Opis:
The article reveals the specifics of artistic manifestation of the beauty concept based on V. Vynnychenko’s early works. This is due to the presence of a number of search lines in the writer’s interpretation of aesthetic and to a significant number of works representing current issues. Beauty is defined as a fundamental component of life in the works by V. Vynnychenko and several author’s plots of its comprehension are revealed. Firstly, it is found that in writer’s early works the characters experience a crisis of faith, emphasize the relativity of absolute truth and Christian ethics, rethink the concept of sin and sacred Christian commandments («Love your neighbour as yourself», «Do not deceive», «Do not kill», and «In the sweat of your brow, eat your bread»), professing dual moral standards and the idea of «benevolent selfishness». The writer places material values into the center of existence instead of spiritual Christian ones. The former acquire absolute status and most importantly are able to ensure the realization of the fundamental goal – to maintain vitality in the project of «fullness» of earthly existence. It is emphasized that in his early works, V. Vynnychenko substantiates the concept of «life-as-a-market», where you can get financial or moral compensation through «selling/buying/exchanging» valuables, among which female beauty is one of the fundamental values. The analysis confirms the idea that woman’s beauty and love are mercantilized due to the devaluation of spiritual values, they lose their ideal metaphysical essence and are transformed into ordinary goods and vital cycle of values components. That is closely connected with the problems of «exchange-purchase-sale» of the values, money cynicism and the interpretation of the family as an economic contract (the case of the story «The Poor People», dramas «Bazaar», «Young Blood», «Crucified»). In V. Vynnychenko’s art world, several search lines are connected with the category of beauty, particularly the problem of coordination of bodily, physically expressed female beauty with spiritual beauty in the context of «exchange of values». The author also experiments with the concept of free marriage, which is considered an alternative to an unhappy family as an economic project.
У статті досліджено специфіку художнього оприявлення концепту краси на матеріалі ранніх творів В. Винниченка, що зумовлено наявністю низки пошукових магістральних ліній у потрактуванні письменником естетичного та значної кількості творів, репрезентативних щодо актуалізованої проблематики. Визначено красу як засадничу складову буття у творчості В. Винниченка й виявлено кілька авторських сюжетів її осмислення. З’ясовано, що в художньому вимірі ранніх творів письменника герої переживають кризу віри, наголошують на відносності абсолютної істини та християнської етики, переосмислюють поняття гріха й сакральні християнські заповіді («Люби ближнього, як самого себе», «Не обдури», «Не вбий», «В поті лиця їж хліб свій»), сповідуючи двоїсті моральні стандарти та ідею «доброзичливого егоїзму». Замість духовних християнських цінностей митець ставить у центр буття матеріальні вартості, котрі здобувають абсолютний статус, а головне здатні забезпечити втілення засадничої мети – зберегти вітальність у проекті «повноти» земного буття. Акцентовано, що в ранніх художніх творах В. Винниченко обгрунтовує концепцію «життя-як-базар», на якому можна отримати фінансову або моральну компенсацію через «продаж /купівлю /обмін» цінностей-товарів, серед котрих одну із засадничих вартостей становить жіноча краса. В статті обгрунтовано, що внаслідок девальвації духовних вартостей краса жінки та її любов меркантилізуються, втрачають ідеальну метафізичну сутність, постають звичайним крамом на базарі життя, компонентом вітального колообігу цінностей, що щільно пов’язано із проблемами «обміну-купівлі‑продажу» вартостей, цинізму грошей, трактування сім’ї як економічного контракту (на матеріалі повісті «Голота», драм «Базар», «Молода кров», «Розп’яті»). Окреслено, що в художньому світі В. Винниченка з категорією краси пов’язана низка пошукових ліній, зокрема актуалізується проблема координації тілесної, фізично вираженої, жіночої вроди з духовною красою в контексті «обміну цінностями», а також відбувається експериментування з новою формою «вільного» шлюбу, який становить альтернативний варіант нещасливому подружжю, сім’ї як економічному проєкту.

Two positions in which the mode of existence of Spacetime is considered are reconstructed — relationism and structuralism (I discuss the version of structuralism one can find in the so-called Ontic Structural Realism). I present and describe the notion of gravitational nonlocalities, at which one arrives through the difficulties with formulating laws of energy conservation in General Relativity. I state and try to defend a thesis, that the above difficulty may rise two different „weak” holisms on the ground of each mentioned position.

The area in which the philosophy attributed to the "analytic" tradition turns out to consider similar problems as the "continental" thinkers still seems to be too little explored. The aim of the work is to indicate such similarities between the Peter Geach’s concept of relative identity and the Gilles Deleuze’s concept of difference. According to Geach, identity is mediated in concepts. We think about the identity of "a" and "b" only in the sentence "a is the same X as b". The consequences of this observation are twofold: on the one hand, it shows the degree of our entanglement in conceptual grids; on the other, it shows a being as a dynamic, relational structure. In this aspects, this perspective agrees with Deleuze's proposal. A being is an ambiguous intersection of dynamic relations expressed in the sentence "a is different from b", whereas the identity is an effect of totalitarian thought movement which reduces differences by imposing static conceptual categories on their dynamic system. We are going to present the ontological view on identity question which synthesizes two mentioned conceptions and include a polemical characterization of difficulties implied by discussed perspective and their consequences for practical functioning in the world.

The paper presents two objections against Putnam’s Twin Earth argument, which was intended to secure semantic externalism. I first claim that Putnam’s reasoning rests on two assumptions and then try to show why these assumptions are contentious. The first objection is that, given what we know about science, it is unlikely that there are any natural-kind terms whose extension is codetermined by a small set of microstructures required by Putnam’s indexical account of extension determination. The second objection is that there may not be a plausible concept of a speech community whose adoption would classify Oscar and Twin Oscar as members of different speech communities and, at the same time, render Oscar and Twin Oscar as being in the same psychological state. I contend that Putnam’s argument fails because both objections are justified.

Kluczem do zrozumienia szczególnej teorii względności Einsteina jest pojęcie czasu i problem możliwości jego synchronizacji. Wychodząc z dwóch postulatów STW, metodami elementarnymi przedstawiono sposób pomiaru czasu w warunkach STW, zarówno dla przypadku pojedynczego, jak i dwóch układów inercjalnych. Na tej podstawie wyprowadzono pojęcia czasu własnego i czasu obserwowanego zjawiska. Zsynchronizowanie zegarów rejestrujących czas własny i czas obserwowany umożliwia porównanie tych czasów, czego efektem jest zjawisko dylatacji czasu. Zwrócono uwagę na związki dylatacji czasu ze STW i jego interpretację w postaci dobrze znanego paradoksu bliźniąt
The key to understand Einsteins Special Theory of Relativity is the time and the possibility of synchronization problem . Proceeding from two postulates of SRT, elementary methods present the way to measure time in terms SRT for both, single and two inertial systems. On this basis, there are derived the own time concept and the time of observed phenomena. Synchronized clocks recording the own time and observed time allows the comparison these times that results in the phenomena of time dilation. There is draw attention to the relationships of time dilation with SRT and its interpretation of well known twin paradox.

The article presents remarks on the style of historical dumkas of Bohdan Zaleski, whowas one of the main representatives of the so-called Ukrainian school in Polish romantic poetry. The following three texts, representative of the pre-emigration period in the life of the poet (ending in 1830), form a basis for our analysis: Co mi tam! czyli Poranek starego myśliwca, Dumka hetmana Kosińskiego and Dumka Mazepy. The following can be concluded after the performed analysis (taking into account e.g. the semiotic-culturalnotion of style):1. The leading influence in these works in terms of style is the romantic principle of relativity, stating that the style of literary work should depend on such factors as a particular time, place and environment (with particular culture and mentality), determining the choice of language and style in the analysed dumkas. The poet, using imaginative style, paints the couleur of the Ukrainian Arcadia – allowing the reader to become more familiar with the local and historical characteristics of the land of the childhood and painting the figures of Cossacks that are vivid, full of temperament, dashing and endearing to the reader.2. The care for an appropriate rendition of the characteristic of the region, time and environment does not, however, mean that the author falls into mannerism, vagueness or uses too exotic vocabulary. Zaleski tries to use, without overdoing it, only those Ukrainisms, orientalisms and archaic words that could have been known to the nineteenth century readers from their previous acquaintance with the literature from the previous eras. Moreover, some of the words or phrases used in the dumkas are commented by the author so that to aid in the understanding of the texts.3. Owing to the choice of exponents coming not from the highest registers but from vernacular, the poet emphasises the emotional and sometimes jocular tone of the characters, making the style natural and simple.

In this article, the author is trying to answer the fundamental question: what is present-day tourism space like at a time of highly increasing flows of people or even a shift from the space of a ‘place’ to the space of a ‘flow’? The article puts special stress on how to define the current unique multi-functional space. The author attempts to define tourism space as a new entity, founded on poly-functionality (i.e. different functions and use of the same space both at the same time and in different seasons), multi-scale (overlapping of tourism spaces depending on the scale concerned), multi-layer, as well as the multi-motivation of its creators and users, or even multi-relativity.

This paper addresses an interesting issue in name theory, specifically the relationship between toponyms and spatial representations, as well as the cultural differences manifesting themselves in connection with these. Studies have shown that the name model (a general knowledge of names) created based on the mental representation of names is partly language and culture dependent. Thus, the knowledge of the speaker on how reliably the toponyms correlate with the actual features of the landscape or whether they should only be considered as labels identifying an area is culturally determined. This, in turn, influences the extent to which name-users may rely on them in structuring space and in creating a cognitive map.

I think that far-away travels into Space are possible in the way that it is possible to find again people on our Earth, after the return of a very long travel into Space, not aged, like the people who have traveled inside the spacecraft. Current physics does not allow this and I have developed the following Theory which would thus complement the current Theory of General Relativity when we go to the limits of the reasoning. Current Theories like General Relativity or Quantum Mechanics are not impacted when the reasoning is not pushed to the limits. My reasoning at the limits just complements current Theories when the parameters take extreme values and thus the logic of current physics is respected.

Here we present evidence that the analysis of the Supernova Project failed to consider the simplest model which is capable of predicting all type 1a Supernovae (SN1a) distances from their redshifts z. This model is based upon the Hypergeometrical Universe Theory (HU), where the Universe is a hyperspherical hypersurface under lightspeed radial expansion. This permits simple short-distance compliance with the Hubble Law. The mapping of the Hubble Law with the hyperspherical short-distance expansion provides a Current 4D radius of 13.58 Billion Light Years if we consider H0 = 72 km/s/Mpc. Notice that the Universe under the Hypergeometrical Universe Theory is an embedded hypersurface within a 4D Spatial Manifold, with a lightspeed expanding radius. Because of that it is possible to speak of Current (in absolute time) Universe. Einstein’s ideas about Time and Relativity are refuted by HU and astronomical observations.

This paper presents a simple and purely geometrical Grand Unification Theory. Quantum Gravity, Electrostatic and Magnetic interactions are shown in a unified framework. Newton's Gravitational Law, Gauss' Electrostatics Law and Biot-Savart's Electromagnetism Law are derived from first principles. Gravitational Lensing and Mercury Perihelion Precession are replicated within the theory. Unification symmetry is defined for all the existing forces. This alternative model does not require Strong and Electroweak forces. A 4D Shock-Wave Hyperspherical topology is proposed for the Universe which together with a Quantum Lagrangian Principle and a Dilator based model for matter result in a quantized stepwise expansion for the whole Universe along a radial direction within a 4D spatial manifold. The Hypergeometrical Standard Model for matter, Universe Topology and a new Law of Gravitation are presented. Newton's and Einstein's Laws of Gravitation and Dynamics, Gauss Law of Electrostatics among others are challenged when HU presents Type 1A Supernova Survey results. HU's SN1a results challenge current Cosmological Standard Model (L-CDM) by challenging its Cosmological Ruler d(z). SDSS BOSS dataset is shown to support a new Cosmogenesis theory and HU proposal that we are embedded in a 5D Spacetime. The Big Bang Theory is shown to be challenged by SDSS BOSS dataset. Hyperspherical Acoustic Oscillations are demonstrated in the SDSS BOSS Galaxy density. A New de-Broglie Force is proposed.

The fundamental holographic principle is first proposed, then demonstrated in its validity and viability through a thought experiment and then finally derived. The Heisenberg uncertainty relations are shown to follow from this fundamental relation. The quantum blackhole entropy is then demonstrated using this holographic uncertainty relation along with the application of the Landauer’s principle for the thermodynamic erasure of a bit yielding a formula with a logarithmic correction. The blackhole entropy is found to be half the value normally delivered by any other method. So, it is proposed that there is a real relevant physical horizon at the twice the Schwarzschild radius dubbed the holographic information geometric horizon.
