    Poniższy artykuł jest poświęcony zagadnieniu realizacji reformy uwłaszczeniowej we wsi Lednogóra. Reforma uwłaszczeniowa, rozpoczęta na terenie Wielkiego Księstwa Poznańskiego przez władze pruskie w 1823 roku, miała na celu likwidację reliktów gospodarki folwarczno-pańszczyźnianej, ukształtowanej jeszcze w średniowieczu. Oznaczało to zniesienie pańszczyzny oraz utworzenie wolnych od powinności wobec dworu średniej wielkości gospodarstw chłopskich, do uprawy których potrzebny był sprzężaj. W Lednogórze realizację postanowień reformy uwłaszczeniowej rozpoczęto na wniosek włościan w 1829/1830 roku. W wyniku trwającej blisko 10 lat procedury sporządzono reces (1839), w świetle którego utworzono 14 gospodarstw wolnych od wszelkich obciążeń ze strony dworu. Jednocześnie powstałe gospodarstwa przeniesiono na nowe grunty i utworzono nową osadę – Moraczewo. Dawne i nowe podziały gruntów zostały udokumentowane na mapie Lednogóry sporządzonej w 1831 roku przez mierniczego Demmlera.
    The following article is devoted to the enfranchisement reform conducted in Lednogóra village. The enfranchisement reform, which was begun on the territory of the Grand Duchy of Posen by the Prussian authorities in 1823, aimed at ending the relics of a manorial-serf economy, formed in the Middle Ages. It meant the abolition of serfdom and the creation of medium-sized peasant farms free from obligations to the manor. To cultivate the land on these farms, draught animals were needed. In Lednogóra, the implementation of the reform started at the requests of the peasants in 1830. As a result of the procedure that took nearly 10 years, a “reces” was written (1839), whereby 14 farms were created free of any encumbrances from the manor. At the same time, the established farms were moved to a new land and a new settlement was created – Moraczewo. The old and new land divisions were documented on the map of Lednogóra drawn up by the surveyor Demmler.

    W poniższym artykule poruszona została problematyka reformy uwłaszczeniowej oraz procesu regulacji i separacji gruntów we wsi Sławno. Reforma uwłaszczeniowa wprowadzona na terenie Wielkiego Księstwa Poznańskiego w 1823 roku wraz z towarzyszącymi reformami agrarnymi była jednym z najistotniejszych epizodów w historii wielkopolskiej wsi. W ich wyniku przekształcono nie tylko strukturę własnościową i ustrój społeczno-gospodarczy panujący na wsi, ale także trwałym i głębokim zmianom uległ krajobraz kulturowy. W toku wieloletniej procedury zakończonej porozumieniem (recesem) w 1839 roku utworzono w Sławnie 14 w pełni niezależnych dziedzicznych gospodarstw włościańskich, wolnych od wszelkich służebności wobec dworu.
    The following article deals with the problems of the enfranchisement reform and the process of land regulation and separation in the village of Sławno. The enfranchisement reform introduced in the Grand Duchy of Posen in 1823, along with the accompanying agrarian reforms, was one of the most significant episodes in the history of the Wielkopolska countryside. As a result, not only was the ownership structure and socio-economic system of the village transformed, but the cultural landscape was also permanently and profoundly altered. In the course of a multi-year procedure that ended with an agreement (recession) in 1839, 14 fully independent hereditary landowner farms were created in Sławno, free of any easements to the manor.

    Opis:
    Agricultural Production Cooperatives (APCs) being in deep crisis adjusted to the hard conditions of market economy. Within the whole analysed period the process of continuous decline in the number of cooperatives could be observed, along with the decrease of the area of agricultural land utilised by these cooperatives, and – mostly – employed members of these cooperatives. Smaller, economically weaker cooperatives were the ones to be liquidated most often. Such a wide scale of the decrease in the number of cooperatives is an effect not only of external conditions, but also of the crisis of cooperative forms of management and crisis of the cooperative membership. In the conditions of growing competition mainly bigger, economically stronger cooperatives remained on the market – those which were well managed and which could carry out restructuring and modernisation. At the threshold of Poland's accession to the European Union, vast majority of cooperatives (APCs in particular) was well prepared for competing not only at the domestic, but also at the Community common agricultural market. But still almost 25% of APCs remained economically weak and their perspectives of maintaining on the difficult agricultural market remained bleak.

    The article considers a comprehensive study of the problem of land relations development in the region. It identifies the main directions for their further development, which include improving the legislative framework, economic and monetary valuation of land, leasing land relations and ensuring the formation of a market for agricultural land and ecologically safe land use. The article aims to determine the interrelated components of the organizational and economic mechanism for managing land resources of agricultural enterprises in the context of ensuring land-use efficiency based on the choice of a land-use optimization model. The theoretical and methodological bases for the development of land relations in the conditions of market economy formation are generalized. The directions for improving the ecological status of agricultural land are justified. The state regulation of land relations is analyzed, and ways to improve land legislation are proposed. The directions of the formation and development of the agricultural land market are justified. The ways to improve the ecological condition of the land, taking into account the regional characteristics of the Vinnytsia region, are proposed. To determine the relationship of rational use and reproduction of resources, considering the problems of choosing the optimal strategy for the impact of the economy on the ecologization of land resources, the system of rational use and reproduction of natural resources is developed. The optimization model describing the conditions for the process of stimulating landowners and land users in the direction of protection and rational land use is established.

    The complex records of the District Land Registry in Cracow contain 916 j. a. records and books – 14 mb and 595 j. map. The most important part of the complex are documents from the Faculty of Agricultural Devices concerning aspects connected with conducting agricultural reform. Statistical materials that relate to large secular and church land ownership are next part of the complex records. They are gathered mainly to establish land supply which can be used to allotment. The separate group of records are matters concerning aspects of land turnover. These are land registries’ permissions for part and entirely sale the properties for one buyer. Materials concerning aspects of financing agricultural reform on the Małopolska Voivodeship ought to be searched at the Administrative Faculty. A very essential supplement for upper mentioned records is the set of 573 maps and the District Land Registry in Cracow’ plans. The news included in mentioned documents of the District Land Registry in Cracow have an invaluable value, not only for people engaged in polish village issues in the XIX and XX centuary, but they are very essential saurce of information for judical and economic purposes. It’s worth remembering of reaching for records of the Provincial Office in Cracow while using with land registry documents, too. There are a lot of materials concerning land registries organization and aspects connected with land allotment and join.
