    Opis:
    This paper deals with a solution for faster and safer boarding and leaving of passengers at railway station platforms from 150 mm to 550 mm higher than the head of the rail. This conception is based on the requirements of railway infrastructure administrators, transporters and also manufacturers of passenger rolling stock. This device is designed for the new double-deck railway vehicle for suburban and regional transport, which fulfils legislative and normative requirements that are specified for the selected area of vehicle construction and operational features. Selected parts of the construction were verified through a series of simulation analyses. This article also includes a study that deals with optimization of the boarding area considering designed changes in the construction of the floor and a draft for modification of the vertical clearance of the boarding entrance area in a rough construction of the vehicle.

    W referacie przedstawiono metodę pomiaru przemieszczeń poprzecznych kolejowej platformy zawierającej systemy pomiarowe GNSS, INS, MLS oraz fotogrametryczny. Do pomiaru przemieszczeń poprzecznych zastosowano system fotogrametryczny składający się z kamer wizyjnych, oświetlaczy, kontrolera systemu pomiarowego oraz oprogramowania do akwizycji plików. Zaprezentowano algorytm przetwarzania plików rastrowych w celu pomiaru przemieszczeń. Opisano implementację tego algorytmu w programie komputerowym opracowanym w środowisku .NET Framework. Opracowany program jest aplikacją WPF (ang. Windows Presentation Foundation). Zaprezentowano wyniki przemieszczenia poprzecznego platformy pomiarowej do potrzeb korekty współrzędnych systemów GNSS i INS. Badania przeprowadzono w ramach projektu „InnoSatTrack” finansowanego przez NCBR oraz PKP-PLK.
    The paper presents a method of measuring lateral displacements of the railway platform. The railway platform contains GNSS, INS, MLS and photogrammetric measuring systems. A photogrammetric system consisting of video cameras, illuminators, a measurement system controller and file acquisition software was used to measure lateral displacements. The report describes processing raster files algorithm to measure displacements. The software implementation in a computer program developed in the .NET Framework environment is outlined. The developed program is a WPF application. Analysis results of the measurement platform’s lateral displacement were derived from the computer application. They are requested for the correction of coordinates of GNSS and INS systems. Research has been conducted as part of the "InnoSatTrack" project funded by NCBR and PKP-PLK.

    W artykule zaprezentowano rezultaty symulacji numerycznej statycznej wytrzymałości konstrukcji nośnej platformy kolejowej służącej do przewozu naczep drogowych w modułowym systemie transportu kombinowanego, opracowanym w IPS „TABOR” – Poznań. W pierwszej części przedstawiono ogólnie zagadnienia dotyczące transportu intermodalnego w kontekście wymagań przepisów Technicznych Specyfikacji Interoperacyjności (TSI). Następnie omówiono koncepcję projektowanego systemu transportu naczep drogowych pod względem wymagań i kryteriów wytrzymałościowych według obowiązujących przepisów międzynarodowych. Zaprezentowano model obliczeniowy metody elementów skończonych (MES) opracowany dla konstrukcji nośnej wybranych elementów analizowanej platformy oraz przegląd wybranych wyników analizy wytrzymałości. Prezentowane rezultaty są wynikiem prac naukowo-badawczych realizowanych w ramach projektu rozwojowego nr R10-0065-10 „System transportu naczep drogowych na wózkach kolejowych w kombinowanym ruchu kolejowo-drogowym”.
    The article presents the results of numerical simulation of the static strength of supporting construction of the railway platform used for the transport of road semi-trailers in a modular system of combined transport, developed in IPS "TABOR" -Poznan. The first section presents an overview of issues relating to the intermodal transport in the context of the requirements of the regulations of the Technical Specifications for Interoperability (TSI). Then it discusses the concept of the designed road semi-trailers transport system in terms of the requirements and strength criteria according to the binding international rules. The computational model of the finite element method (FEM) developed for the supporting structure of selected elements of the platform and the review of selected results of the strength analysis are presented. The given results are the result of scientific-research works carried out within the development project No R10-0065-10 " Transport system of the road semitrailers on railway bogies in a combined rail-road traffic. "

    This paper presents the application of the concept of moving sidewalks at railway stations (the movable platform) including the calculation of electricity consumption. Particular focus was placed on issue of energy profit and loss in two stages - through the loss (consumption) of energy by using a moving sidewalk at a railway station platform and the profit (reduced consumption) of energy, by the lack of having to start the train, that supports movable platform, from the initial speed of 0 km/h.
    Praca przedstawia koncepcję zastosowania ruchomych chodników na peronach kolejowych (tzw. ruchomy peron) z uwzględnieniem obliczenia zużycia energii elektrycznej niezbędnej do eksploatacji tego typu rozwiązania. Szczególny nacisk położony został na kwestię zysku i straty energii rozpatrywaną dwustopniowo – poprzez stratę (zużycie) energii przez zastosowanie ruchomego chodnika na peronie kolejowym oraz zysk (zmniejszenie zużycia) energii przez brak konieczności rozruchu pociągu obsługującego ruchomy peron od prędkości początkowej równej 0 km/h.

    The aim of the article is to present a method concerning the problem of the construction of timetable from the point of view of the assignment of platform edges and stabling tracks. Taking into account these two issues in the method is extremely important from the point of view of the fluency of railway traffic, as well as minimizing railway undertaking costs related to access to the infrastructure offered by the manager in terms of occupying the platform edge above the set time. The paper describes the issues of allocating platform edges and stabling tracks in operating offices, with particular consideration of the costs related to this. The formulation of the problem of the train timetable construction was presented, including the allocation of edges and stabling tracks in a mathematical manner. In the model those parts were specified that are relevant to the research problem considered in the article. In addition, the algorithm of the construction method with the use of a block diagram was discussed.

    Movement of trains on the railway network, due to the need to conduct them in a smooth, safe and stable manner, must be properly structured. This arrangement is defined as the organization of railway traffic. One of the significant problems associated with the organization of traffic is the construction of the timetable. Timetable should be constructed in such a way as to avoid blockages mainly before operating control points. It can not be allowed to occur that the train will wait for the preceding train to release the platform edge. During building the mathematical models supporting the construction of the timetable should therefore take into account this problem. The article presents selected elements of the mathematical model of timetable construction of the passenger trains, taking into account the problem of the perimeter edges allocation. The formal record of the model, the input data necessary for its operation and the sought values were presented. Boundary conditions and indicators for the quality of the solution have been discussed. An example of model works on real data.

    Fala renowacji polskich dworców kolejowych, widoczna na przestrzeni ostatnich lat, ze zrozumiałych względów dotyczy przede wszystkim budynków. Hale, a nawet wiaty peronowe, jakoś umykają uwadze, ponieważ tych pierwszych jest w Polsce bardzo mało, a i tych drugich znacznie mniej niż potrzeba. Tymczasem za granicą metalowa przeważnie konstrukcja hal peronowych stanowi ostatnio specyficzny przedmiot zabiegów konserwatorskich lub modernizacyjnych, decydujących niekiedy o charakterze całego dworca. Stanowi to zasadniczą zmianę w stosunki do praktyki widocznej w większej części XX w., kiedy to hale dość powszechnie zamieniano na indywidualne zadaszenia peronów. Praktyka ta była szczególnie powszechna w niektórych krajach (Belgia, Włochy, Stany Zjednoczone), chociaż gdzie indziej mogła prawie nie występować (Niemcy).

    W Wojskowej Akademii Technicznej w Katedrze Mechaniki i Informatyki Stosowanej opracowano projekt prototypowej wersji wagonu do przewozu kombinowanego z obrotową platformą niskopodłogową, która stwarza możliwość łatwego i szybkiego autonomicznego załadunku, a następnie przewozu i autonomicznego rozładunku naczep samochodów ciężarowych typu TIR bez konieczności inwestowania w rozwój infrastruktury dodatkowej (szczególnie peronu). Konstrukcja ta może być używana także do transportu różnego typu pojazdów, takich jak ciągniki, ciężarówki, przyczepy, kontenery, ciężki sprzęt. W pracy przedstawiono modyfikacje konstrukcyjne, które wykonano w odniesieniu do wersji pierwotnej wagonu. Opisano także założenia logistyczne w zakresie rampy peronu i dotyczące organizacji ruchu samochodów ciężarowych, załadunku oraz rozładunku naczep. Przedstawiono budowę peronu oraz jego elementy składowe.
    A prototype model of a wagon with a low rotating floor for combined transport was designed at the Department of Mechanics and Applied Computer Science, Military University of Technology. The designed wagon allows for easy and fast independent loading and then transportation, and independent unloading of semitrailers of truck type vehicles without investing in the development of spare infrastructure, such as a platform. The construction may be also utilised for the transport of various types of vehicles, such as tractors, trucks, trailers, containers and heavy equipment. The paper presents constructional modifications which were carried out in respect to the original model of the construction. It also discusses logistic assumptions concerning both the loading and unloading of semitrailers as well as the organisation of truck traffic in the area of the platform. The construction of the platform and its elements are presented.

    In the series of articles describing the aerodynamic phenomena caused by the passage of a train, the effects of a train running at high speed on itself, on other trains, on objects on the track and on people are characterized. This impact can be of two types – generated pressure and slipstream. Apart from the literature analysis, the author’s research is also taken into account. The third part presents the characteristic features of the slipstream and its impact on the environment (in the form of forces acting on objects) and railway infrastructure.
