    Opis:
    The article presents the practice of subjectivizing scientific creativity by referring to the role of intuition in the creation process, introspective reports and comments on spatial information processing. One of the main emphases is placed on the interaction between the author’s sense of subjectivity with the idea generated and developed by him, as well as on how the reader senses this interaction. These findings became the basis for adopting assumptions about individual and disciplinary differences in strategy and the intensity of the subjectivization of scientific texts by creators and recipients. The article was prepared in a performative and dialogical formula.

    Opis:
    The scope of the constitutional freedom of scientific research and dissemination of the fruits thereof covers not only the right to undertake scientific activity undisturbed by state intervention but also the guarantee of ownership rights to the results of such cre-ative human activity, as „intangible goods” of human creators. The researcher should be protected regardless of whether the form of research outcomes’ formulation demonstrate abilities to be express as independent work or a contribution to independent work. The legal basis for the freedom of scientific research understood in this way may be found in Art. 73 in conjunction with Art. 64(1) and (2) and Art. 21(1) as well as Art. 32 of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland. The systematic interpretation of these provisions makes it possible to formulate a constitutionally binding standard for the protection of the rights of the creator and gives the basis for formulating public legal right with relevant content like above it is drawn. The implementation of understood in this way pub-lic legal right may be asserted claims directly before a court.
    Konstytucyjna wolność badań naukowych oraz ogłaszania ich wyników obejmuje swym zakresem nie tylko wolne od ingerencji państwa uprawnienie do podejmowania działal-ności naukowej, ale także gwarancję praw własności do owoców tej aktywności twórczej człowieka jako służących mu „dóbr niematerialnych”. Ochrona taka powinna przysługi-wać badaczowi niezależnie od tego, czy sposób wyrażenia wyników badań wykazuje zdol-ność do ustalenia jako samodzielny utwór lub dzieło wkładowe doń. Podstaw prawnych tak zdefiniowanej treści wolności naukowej poszukiwać należy w art. 73 w zw. z art. 64 ust. 1 i 2 i art. 21 ust. 1 oraz art. 32 Konstytucji RP. Te przepisy poddane systemowej wy-kładni formułują wiążący ustawodawcę konstytucyjny standard ochrony praw twórcy, tworząc jednocześnie podstawy do wyinterpretowania z nich odnośnej treści publicz-nego prawa podmiotowego. Realizacji tak rozumianego prawa podmiotowego jednost-ka może dochodzić bezpośrednio przed sądem.

    In these remarks I make an attempt to understand and present the functioning of authorities in science. I do use in the first place the earlier claims which present this issue in a historical perspective. This allows to grasp the social process of emergence of the authorities as well the changing of their position in the way they are functioning. Especially the thoughts of Max Weber are being considered by my as useful in this matter. I do share his general thesis saying that even the greatest of scientific authorities – called by me in these remarks ”centennial” – couldn't occur and function without their social and cultural ”background”. This had led in large extent to the situation where these authorities fist played a significant role in the development of science and  then went over to a more or less dignified ”retirement”. In this and other issues I present some of my own remarks and sugestions.

    Rozważając trudności epistemologiczne współczesnej pedagogiki, myślimy o celu recepcji i współtworzeniu wiedzy. W wyniku literaturowego studium przypadku współtworzenie wiedzy rozumiem jako epistemologię jej pojmowania między ewolucją a rewolucją przyjmowanych przesłanek filozoficzno-metodologicznych i rzeczowych w poznawaniu zjawisk pedagogicznych. W efekcie analiz materiałów rozwijamy kilka tez dotyczących: indywidualno-społecznego rodowodu współtworzenia wiedzy pedagogicznej, przesłań epistemologicznych dla współczesnej pedagogiki, poznania naukowego a zdroworozsądkowego (potocznego) oraz wiedzy naukowej. W konkluzjach przedstawiono epistemologiczne refleksje nad racjonalnością poznania.
    When considering the epistemological difficulties of contemporary pedagogy, we think about the objective of the reception and co-creation of knowledge. As a result of the literature case study, I have recognized the co-creation of knowledge as the epistemology of its comprehension between the evolution and revolution of the accepted philosophical, methodological, and factual premises in the cognition of pedagogic phenomena. As a result of the analyses of materials several theses are being developed regarding: the individual and social pedigree of co-creation of pedagogic knowledge, epistemological messages for contemporary pedagogy, scientific cognition versus commons sense cognition (common?) and scientific knowledge. The author concludes with epistemological reflections on the rationality of cognition.

    Opis:
    Science and technology are the driving forces increasing the global standards of living. The technology – wealth relationship is complex and not well understood presently but recent macro data tends to support Robert Solow’s 1957 observation that societal, company, and individual wealth and increased standards of living is created by application of science and technology to socio-economic challenges. In 1987, Robert Solow received the Nobel Prize in Economics, for his insight that "seven-eighths" of the world's increase in world wealth is due to advances in science and technology. The challenges and costs of of wealth creation are identified. This paper explores wealth as defined by GDP/capita, and the current correlations between world /GDP per capita and R&D spending, the number of scientific and technical articles, and number of patents applications from 2000 to 2012 / 2013 with a forecast of world GDP/ capita to 2025 of approximately $15,000 USD from today's $10,000 USD.
    Nauka i technologia są siłami napędowymi zwiększającymi globalne standardy życia. Zależność między technologią, a bogactwem jest złożona i w tej chwili jeszcze słabo zrozumiania, ale niedawne dane makro wydają się potwierdzać spostrzeżenie Roberta Solowa (1957), że społeczne, firmowe i osobiste bogactwo oraz wyższe standardy życia są tworzone poprzez zastosowanie nauki i technologii do wyzwań społeczno-ekonomicznych. W 1987 Robert Solow otrzymał Nagrodę Nobla w dziedzinie ekonomii za jego spostrzeżenie, że za "siedem ósmych" globalnego wzrostu bogactwa odpowiadają postępy w nauce i technologii. Wyzwania i koszty tworzenia bogactwa zostają zidentyfikowane. Niniejsza praca analizuje bogactwo definiowane jako PKB na osobę i obecne powiązania między światowym PKB na osobę, a wydatkami na badania i rozwój, liczbą publikacji naukowych i technicznych oraz liczbą zgłoszeń patentowych od 2000 do 2012/2013 wraz z prognozą światowego PKB na osobę do 2015 – w przybliżeniu 15,000 USD, w porównaniu do obecnego 10,000 USD.

    Wiedza pedagogiczna/wiedza w pedagogice tworzona jest w społecznym kontekście. Poznać stan wiedzy w pedagogice, to zarazem odkryć obecne w niej różne iluzje. Pedagogika bowiem, będąc dyscypliną z obszaru nauk społecznych i humanistycznych, korzysta z dorobku wielu nauk i tak jak one jest zagrożona różnorakimi iluzjami. W drugiej części artykułu autor „poszukuje” sposobów przeciwdziałania iluzjom, tak w pedagogice, jak i w innych naukach, poprzez świadomą troskę o ontologiczne, epistemologiczne, metodologiczne oraz aksjologiczne podstawy tworzenia i popularyzowania wiedzy naukowej.

As an example of the illusion as it appears in the pedagogical knowledge in education, antipedagogy as well as gender pedagogy is presented. In light of the analysis made in this article, effective way to counter any illusions, in education as well as in other sciences, there's concern for ontological, epistemological, methodological and axiological basis for the creation and popularization of scientific knowledge.

    Opis:
    Though the issue of knowledge management is a hot subject of interest in nowadays market companies, integrated solutions fit to the specific needs of research institutes still require more attention. This paper documents a part of the research activities performed at National Institute of Telecommunications, related to development of research institute knowledge management support system. The ideas lying in the background of the system come from the recent theories of knowledge creation and creativity support and from experience with everyday practice of knowledge management in market companies. Main focus is put here on the issue of creation of a research topics ontology that is meant to be a semantic backbone of the system. Three-stage approach is proposed, aiming at the construction of ontologies for different levels of organizational hierarchy, from individual researcher, through group or unit, up to the whole institute. Created ontologies are linked to knowledge resources and support diverse activities performed at those levels.

    The scientific output of the staff of the Chair of Housing Environment is distinguishable by a big variety of activities including theoretical, scientific and research works as well as ideological, conceptional and realizing projects. They concern planning scales, large urban complexes, especially residential ones in programming and spatial aspects, accompanying objects and issues of urban and architectural details. These activities are supplemented with numerous public speeches, publications and exhibitions.
