    The paper presents description and architecture of a Digital Signal Registrator. The software for the registrator which allows us to receive, observe, and analyse the data from an external microprocessor device is described. Also auxiliary devices used for data recordimg are depicted.

    Requirements regarding the quality and full traceability of delivered products in some industrial sectors, such as the food, pharmaceutical and automotive industries, where the life and health of the end user depends on the quality of the product, cause production flow control systems (PFC) to become an important element of the functioning of production enterprises. PFC systems are IT systems that are generally used for recording production data (in a database) at various stages of industrial processes, mainly from PLC controllers (in this respect they perform the function of traceability systems, that enable tracking products), but also provide blocking of identifiable products, which were incorrectly processed during earlier stages of production or follow wrong technology sequence. The desirable feature of such systems is their flexibility, which is characterised by their scalability and configurability. Configurability is the ability to include different processes into the PFC system in a relatively short time. The concept of a configurable system must be well considered and different material flow cases must be taken into account to avoid future dramatic changes in the IT system. Scalability is the ability to include more and more processes under control of the PFC system without the significant impact on its effectiveness. The PFC systems use computer networks to process production data, so the scalability of PFC systems depends on their modular architecture in the network. The article discusses basic features and possible PFC architectures, as well as two examples of configurable PFC systems along with their analysis and assessment. The described systems are the result of projects in which the author of this article participated, the aim of which was to develop and launch a flexible PFC system that meets the basic industrial requirements from the area of discrete manufacturing.

    W artykule przedstawiono możliwość wykorzystania kart pamięci Flash w mikroprocesorowych urządzeniach rejestracji danych pomiarowych. Dokonano przeglądu najpopularniejszych kart oraz omówiono ich właściwości. Na przykładzie kart MMC i SD opisano sposób odczytu i zapisu danych przy wykorzystaniu interfejsu SPI. Rozważono różne struktury zapisu danych. W oparciu o wykonany prototyp rejestratora oszacowano zapotrzebowanie na zasoby pamięci oraz możliwą do osiągnięcia szybkość operacji zapisu i odczytu danych.
    The capability of the Flash memory cards usage in microprocessor data recorder is presented in this paper. The most popular cards and their properties are reviewed. The way of writing and reading data from MMC and SD card using SPI interface is described. Some structures of data recording are considered. Basing on created prototype of data recorder the requirement of memory resources and the speed of recording operations possible to achieve are estimated.

    Article presents new idea of incorporating Concurrent Simulations into Education Process for Power Electronics. Advanced laboratory tools like PCI data acquisition cards allows simultaneous registration of many signals with high accuracy and resolution in the practically unlimited amount of time. Modern concept and method of such concurrent research are described. The ability to implement these research during the student laboratory exercise is also presented. Design of the laboratory model is shown with the experimental and simulation research.
    W pracy przedstawiono zagadnienia wykorzystania nowej koncepcji badań współbieżnych w procesie nauczania energoelektroniki. Rozwój techniki cyfrowej pozwala zastosować karty pomiarowe pozwalające na równoczesną rejestrację wielu sygnałów równocześnie z dużą dokładnością i rozdzielczością w praktycznie nieograniczonym horyzoncie czasowym. Szeroko omówiono koncepcję i metodykę ww. badań oraz wskazano na możliwości zaimplementowania takich badań podczas studenckich ćwiczeń laboratoryjnych. Przedstawiono projekt stanowiska laboratoryjnego oraz wybrane rezultaty badań eksperymentalnych i symulacyjnych.

    W artykule zostały opisane główne procesy eksploatacyjne realizowane podczas obsługi statków powietrznych, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem wykorzystania urządzeń mobilnych do rejestracji danych serwisowych. Uwzględniono cechy systemu eksploatacji statków powietrznych funkcjonującego w lotnictwie wojskowym. Przedstawiono system mobilny jako uzupełnienie stacjonarnych systemów wsparcia eksploatacji statków powietrznych i rozszerzenie ich możliwości o szczegółowe dane ewidencjonowane za pomocą nowych rozwiązań technicznych. Wykazano, że przy właściwej konfiguracji specjalistycznego oprogramowania uwzględniającego cechy indywidualne typów statków powietrznych, przy wykorzystaniu urządzeń mobilnych jesteśmy w stanie, w sposób ciągły, zasilać bazę danych oraz przeprowadzać standardowe lub indywidualne analizy zagrożeń bezpieczeństwa eksploatacji. Na podstawie tych danych Użytkownik jest w stanie zautomatyzować procesy w zakresie działań profilaktycznych realizowanych w obrębie organizacji wykorzystujących te same typy statków powietrznych.
    In the article there were described main processes of operational faze of aircraft conducted during services. The description particularly focuses on the use of mobile devices for registering data from services. There were considered the attributes of the system of operational faze of military aircraft. A mobile system was described as addition to stationary systems for supporting operational faze of aircraft and upgrade by detailed data collected with the use of the new technology. It is demonstrated that we are able to provide constantly data to data base and conduct standard and specific analyses of a threat for safety of operational faze having a proper configuration of specialistic software which takes into account individual features of the type of an aircraft and with the use of mobile devices. A user can automate processes of preventive treatment within organisation using the same type of aircraft based on this data.

    W artykule zaprezentowano przykładową koncepcję systemu identyfikowalności produktów (ang. traceability) zastosowanego w przemyśle motoryzacyjnym. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na funkcjonalność takiego systemu w zakresie lokalnym, obejmującym linię lub gniazdo produkcyjne. Na początku artykułu wyjaśniono pojęcie "traceability" - identyfikowalność - i jej znaczenie w przemyśle, a także szczegółowe funkcje lokalnego systemu traceability. W dalszej części artykułu opisano przykład zastosowania takiego systemu w przedsiębiorstwie z branży motoryzacyjnej (dostawca komponentów) z gniazdową formą organizacji produkcji. Podano schemat rozważanego gniazda produkcyjnego wraz z niezbędnym do funkcjonowania systemu sprzętem i oprogramowaniem. W dalszej części artykułu zamieszczono opis rozważanego systemu z punktu widzenia rodzaju i znaczenia wymienianych i rejestrowanych danych. Artykuł kończy się wnioskami dotyczącymi przyczyn stosowania oraz pożyteczności lokalnych systemów traceability.
    The article presents an example of the concept of system for traceability of products used in the automotive industry. Particular attention was paid to the functionality of such a system involving the local production line or cell. At the very beginning the article explains the concept of traceability and its importance in the industry as well as the detailed functions of the local system of traceability. Further this article describes an example of such a system in the company of the automotive sector (supplier of components), which uses the cell form of production organisation. Further the scheme of considered production cell with he hardware and software necessary as well as a description of the considered system from the perspective of the nature and meaning of data exchanged and registered was presented. The article ends with conclusions on the causes of application and usefulness of local systems of traceability.

    Opis:
    The number of scanner stations used to acquire point cloud data is limited, resulting in poor data registration. As a result, a cloud point block registration approach was proposed that took into account the distance between the point and the surface. When registering point cloud data, the invariant angle, length, and area of the two groups of point cloud data were affine transformed, and then the block registration parameters of point cloud data were determined. A finite hybrid model of point cloud data was created based on the coplane four-point nonuniqueness during the affine translation. On this basis, the point cloud data block registration algorithm was designed. Experimental results prove that the proposed method has great advantages in texture alignment, registration accuracy and registration time, so it is able to effectively improve the registration effect of point cloud data. The point cloud data block registration algorithm was built on this foundation. Experiments show that the suggested method has significant improvements in texture alignment, registration accuracy, and registration time, indicating that it can significantly improve point cloud data registration.

    Poniższy artykuł porusza tematykę systemów Sterowania Ruchem Kolejowym, skupiając się na aspektach rejestracji i pozyskiwania danych eksploatacyjnych. W pierwszej części omawianego tekstu autorzy skupili się na opisie czym są systemy SRK, a także w jaki sposób można je zmodernizować w celu podniesienia bezpieczeństwa oraz unowocześnienia wykorzystywanych rozwiązań. Na wstępie opracowania autorzy przedstawili transport kolejowy o nazwie „Koleje Dużych Prędkości”. Poruszenie tego tematu jest elementem niezbędnym, ponieważ to właśnie KDP wywarło duży wpływ na rozwój systemów SRK. W dalszej części artykułu autorzy skupili się na możliwości rejestracji danych eksploatacyjnych poszczególnych systemów, a także przedstawili system ETCS będący Europejskim projektem mającym na celu ujednolicenie systemów służących do Sterowania Ruchem Kolejowym.
    The following article deals with the topic of Rail Traffic Control systems, focusing on the aspects of registration and acquisition of operational data. In the first part of the text, the authors focused on describing what SRK systems are, and how they can be modernized in order to increase security. At the beginning of the study, the authors presented a railway transport called "High Speed railways". The KDP had a big influence on the development of SRK systems. In the further part of the article, the authors focused on the possibility of recording operating data of individual systems and presented the ETCS system, which is a European project aimed at standardizing systems for Railway Traffic Control.

    W artykule zaprezentowano wstępny projekt systemu rejestracji toru lotu obiektu latającego z wykorzystaniem algorytmu rejestracji danych (działającego w oparciu o zarejestrowane nieprzetworzone dane) oraz modułów transmisji radiowej. Przedstawiono działanie zaprojektowanego systemu opartego o mikrokontroler Atmega, moduł wyposażony w magnetometr, żyroskop, akcelerometr, miniaturowy nadajnik RF oraz odbiornik SDR. Zaprezentowany został wstępny zakres działania aplikacji do analizy zarejestrowanych danych. Ponadto dokonano przeglądu dostępnych na rynku podzespołów i wybrano moduły wchodzące w skład systemu. Dokonano analizy możliwości transmisji danych nawigacyjnych w celu ich rejestracji. Zaproponowano zastosowanie odbiornika SDR połączonego z aplikacją komputerową do monitorowania kanału transmisji danych na odległości do 1 kilometra oraz układ systemu, schemat modułu pomiaro-wonadawczego i odbiorczego oraz kontrolę jakości transmisji danych. Omówiono podstawowy algorytm działania aplikacji wykorzystującej odebrane dane do odtwarzania toru lotu i predykcji punktu upadku obiektu latającego. Przedstawiono również analizę możliwości za-stosowania powyższego systemu.
    The paper presents an initial concept of a flying object trajectory recording system employing a datarecording algorithm (operating on the base of the raw recorded data) and radio transmittion modules. Operation of developed system is based on microcontroller Atmega, a magnetometer module, a gyroscope and acceleration meter, and a RF miniature transmitter and SDR receiver. The initial performance of application analysing and recording the data is provided. Moreover, subunits available on the market have been reviewed to select the modules dedicated to the system. A possibility for recording the transmitted navigation data was studied. Application of SDR receiver in combination with a computer application monitoring the data transmission channel up to 1 kilometre is described with the configuration of the system, and the schematic of measurement transmitting and receiving modules, and the surveillance of transmitted data quality. The basic algorithm of application using the received data for reconstruction of object’s flying path and prediction of a fall point is presented. Moreover an analysis is included for possible applications of the above mentioned system.

    Budowa systemu pomiarowego opartego o sieci komórkowe jest stosunkowo łatwa i tania w budowie i eksploatacji. System zdalnego monitoringu musi zostać odpowiednio dostosowany specyficznych wymagań sieci, niezbędne jest odpowiednie wyposażenie, umożliwiające rejestrowanie i przesyłanie danych w sieci GSM lub Internet. Działanie urządzenia zostało przedstawione w artykule na podstawie ciekawego przypadku uszkodzeń trakcyjnych silników elektrycznych. Silniki były wykorzystywane do napędu pojazdów szynowych a pomiary zostały wykonane w trakcie normalnej eksploatacji pojazdu. Przedstawiono również przykładowe wyniki pomiarów. Pomiary i rejestracje wykonywane były zdalnie za pomocą urządzeń telemetrycznych, których koncepcja została opracowana przez autorów niniejszego artykułu. Budowa autonomicznego, telemetrycznego, wielokanałowego systemu oraz możliwe zastosowania również zostały przedstawiane. Autorzy planują poszerzenie możliwości urządzenia o pomiar innych wielkości nieelektrycznych.
    The structure of the measurement system based on the cellular networks is relatively easy and cheap in building and operation. Remote monitoring system must be appropriately adapted to the specific requirements of network, it is necessary the appropriate equipment allowing to record and transmit the data on the GSM network or the Internet. Operation of the device is presented in this article on the basis of an interesting case of damage of the traction electric motors. The motors were used for driving of vehicles, and the measurements were made during the normal vehicle operation. The examples of measurement results are also presented. Measurements and recordings were carried out remotely using the telemetric devices, whose concept was developed by the authors of this article. Structure of the autonomous, telemetric, multi-channel system and the possible applications are also presented. The authors plan to expand the capabilities of the device by the measurement of other non-electrical quantities.

    Opis:
    The idea of open borders, social and economic integration, as well as democratic processes will contribute to a greater mobility of the European citizens. Ease and freedom of movement, possibility of taking up employment abroad and therefore developing social links all systematically increase the frequency of events of international character which affect the marital state of persons. This trend has been observed in Poland for a long period of time, hence there often arise questions what to do for the citizens to be able to solve their family problems in register offices of their own accord and without unnecessary burden of bureaucracy despite apparent legal conflicts. Certainly, international operations concerning registrations with register offices at all levels must be unified, ranging from international bodies, such as the International Commission on Civil Status, to local registrars is particular countries. With a view to using IT and other new technologies efficiently, we are faced with new challenges in terms of standardization and harmonization of deeds and documents, electronic information exchange and its protection. In 2004, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration came up with the project called “Restructuring and integration of the national registers PESEL2”. Since the Ministry evaluated the computerization of register offices as unsatisfactory and slow, the construction of the Central Registry of Civil Status was postponed for the years 2009-2010 and is to be realized as part of “pl.ID – Polish ID card” project. This will allow for an introduction of the electronic identity card which will enable the holder to verify his/her identity in the IT systems of public administration. The Central Registry of Civil Status is scheduled to start at the beginning of 2011, and restructuring and integration of the existing register offices will take place. The goal of the project “pl.ID – Polish ID card” is, among others, to restructure the existing registers (PESEL – Universal Electronic System for Registration of the Population, OEW – National Registry of Issued and Lost IDs), the creation of new ones (CROASC – Central Registry of Copies of Personal Status Certificates) and their integration.
