- Many people publicly claim thet they work for money but often, during unoficial conversations, they say that in fact they are motivated by the off-remuneration benefits. However - as numerous studies show - indeed the financial incentives play a very important role on the list of motivating factors, but after the pay price rise they no longer fulfill their role. Definitely they can efficiently attract new employees but they rarely motivate already employed workers. This function is realized just by off-remuneration incentives and this is why these issues are steadily growing in importance and their efficiency is worth studying and researching.
