia to, że poszczególni biografowie ograniczali swoje zainteresowania pracami Lewina albo do „okresu berlińskiego”, albo tego w USA. Tym samym zacierali złożoność i wyrazistość obrazu jego przestrzeni życiowej, która rozpoczynała się jednak już w Mogilnie i w Poznaniu.
Kurt Lewin's views and work have had, and continue to have, a fascinating influence on many authors who write about his life's journey and work, based on their own knowledge and the state of research into that work. Kurt Lewin has a permanent place in the history of psychology, but despite this, depending on the author's point of view, images of his work vary. Following in the footsteps of Graumann (1992/2007), this paper examines his view that 20th century psychology was not prepared to receive and understand the works of Kurt Lewin. Graumann's position is justified by the fact that individual biographers limited their focus on Lewin's work to either the „Berlin period” or that in the United States. By doing so, they blurred the complexity and clarity of the picture of his life space, which, however, already began in Mogilno and Poznan.

W artykule przedstawiono źródła informacji o innowacjach w rolnictwie na tle wieku i wykształcenia kierowników gospodarstw rolnych. Materiał empiryczny stanowiły dane zebrane w 2016 roku w 54 towarowych gospodarstwach rolnych, położonych w makroregionie Mazowsza i Podlasia. Informacje o gospodarstwach i opiniach rolników uzyskano metodą ankietową, z wykorzystaniem kwestionariusza wywiadu. Z badań wynika, że wśród kierowników gospodarstw największy udział miały osoby z wykształceniem średnim i dość duży z wyższym. Osoby z wykształceniem wyższym były przeciętnie najmłodsze, a posiadające wykształcenie zasadnicze były starsze i najdłużej pracujące w gospodarstwie. Kierownicy gospodarstw najczęściej korzystali z informacji o innowacjach w rolnictwie od doradców ODR, a także w dużym stopniu z czasopism fachowych, Internetu oraz z kursów i szkoleń. Dla rolników w wieku produkcyjnym mobilnym (25 – 44 lat) i posiadających wykształcenie wyższe głównym źródłem informacji o innowacjach był Internet.
The paper focuses on choices made by farm operators regarding sources of information on innovations in agriculture vis-à-vis their age and level of education. The data collected in a survey of 54 commercial farms in the regions of Mazowsze and Podlasie in 2016 provided the empirical material for the study. Farms were surveyed and opinions of farmers were sought by means of the query method that used an interview questionnaire. It appears from the study that farm operators with secondary education accounted for the highest number of surveyed farmers followed by a substantial number of those with higher education. On average, the persons with higher education were also the youngest whereas those with lower-secondary education were the oldest and with the longest record of farm work. Farm operators most frequently sought information on innovations with Agricultural Advisory Center counselors and, to a large extent, they made use of agricultural journals, internet and training meetings and courses. The web was the major source of information on innovations for the farmers that combined a mobile age (25-44 years) with a higher level of education.

An increase in informational resources in the library of CIOP-PIB necessitates an improvement in the efficiency of searching and controlling vocabulary in the area of occupational safety. The use of a test version of the thesaurus supports the processes of content description and searching.

Today, the majority of resources are available in digital forms to acquire information. We have to search through collections of documents. In this paper text indexing which can improve searching is described. Next, indexing tool, the Agrotagger, which is useful for documents in the field of agriculture, is presented. Two available versions of the Agrotagger are tested and discussed. The Agrotagger is useful only for the English language despite the fact that it uses multilingual thesaurus Agrovoc. Because of the Agrotagger is not useful for texts in Polish, it is important to create similar tool appropriate for the Polish language. The problems connected with extensive inflection in languages such as Polish language in the process of indexing were discussed. In the final part of the paper, it is presented design and implementation of a system, based on the Polish language dictionary and the Agrovoc. Additionally some tests of implemented system are discussed.

Celem niniejszego artykułu jest przedstawienie dyskursu fake newsa w konfrontacji z dyskursem newsa. Za wzorzec analizy dyskursu newsa przyjąłem teorię dyskursu Teuna van Dijka. Analiza studiów kilku przypadków fake newsa pozwoliła na wyciągnięcie wniosków dotyczących struktury fake newsa i odpowiedź na pytanie, jak jest w ogóle możliwy dyskurs fake newsa. Analiza pokazała, że warunki jego możliwości tkwią m.in. w podobieństwach strukturalnych, wspólnych wartościach informacyjnych, zmianach technologicznych w mediach i sposobach odczytywania wiadomości przez odbiorców. Zjawisko rozpowszechniania się fake newsów stwarza obecnie zagrożenie dla funkcjonowania sfery publicznej, dlatego konieczna jest edukacja medialna skoncentrowana przede wszystkim na umiejętności krytycznej analizy źródeł informacji.
The purpose of this article is to present the fake news discourse in confrontation with the news discourse. For the pattern of the discourse analysis of the news, I adopted T. van Dijk’s theory of discourse. Analysis of the study of several cases of fake news allowed to draw conclusions about the structure of fake news and the answer to the question of how the fake news discourse is at all possible. The analysis showed that the conditions of its possibilities are among others in structural similarities, common news values, technological chan in the media and how recipients read messages. The phenomenon of spreading fake news now creates threat for the functioning of the public sphere. For this reason, media education should focus primarily on the ability to critically analyze sources of information.

Artykuł ma na celu zaprezentowanie wyników badań dotyczących poglądów współczesnych studentów na uniwersytet. Sformułowano kilka problemów badawczych: z jakich źródeł informacji i wiedzy o świecie korzystają współcześni studenci; jakie są główne cele szkolnictwa wyższego według współczesnych studentów; dlaczego współcześni studenci decydują się na rozpoczęcie studiów wyższych; kim jest nauczyciel akademicki dla współczesnego studenta? Narzędziem badawczym był kwestionariusz ankiety udostępniony studentom drogą elektroniczną. Badania wykazały, że uniwersytet jest jednym ze źródeł informacji dla 65% studentów biorących udział w badaniu. Więcej wskazań uzyskał jedynie Internet. Ponadto, respondenci za kluczowe cele szkolnictwa wyższego uznali przyczynianie się do rozwoju intelektualnego studentów, przygotowanie zawodowe oraz przyznawanie stopni naukowych i wydawanie dyplomów. Głównymi powodami, dla których respondenci zdecydowali się podjąć studia w szkole wyższej były: chęć zdobycia wyższego wykształcenia, chęć rozwoju intelektualnego i chęć nabycia określonych umiejętności praktycznych. Nauczyciele akademiccy są dla studentów, przede wszystkim, osobami przekazującymi wiedzę. 21% spośród ankietowanych udzieliło odpowiedzi „mistrz” (lub użyło synonimu tego słowa).
The article aims to present the results of the study regarding the view of modern students at the university. Several research problems were formulated as follows: what sources of information and knowledge about the world do contemporary students use; what are the main goals of higher education according to modern students; why are modern students deciding to start a higher education course; who is an academic teacher for a modern student? The research tool was a questionnaire made available to the students electronically. Research has shown that the University is one of the sources of information for 65% of students participating in the study. Only the Internet has obtained more indications. Futhermore, Respondents regarded the key objectives of higher education as contributing to the intellectual development of students, vocational training and awarding academic degrees and issuing diplomas. The main reasons why the respondents chose to study at a higher school were: the desire to obtain higher education, the desire for intellectual development and the acquisition of specific practical skills. Academic teachers are for students who have answered the open question, above all persons transferring knowledge. 21% of them gave the answer “master” and all synonyms of this term.

Podjęty w pracy problem dotyczy identykacji potrzeb doradczych producentów i przetwórców biomasy z przeznaczeniem na cele energetyczne. Materiał badawczy stanowiły opinie zebrane drogą wywiadu, w 2013 r., wśród zidentykowanych na terenie woj. warmińsko-mazurskiego 123 producentów i 30 przetwórców biomasy. Wyniki badań wskazują, że system wspierania działań na rzecz wykorzystania biomasy na cele energetyczne to kwestia przyszłości. Istnieje zapotrzebowanie zarówno na usługi doradcze w zakresie wiedzy na temat pozyskania odnawialnych źródeł energii, technologii produkcji roślin z przeznaczeniem na cele energetyczne, a także wykorzystania biomasy oraz możliwości i sposobów jej przetwarzania na energię. W konkluzji stwierdzono, że doradztwo we współpracy z samorządem terytorialnym powinno wspierać tworzenie sprawnych struktur organizacyjnych systemu, który można określić mianem agroenergetyki.
The problem discussed in the paper concerns the identification of the advisory needs of producers and converters of biomass intended for energy purposes. The research material was based on opinions collected by means of the survey conducted among 123 producers and 30 converters of biomass. The research was carried out in 2013. The research results indicate that the system of supporting action for utilizing biomass for energy purposes is a matter of future. There is a need both for advisory service in the subject of acquiring renewable sources of energy, technology of producing plants for energy purposes, as well as for using biomass, including possibilities and methods of converting it into energy. The conclusion states that the advisory in cooperation with local government should support creating efficient organization structures of the system, which can be defined as agroenergetics.

Opis:
SIP obejmuje proces pozyskiwania, przetwarzania i udostępniania danych dotyczących obiektów o charakterze przestrzennym. SIP w wersji najprostszej, jak i w wersji najbardziej rozbudowanej umożliwia sprawne zarządzanie przestrzenią, wspomaga procesy decyzyjne i podnosi efektywność działania. Biorąc pod uwagę szerokie spektrum zastosowań SIP, zauważamy, że jest on wykorzystywany przez wiele branż. Są to: planowanie przestrzenne, ochrona środowiska, kataster nieruchomości, infrastruktura techniczna, infrastruktura społeczna, gospodarka nieruchomościami, administracja i wiele innych dziedzin. Artykuł w pierwszej części przedstawia przegląd źródeł informacji o nieruchomościach, ich umiejscowienie w SIP. W dalszej części zaprezentowane zostanie spektrum zastosowań SIP na potrzeby gospodarki nieruchomościami na przykładzie systemu funkcjonującego w Zabrzu, który jest jednym z projektów z zakresu Społeczeństwa Informacyjnego, zrealizowanym w programie pn.: e-Zabrze Program budowy społeczeństwa informacyjnego miasta Zabrze.
SIS includes the process of acquiring, processing and sharing data regarding spatial objects. SIS in its simplest version, as well as its most advanced one, enables efficient management of space, supports decision-making processes and increases efficiency. Given the wide range of SIS applications, we notice that it is used by many industries. These are: spatial planning, environmental protection, cadaster of real estate, technical infrastructure, social infrastructure, real estate management, administration, and many other fields. First part of this paper presents a review of sources of information regarding properties. Then the scope of use of SIS for the property management will be presented on the example of the system functioning in Zabrze, which is one of the projects in the field of Information Society, completed within the program e-Zabrze Program of building the information society of the city of Zabrze.
