Opis:: In J. J. Ye and D. L. Zhu proposed a new reformulation of a bilevel programming problem which compounds the value function and KKT approaches. In partial calmness condition was also adapted to this new reformulation and optimality conditions using partial calmness were introduced. In this paper we investigate above all local equivalence of the combined reformulation and the initial problem and how constraint qualifications and optimality conditions could be defined for this reformulation without using partial calmness. Since the optimal value function is in general nondifferentiable and KKT constraints have MPEC-structure, the combined reformulation is a nonsmooth MPEC. This special structure allows us to adapt some constraint qualifications and necessary optimality conditions from MPEC theory using disjunctive form of the combined reformulation. An example shows, that some of the proposed constraint qualifications can be fulfilled.

Opis:: The interweaving of textual, discoursal and linguistic narrative data depends on the pedagogical aims and characteristics of the learner, for whom working with a text is an opportunity to develop linguistic communicative competences and learning competence. The aim of the article is to assess the pedagogical value of the experimental procedure focused on the task of reformulation of narrative texts (stories) offered in two pedagogical contexts at beginners’ level. The analysis addresses text characteristics (the narrative scheme) and the language structures used in the performance of the reformulation task, which, in its particular context, has the value of strategic learning/teaching.

The author represents one of the therapeutic interventions used in the therapy of married couples. The method of positive reformulation in a technique used by system therapists. It is based on social constructionism, in which language creates reality rather than represents it. In this context the role of a therapist changes, as he is no longer an expert with knowledge of dysfunctional family structures, but becomes the expert of a 'good talk'.

Opis:: A new technique for query reformulation that assesses the relevance of retrieved documents using weight propagation is proposed. The technique uses a Guided Local Search (GLS) in conjunction with the latent semantic indexing model (to semantically cluster documents together) and Lexical Matching (LM). The GLS algorithm is used to construct a minimum spanning tree that is later employed in the reformulation process. The computations done for Singular Value Decomposition (SVD), LM and the minimum spanning tree are necessary overheads that occur only initially and all subsequent work is based on them. Our experimental results reveal the effectiveness of the new technique.

Opis:: Dans le cadre de la méthode d’analyse de discours, nous avons abordé le discours scientifique à partir d’un terme-pivot appartenant au discours médical, à savoir “la migraine”, afin de comparer le mode d’approche des termes scientifiques dans les divers types de ce discours. Nous nous sommes principalement basée sur deux concepts, celui de la reformulation et celui du paradigme désignationnel. Ainsi avons-nous pu mettre en évidence à la fois les spécificités du discours de vulgarisation et les traits qu’il partage avec les autres types de discours scientifique. Nous avons pu constater que la reformulation qui est une réécriture d’un discours source est un outil fondamental du discours scientifique visant à expliciter les termes scientifiques. Nous avons également mis en relief le lien entre le cadre énonciatif et la reformulation des termes spécialisés. De même, nous avons donné une illustration de l’opposition langue/discours.
In the light of the discourse analysis approach, the researcher analyzes scientific discourse at the lexical level. The aim is to compare the different ways scientific terms are used in the diverse types of speech. The research is built on two key concepts: “reformulation” and “paradigm d´esignationnel”. Distinctive features of the popularization discourse and the traits it shares with other types of scientific discourse were highlighted. Reformulation, a rewrite of a source speech, is found to be a fundamental tool in scientific discourse used to explain scientific terms. The link between the enunciative frame and the reformulation of specialized terms is highlighted and an illustration for the opposition between language and speech is also given.

Opis:: Dans cet article l’auteur propose, d’une part, de se concentrer sur le repérage et l’analyse des marqueurs de reformulation privilégiés par les juges dans un corpus d’arrêts rendus par la CJUE en 2020 et 2021, considérés comme un élément très important pour la construction cohérente et cohésive de ce genre judiciaire. Et, d’autre part, sur leur traduction en italien afin d’évaluer à la fois l’influence que la langue de procédure exerce sur l’autre et la formation éventuelle d’habitudes en termes d’équivalents de la traduction.
W niniejszym artykule autorka proponuje, z jednej strony, skoncentrować się na identyfikacji i analizie preferowanych przez sędziów wyznaczników przeformułowania w korpusie orzeczeń wydanych przez TSUE w latach 2020 i 2021, uznanych za bardzo istotny element spójności konstrukcji tego gatunku sądowego. Z drugiej strony na ich przekładzie na język włoski w celu oceny zarówno wpływu, jaki język procesowy wywiera na drugą stronę, jak i ewentualnego kształtowania się nawyków w zakresie ekwiwalentów tłumaczeniowych.
In this article the author focuses, on the one hand, on the identification and analysis of the markers of reformulation favoured by judges in the corpus of judgements rendered by the CJEU in 2020 and 2021, considered to be a very important element for the coherent and cohesive construction of this judicial genre, and, on the other, on their translation into Italian in order to assess both the influence that the procedural language exerts on the other, and the possible formation of habits in terms of translation equivalents.

Opis:: In the paper we discuss the problem of XML data integration in a P2P environment. In this setting each peer stores schema of its local data, mappings between the schema and schemas of some other peers (peer's partners), and schema constraints. The goal of the integration is to answer the queries formulated against arbitrarily chosen peers. The answer consists of data stored in the queried peer as well as data of its direct and indirect partners. We focus on denning and using mappings, schema constraints, and query reformulation in such scenario. We discuss a strategy that allows us to obtain a complete answer with the possibility of discovering missing values. The method is the theoretical foundation of the implementation of SixP2P system (Semantic Integration of XML data in P2P environment).
