    Ensuring the safety of participants in religious assemblies in the XXI century has become a responsibility of government institutions, self-government institutions and recently also in social organizations. Today conceptions of security have consequently become increasingly sub-national, regional, urban in scale [1]. The duty is to maintain order in the organization of religious assemblies outside the temples, which in recent years have gained in importance by increasing their interest in a large group of people. Organizational responsibilities include security during the procession, pilgrimage to worship places, mass gatherings of other religious ceremonies. The aim of the article is to present legal regulations on the safety issues of religious participants and legal regulations for the organization of church celebrations in this mass.

    Opis:
    The purpose of the paper is to identify and analyse problems reported by non-religious parents. These parents are subjects of the education process whose children attend Polish educational (usually public) institutions, in which religion is one of the elements of the curriculum. The study is guided by the assumption that such a situation may lead to various tensions and conflicts, the expression of which can be found on the Internet as a space for communication and search for solutions. The research presented in this paper is of an exploratory nature. It includes content analysis of posts posted on one of the Facebook social networking groups. Analysed statements of non-religious parents indicate that pre-schools and primary schools are to a large extent institutions strongly connected with declared religious values, which also leads to a negative perception of non-religious parents and their children.

    Opis:
    Migracja, jako zjawisko społeczne, stanowi wyzwanie dla społeczności międzynarodowej i dla poszczególnych państw. Z tego też powodu znalazła się również w kręgu zainteresowania katolickiej nauki społecznej. Różnorodność ludzkich doświadczeń, związanych z tym procesem, jest tak szeroka, że nauczanie społeczne Kościoła mówi o nich często i bardzo konkretnie. Z jednej strony pojawiają się tutaj tematy związane z prawem do miejsca zamieszkania na terenie własnego kraju, z drugiej podkreśla się prawo do opuszczenia kraju i osiedlenia się w innym państwie. Podstawą tego prawa jest fakt, iż ta sama osoba jest jednocześnie obywatelem określonego państwa i całego świata. W nauczaniu społecznym Kościoła podkreśla się potrzebę przyznania prawa do emigracji, sprzyjającej integracji, ułatwiającej emigrantom awans zawodowy, zdobycie przyzwoitego mieszkania, krytykując jednocześnie ciasne nacjonalizmy. Uniemożliwiają one prawdziwe braterstwo – podstawę rzeczywistego pokoju i sprawiedliwości. Jedyną racją ograniczenia migracji jest dobro wspólne państwa, przeżywającego sytuacje emigracji lub imigracji.
    Migration, as a social phenomenon, is a challenge for the international community and for the individual Member States. For this reason, was also of concern Catholic social teachings. The diversity of human experience, the process is so wide, that social teaching Church says about them and often very specifically. On the one hand, they appear here topics related to the law of the place of residence within their own country, on the other hand, insists on the right to leave the country and settle in another country. The basis of this law is the fact that the same person is also a national of a particular State and around the world. In the teaching of the Church and social stresses the need to grant the right to emigrate, inclusive, to facilitate immigrants promotion, getting a decent apartment, criticizing both tight nationalism. They prevent real brotherhood-the basis for a real peace and justice. The only limitation is migration policy the common good the Member States experiencing situations of emigration or immigration.

    Wychowanie człowieka i duszpasterstwo rodzin mają wspólne korzenie w Bożej pedagogii miłości. Wspólnie pomagają one człowiekowi wejść na drogę dobra wpisanego w jego serce przez Stwórcę. Wychowanie w rodzinie jest uprzywilejowanym miejscem realizacji Bożego zamysłu miłości – głoszenia ewangelii życia i miłości. W dziele tym małżonkowie chrześcijańscy opierają się na mandacie Kościoła, ale potrzebują też eklezjalnego wsparcia w całym procesie i w różnych wymiarach wychowania. Szczególnymi obszarami wsparcia rodziców ze strony kościelnego duszpasterstwa, są: pomoc w wychowaniu seksualnym, religijnym i moralnym oraz w wychowaniu do miłości, małżeństwa i życia w rodzinie. Duszpasterstwo rodzin pomaga też dorastającej młodzieży i młodym dorosłym w samowychowaniu, w formacji uzupełniającej oraz korygującej oddziaływania rodziny pochodzenia i współczesnych wpływów kulturowych.
    The upbringing of a person and the pastoral care of families have a common root in God’s pedagogy of love. Together, they help a person to enter onto the path of goodness inscribed into his or her heart by the Creator. Child-raising in the family is a privileged place for the realization of God’s plan of love – proclaiming the gospel of life and love. In this work, Christian spouses act on the basis of the Church’s mandate, but they also need ecclesial support throughout the process and in the various dimensions of child-raising. Particular areas in which parents need support through the pastoral care of the Church include help in sexual, religious and moral education as well as in raising children for love, marriage and family life. The pastoral care of families also helps adolescents and young adults in self-education and formation to supplement and correct the influence of the family of origin and contemporary cultural influences.
