    Opis:
    The necessity of enterprise rating activity based on multiple criteria, as well as the significance of selfrating in modern business environment has been proven. The tools for enterprise rating evaluation, including structure methods for rating, and a system of indicators for rating evaluation of the enterprise’s functioning were developed. Thereupon, technology of enterprises rating evaluation was improved and the procedure for selecting functional strategies for their activities according to rating results (partial and complex ratings and rankings) was proposed.

    Credit ratingjest narzędziem stosowanym obecnie na zmiennym rynku finansowym, niemal wszystkie decyzje inwestorów oparte są na uprzedniej analizie ocen ratingowych, a proces ratingu uwzględniany jest w większości przepisów prawnych dotyczących zasad bezpieczeństwa na rynku finansowym. Specjaliści krytykują jednak nadmierne zaufanie do agencji ratingowych, wskazując na wiele wad i niedoskonałości. Szczególnie w obliczu nadejścia kryzysów zaczęto kwestionować zdolność agencji do formułowania pewnych opinii i zarzucano im m.in. niedostateczny poziom wiedzy, nadmierne i niejasne sformalizowanie. Tymczasem liczba uczestników na rynku stale rośnie, zaś jego struktura ulega coraz większemu skomplikowaniu. Rośnie też jego anonimowość. Wzrasta zadłużenie państw, które chętniej pozyskują środki na rynkach kapitałowych. Na rynku ogólnoświatowym wyraźnie przoduje rynek amerykański. To wszystko stworzyło potrzebę ponownej refleksji nad działalnością agencji ratingowych.
    Credit rating is the tool currently applied in the volatile financial market; almost all investors’ decisions are based on a previous analysis of credit rating opinions, and the process of rating is taken into consideration in most legal regulations concerning the principles of security in the fi nancial market. However, specialists criticise the excessive confidence in the credit rating agencies indicating many defects and imperfections. Particularly in the face of emergence of crises, they started to challenge agencies’ ability to formulate reliable opinions and they were accused, inter alia, of an insuffi cient level of knowledge, an excessive and vague formalisation. On the other hand, the number of market players has permanently been increasing, and its structure has been growing more and more complicated. Its anonymity has also been growing. There is growing indebtedness of states which more readily obtain means in the capital markets. The American market is a leader in the global market. All this has created the need for a repeated reflexion on activities carried out by credit rating agencies.

    The article deals with the problems of increasing the efficiency of enterprises and developing a system for assessing the rating of employeesof an enterprise. Aspects of motivation for compliance with standards by employees and structural divisions are also considered; they were studied because employees are the main driving force of any enterprise. In order to properly evaluate it, many companies need rating systems. In this article,the authors conducted a study and developed a software package for assessing employees of an enterprise. This article describes howto develop a ranking prediction system. MongoDB is used as a database, as the fastest way to innovate, providing the flexibility and ease of use of a database.
    Artykuł dotyczy problemów zwiększania efektywności przedsiębiorstw i opracowania systemu oceny pracowników przedsiębiorstwa.Uwzględniono także aspekty motywacji do przestrzegania standardów przez pracowników i działy organizacyjne; zostały one zbadane, ponieważ pracownicy są główną siłą napędową każdego przedsiębiorstwa. Aby właściwie jąocenić, wiele firm potrzebuje systemów oceny. W tym artykule autorzy przeprowadzili badanie i opracowali pakiet oprogramowania do oceny pracowników przedsiębiorstwa.W tym artykule opisano, jak opracować system przewidywania rankingu. MongoDB jest używanyjako baza danych, jako najszybszy sposób na wprowadzanie innowacji, zapewniając elastyczność i łatwość użytkowania bazy danych.

    The paper analyzes methodological approaches to evaluation of the quality of land in Ukraine. It was determined that, depending on the purpose and methods of assessment there are several types of land evaluation in Ukraine: soil rating (bonitet), economic and pecuniary evaluation, where the quality of the land affects the results of evaluation. There are many methodological approaches to qualitative assessment of the land. It was highlighted both many individual and integrated indicators, but there is no uniform system of their evaluation. Works on soil rating of agricultural lands in Ukraine have been carried out in accordance with "Methods of soil rating in Ukraine." Under the present conditions of the regulation of land relations, the question as for more precise specification of limits of agro-industrial groups of soils has arisen. On the basis of experimental researches, it was found that using a variety of methodological approaches to qualitative assessment of soil, there is inexactitude in the formation of soil maps, and hence in soil rating. Thus, it is necessary to adopt and uphold a single methodology for the qualitative assessment of land.

    The work presents a methodology that allows us to evaluate the effectiveness of the system in accordance with accepted standards in terms of the three components of the “passenger–carrier–department” system, taking into account the interests of each side. The given comprehensive effectiveness evaluation of the urban public passenger transport system shows that a new scientific idea consists in forming fundamentally new sets of indicators for each participant of the system (passenger–carrier–department of transport) that correspond to the conditions of functioning of the urban passenger transport system in Russian Federation. The article presents a classification model for the formation of a basic system of indicators and a functional scheme for grouping and ranking them. The effectiveness of the urban public passenger transport system can be considered separately for each participant in the system from its side, in two directions: horizontal (by year, for example, for an enterprise) and vertical (in the current period for all participants).
