- The article presents the problem of safety and security in school from the perspective of a teacher. The scope of the phenomenon and the types of aggression experienced by teachers and other school staff are described. Psychological and sociological research, and legal provisions on aggression and violence against a teacher are presented, as well as examples of aggressive behaviors in schools and system solutions for dealing with them. It is identified the need for a clear school system of social conduct standards and penalties for dangerous behaviors, as well as intervention procedures in emergency situations, taking into account the actions in the event of aggression or violence against a teacher.
