    Ustawodawca w kan. 1392 penalizuje przestępstwo porzucenia świętej posługi. Jest to nowa regulacja prawna, która nie ma swojego odpowiednika ani w KKKW, ani w KPK/17. Podmiotem popełnienia przestępstwa jest duchowny. Biorąc pod uwagę trzystopniowy sakrament święceń odnosi się ono do diakona, prezbitera oraz biskupa. Przedmiotem zaś przestępstwa jest umyślne opuszczenie świętej posługi, której celem jest uwolnienie się spod właściwej władzy kościelnej. Autor zwraca uwagę na wszystkie cztery wymagania, aby można zastosować sankcję karną. Do wymagań tych należy: 1) dobrowolne porzucenie świętej posługi; 2) nielegalne porzucenie świętej posługi; 3) zamiar uwolnienia się spod kompetentnej władzy kościelnej oraz 4) sześciomiesięczny, nieprzerwany upływ czasu.
    The offence of voluntary and unlawful abandonment of the sacred ministry is a new provision in the 1983 Code of Canon Law. It has been introduced as a supplement to the bishop’s authority towards offences against special obligation. This study explores legal requirements that a bishop or higher superior is to meet in order to impose a penal sanction on the cleric. These are: voluntary and unlawful abandonment of the sacred ministry for six months continuously, the intention of withdrawing himself from the competent Church authority. The legislator provided for this the penal sanctions that is suspension or additionally expiatory penalty established in can. 1336 §§ 2–4, and in the more serious cases cleric may be dismissed from the clerical state.

    The activity of the laity in aid of or substitution for the ministry of the clergy has become increasingly common in the Church. Citing various factual explanations, this article shows the growth of lay ministry from the 1950’s up until today. The doctrinal and normative determinations which the Hierarchy has made, since 1983, have established more precise and effective guidelines for these ministerial tasks. The author summarizes the most important normative documents on this subject, in particular, the Instr. Ecclesiae de mysterio. This text raises a variety of practical issues, including the duty of giving the ministerial works of the laity an adequate financial remuneration. Finally, it offers guidelines for the effective development of lay collaboration in the pastoral ministry.

    Od pierwszych wieków chrześcijaństwa Kościół dostrzegał kwestię istnienia i odkrywania charyzmatów. Są one wzbudzane we wspólnocie Kościoła przez Ducha Świętego. Charyzmaty muszą być uznane, aby móc służyć wspólnocie wierzących. Jednym z rodzajów charyzmatów są charyzmaty zgromadzeń zakonnych. Wśród nich znajduje się charyzmat Zgromadzenia Księży Najświętszego Serca Jezusowego założonego przez o. Leona Dehona. Główny problem tego artykułu sprowadza się do pytania o przyjęcie tego charyzmatu w duszpasterstwie młodzieży. Aby rozwinąć to zagadnienie, autor w ramach teologii pastoralnej zastosował następujący schemat: przypomniał definicję charyzmatu i wynikające z tego warunki tożsamości i duszpasterstwa, krótko opisał podstawowe formy duszpasterstwa młodzieży w Polskiej Prowincji Zgromadzenia Księży Sercanów, następnie opisał kwestię recepcji kościelnej oraz wysunął końcowe wnioski w postaci imperatywów duszpasterskich. Pierwszy imperatyw wymaga odwagi, by dzielić charyzmat Zgromadzenia z nieustannym odkrywaniem tożsamości instytutu zakonnego. Drugi imperatyw dotyczy działalności i formacji w duchu katolickiej nauki społecznej.
    From the first centuries of Christianity, the Church saw the issue of the existence and discovery of charisms. They were and are raised in the community of the Church by the Holy Spirit. They must be recognized to serve the community of believers. Charisms of religious congregations are one of the charism types. Among them is the charism of the Congregation of the Priests of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, founded by Father Leon Dehon. The main problem of the work boils down to the question of the reception of this charism in youth ministry. In order to develop such a problem, the author, in the framework of pastoral theology, used the following scheme. He recalled the definition of the charism and the resulting terms of identity and pastoral care. He briefly described the basic forms of pastoral ministry of the youth in the Polish Province of the Congregation of the Priests of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Then he described the issue of the ecclesiastic reception and gave pastoral imperatives as final conclusions. The first imperative calls for courage in sharing the charism of the Congregation with the constant discovery of the identity of a religious institute. The other one for activity and formation in the spirit of Catholic Social Teaching.

    Pięćdziesiąta rocznica ogłoszenia soborowej Konstytucji o liturgii świętej Sacrosanctum Concilium rozbudziła wiele zainteresowania tym dokumentem i zmianami w liturgii Kościoła katolickiego. Dzieło reformy nie było jednak owocem jedynie tendencji soborowych. Było odpowiedzią na wyzwania, jakie stanęły przed Kościołem już od połowy XIX wieku. W dziedzinie liturgii miał miejsce rozwój nauk historycznych, odnowienie zainteresowania Biblią, ponowne odkrycie wpływu dobrze celebrowanej liturgii na życie społeczne, nowe duszpasterstwo liturgiczne, odnowa muzyki, zarówno w parafiach, jak i w celebracjach pontyfikalnych. Oprócz tego rozwijały się misje ad gentes i w konsekwencji dialog ekumeniczny, różne formy pobożności, co sprzyjało poszukiwaniom bardziej autentycznej religijności. Nie można zapomnieć także wydarzeń politycznych i prądów myślowych z tamtych lat. Reforma była palącą potrzebą, a Sacrosanctum Concilium nie tyle dała początek zmianom, ile raczej ukierunkowała je zgodnie z wymaganiami Kościoła.
    The fiftieth anniversary of the proclamation of the conciliar Constitution on the Sacred Liturgy has raised a lot of interest in this document and the changes in the liturgy of the Catholic Church. The work of reform, however, was not only the result of conciliar tendencies. It was a response to the challenges that the Church had been facing since the mid-nineteenth century. In the field of liturgy many changes took place. The development of historical science, the renewal of the interest in the Bible, the rediscovery of the impact of well-celebrated liturgies on social life, new liturgical ministry, the renewal of music – all these helped to change the face of the Catholic Church liturgy. In addition to that, the mission works ad gentes developed and this resulted in more open ecumenical dialogue and various forms of piety which, in turn, contributed to the search for a more authentic religiosity. The reform was a pressing need and Sacrosanctum Concilium did not, in fact, initiate the changes, but directed them in accordance with the requirements of the Church.
