Opis:: W artykule zaprezentowano rozważania dotyczące wpływu danej marki pojazdu na wysokość kształtowania się stawki jednostkowej roboczogodziny blacharsko-lakierniczej na współczesnym rynku usług naprawczych. Rozważania uzupełniono o prezentacje autorskich badań dotyczących zróżnicowania stawki godzinowej w zależności od marki pojazdu, który na potrzeby eksperymentu numerycznego został poddany hipotetycznemu procesowi naprawy blacharsko-lakierniczej. Zamierzeniem artykułu jest zwrócenie uwagi na istotę podjętej problematyki badawczej poprzez wykazanie, że na rynku usług naprawczych występują rozbieżności cenowe w zakresie stosowania stawki roboczogodzinowej w odniesieniu do usług naprawczych wykonywanych przez autoryzowane stacje napraw, a jednym z parametrów, który wpływa na tą zmienną jest marka danego pojazdu.
In the article the deliberations concerning the influence of the given make of the vehicle on the height of the forming were expressed oneself rates of the individual bodyworkvarnish man-hour. Discussions were supplemented for presentations of author's examinations concerning diversifying the hourly rate depending on the make of the vehicle which for the purposes of numerical experiment was subjected for process of hypothetical bodywork-varnish repair. Keeping an eye on the being of taken research issues by demonstrating is planning the article, that on future of market of repair favours price discrepancies in the scope of applying the working-hourly rate in relating to repair favours made by authorised workshops, but also one of parameters which can influence this variable are not only appearing there is a make of the given vehicle.

Opis:: The usage, repair and maintenance of machines is one of the areas in which it still records a significant number of accident events. The occurrence of accidents at work generates social and economic costs for the enterprise. Therefore, employers should be take measures to improve safety at the workplace. The publication presents an accident analysis based on a comparison of the following measures: accident rates (i.e. number of accidents, event effects) and ratio analysis (frequency rate indicator and total accident rate indicator). Calculated indicators allowed to determine the accident rate during the usage, repair and maintenance of machines. The analysis covered a five-year period - i.e. 2013-2017. On the basis of the analyzes carried out, the proposal was presented of possible prevention solutions to reduce the number of accidents at work.

Opis:: The model of service maintenance and repair of passenger rolling stock is considered as a multi-channel system. The presented model is implemented on the queuing model basis. The service maintenance and passenger rolling stock system stipulates not only for the transition to a new level of the maintenance system as a type of activity but as a means boosting up the economic growth rate and living standards. As a result, we managed to resolve the problem of the optimum design for the service maintenance and repair model.

Opis:: The basic definitions and theorems from the semi-Markov processes theory are discussed in the paper. The semi-Markov processes theory allows us to construct the models of the reliability systems evolution within the time frame. Applications of semi-Markov processes in reliability are considered. Semi-Markov model of the cold standby system with repair, semi-Markov process as the reliability model of the operation with perturbations and semi-Markov process as a failure rate are presented in the paper.

Opis:: Performance Based Logistics (PBL) concept has an aim to improve the system availability and it has been extensively researched in the recent years. These researches showed that inventory level does not impact system availability as much as component reliability and repair time in repairable system operating under PBL contract. Based on that, in this paper, we propose a new stochastic model for determination of annual repair rate for critical aircraft components in such system in order to achieve desired availability. The result obtained could be used for planning of base stock level and capacity of repair facilities.
Koncepcja Logistyki Opartej na Wydajności (Performance Based Logistics, PBL), której celem jest poprawa gotowości systemów, została w ostatnich latach szeroko zbadana. Badania te wykazały, że w przypadku systemów działających w warunkach PBL, poziom zapasów nie wpływa na gotowość systemu w tak dużym stopniu jak niezawodność elementów składowych oraz czasy napraw. Opierając się na tej obserwacji, w niniejszym artykule proponujemy nowy model stochastyczny do określania rocznej intensywności napraw krytycznych elementów samolotu tworzących system tego typu. Model ten pozwala na osiągnięcie pożądanej gotowości. Uzyskany model może być wykorzystany do planowania bazowego poziomu zapasów oraz przepustowości zakładów remontowych.

Opis:: A complex technical system built of independent repairable components with constant failure and repair rates is examined. The system can operate in either basic or emergency mode, and its behavior is modeled by a three-state Markov process. It is demonstrated how to obtain closed formulas for the state probabilities of this process and the so-called importances of individual components to the inter-state transitions. Such an importance is defined as the probability that a component’s failure/repair causes a transition between two given states of the modeling process. The obtained formulas allow to compute a number of reliability parameters characterizing the dynamics of the system’s operation. The obtained results are illustrated by their application to an exemplary reliability block diagram that can be a model of a power supply network, a gas or oil pipeline system, etc.
