W obliczu wielu różnych form, typów i obszarów restrukturyzacji, dokonała ich identyfikacji w aspekcie organizacyjnym, skupiając jednocześnie uwagę na powiązanymi z nimi procesami zachodzącymi w przedsiębiorstwie.
    The author described a restructurization process as a radical change which has to be seen as necessary in today's turbulent economical business environment. The author has identified the importance of a globalization processes and its related changes in the company environment which influence on its functioning and survival on the business market. The author presented a radical change as a restructurization process, by a short presentation of the types of changes. In the face of many different forms, sorts and areas of the restructurization process, the author focused on its organization aspect, pointing out at the same time, the related processes which occur in the company.

    The aim of the thesis is to represent a unique theory of radical social change, developed by famous Polish sociologist, Edmund Wnuk-Lipiński. According to the author, the radical social change, so called democratic revolution, is a type of change, after which the previous mechanism responsible for stability and reproduction of an old system becomes ineffectual. Democratic revolution unfolds peacefully, without bloodshed. Edmund Wnuk-Lipiński suggests, that radical social change goes through similar stages in different countries. Usually there are initial, advanced and postrevolutionary phase. The thesis also analyses the pragmatic and fundamentalist response of the society to the transformation. What is more, work deals with disharmony stemming from the change, as well as the condition of Polish society being under a delusion of trouble-free transition. On the Polish plane the main problems are weak elites, conflicts among members of the social movement “Solidarność”, or socialistic mentality remains. Positive aspects are legitimization of democratic power, lasting democratic rules, active interest groups, EU membership or increasing democratic awareness among Polish society.

    Opis:
    The aim of the article is to find the main determinants of the changes/transformations in art that would satisfy the necessary conditions for defining some phenomenon as a ‘turn’. The first part of the study presents some attempts to specify the nature of a cultural turn, and the methodological positions offered by the contemporary humanities. The point of departure here is the conception of Doris Bachmann-Medick. Assuming that the inflation of cultural turns is a signal of profound change, we will ask about the impact of such processes on art. It is not a question of the response of art to changes, but of art as a fragment of the changed reality. In this context, the article refers to Umberto Eco’s concept of art as an epistemological metaphor of reality and Mieczysław Wallis’s theory of continuity/discontinuity, or gradual and abrupt changes in art. The concepts characteristic of the early stages of modern consciousness have been tested according to the criteria for the contemporary understanding of transformation in art, termed ‘a turn’. For this purpose, we have considered the different meanings of the concept of ‘change/transformation’ and of the concept of ‘turn’. The material used as an example is the history of the reception of Art Nouveau, and the problem of radicalness of the avant-garde turn. The final part of the study discusses different uses of the concept of turn, employed in art in recent years. Two ‘turns’ have been distinguished; an affective turn, linked with the somatic one, and a social turn. Both of them can be treated as constituents of a culture-wide turn: the performative turn. The postulated direction of the research on contemporary turns in art is finding a new formula of esthetic experience.
    Zadaniem tekstu jest próba określenia głównych wyznaczników przemian w sztuce, które spełniałyby warunki konieczne zjawiska określanego terminem zwrotu. W pierwszej części tekstu zaprezentowane zostały próby odpowiedzi na pytanie czym właściwie jest zwrot w kulturze i jakie stanowiska metodologiczne oferuje współczesna humanistyka. Punktem wyjścia jest koncepcja Doris Bachmann-Medick. Przyjmując założenie, że inflacja zwrotów kulturze jest sygnałem głębokiej zmiany stawiamy pytanie o odzwierciedlenie zachodzących procesów w sztuce. Nie chodzi o reakcję sztuki na zmiany, ale o sztukę jako fragment zmienionej rzeczywistości. W tym kontekście przypomniana została koncepcja sztuki jako metafory epistemologicznej rzeczywistości U. Eco, teoria ciągłości/nieciągłości, stopniowości i skokowości w sztuce Mieczysława Wallisa. Koncepcja charakterystyczne dla wczesnych etapów świadomości nowoczesnej zostały poddane sprawdzianowi wedle kryteriów współczesnego rozumienia przemiany w sztuce określanej mianem zwrotu. By sprostać tak sformułowanemu zadaniu rozważane były różne znaczenia pojęcia „zmiany, przemiany” a w dalszej kolejności „kryzysy pozytywne i negatywne” występujące w polach znaczeniowych terminu „zwrot”. Materiałem przykładowym były dzieje recepcji sztuki secesyjnej, problem radykalności przełomu awangardowego. W końcowej partii tekstu rozważano różne użycia pojęcia zwrotu w odniesieniu do sztuki ostatnich lat. Wyróżnione zostały dwa „zwroty” : afektywny , łączony z somatycznym i społeczny. Obydwa można potraktować jako składowe zwrotu o zasięgu ogólnokulturowym – zwrotu performatywnego. Postulowanym kierunkiem badań nad współczesnymi zwrotami w sztuce wydaje się analiza nowej formuły doświadczenia estetycznego.

    This article entirely concerns the philosophical determinants of political change in the European Union with a systemic character. In it, the author decided to scientifi cally identify and analyze selected concepts and sequences of thought in the field of political philosophy – mainly of neoidealistic character – helpful in explaining and understanding the processes of deconstructing political thought relating to European integration. It was important for the author to create an ideal conceptual framework for preparing empirical anti-crisis strategies, forecasts and scenarios of changes in the European Union. This scheme is particularly important in the context of the Kantian methodological architecture of pure reason. The basis here is the process of cognitive cognition from the arranged concepts – forming one compact analytical system. It is worth noting that the process of distinguishing determinants (concepts) related to the political philosophy of the European Union must take place while maintaining methodological mindfulness – both qualitative and quantitative. In view of the above, the next analytical assumption for this text is based on the author’s conviction that the change having the character of transformation (regulation and transformation) should be made mainly under the influence of philosophical theories, ideas and visions, and not the ever-changing and reactive political actions of the actors / entities participating in the European integration process.

    Opis:
    Soy beans powder mixed with water is a good food for animals. However, there are two problems with this brew. One is that soy beans powder is sunk down to fast. Parts of soy beans powder are too big and too heavy. Animals do not eat soy beans powder because after a few minutes (around 3min) is sunk down and soy beans are on the bottom case. Another negative point is a quick growth of mold, especially during summer when the temperature is highest. Mold is making food unhealthy and causes unpleasant smell. After mold appears it is difficult to clean the case. One of the solutions to eliminate these problems is to use pulse power plasma discharge and the second solution is ultra sound treatment. It was observed that pulse power discharge can decrease the size of soy beans powder a few times. Another advantage of such experiments was that the pulse power discharge killed bacteria and viruses. After our experiments we did not observe mold growing. Using pulse power discharge we can decrease sinking speed by about ten times. Ultra sound generation is useful and can decrease sinking speed even more, compared with pulse power discharge.

    The entire paper is dedicated to the theoretical indicators of systemic change in the European Union, envisaged for the period from 2014–2019. The author decided to perform an academic identification and analysis of selected terms, mainly neo-idealistic terms, that are helpful when explaining the changes taking place in the EU’s systems. It was important for the author to design a conjunctive conceptual framework for the purpose of developing empirical anti-crisis strategies, forecasts and scenarios of systemic changes. This framework is particularly important in the context of a Kantian methodological architecture of pure reason. This is based on a process of rational cognisance from ordered concepts, forming a single, coherent analytical system. It should be noted that the process of identifying the indicators (concepts) related to systemic change in the European Union has to take place, while maintaining methodological attentiveness both in qualitative and quantitative terms. Therefore, the author makes another analytical assumption for this paper, on the basis of his conviction that change which occurs as transformation (regulation and reshaping) should primarily take place under the influence of theories, ideas, visions or concrete indicators, rather than the constantly changing and reactive political activities of the actors/entities participating in the European integration process.
    Niniejszy artykuł w całości dotyczy teoretycznych wyznaczników zmian systemowych w Unii Europejskiej projektowanych na okres 2014–2019. Autor zdecydował się w nim na naukową identyfikację oraz analizę wybranych pojęć – głównie o charakterze neoidealistycznym – pomocnych w wyjaśnieniu zmian zachodzących w systemie Unii Europejskiej. Istotne dla autora stało się stworzenie koniunktywnego schematu pojęciowego służącego do przygotowania empirycznych antykryzysowych strategii, prognoz i scenariuszy zmian systemowych. Schemat ten jest szczególnie ważny w kontekście kantowskiej metodologicznej architektoniki czystego rozumu. Podstawą jest tu proces poznania rozumowego z uszeregowanych pojęć – układających się w jeden zwarty systemat analityczny. Warto zauważyć, że proces wyróżniania wyznaczników (pojęć) związanych ze zmianą systemową w Unii Europejskiej obywać się musi przy zachowaniu uważności metodologicznej – zarówno tej jakościowej, jak i ilościowej.Z uwagi na powyższe kolejne założenie analityczne dla tego tekstu opiera się na przekonaniu autora, że zmiana mająca charakter przekształcania (regulacji, jak i transformacji) powinna dokonywać się głównie pod wpływem teorii, idei i wizji czy też konkretnych wyznaczników, a nie wciąż zmiennych i reaktywnych działań politycznych aktorów/podmiotów uczestniczących w procesie integracji europejskiej.

    The article examines the narrative strategies of two documentary films that give insight into the direct-action campaigns of two radical environmental groups; Jerry Rothwell’s How to Change the World (2015) recounts the birth of Greenpeace and its development of “mindbomb” communication strategies. Marshall Curry’s If a Tree Falls (2011) chronicles the rise and fall of the Earth Liberation Front and its tactics of ecotage. Situating both films in the larger history of radical environmentalism in the United States, the article explores the affective side of their rhetoric on two levels: on the level of the activists’ own communication strategies and on the level of the films made about these activists and their strategies. It argues that making a documentary film about radical environmentalist groups raises moral questions for the filmmaker and that, each in his way, Rothwell and Curry have both made films that straddle the line between ostensible objectivity and sympathetic advocacy for the individuals they portray.
    Niniejszy artykuł analizuje strategie narracyjne dwóch filmów dokumentalnych, które dają wgląd w kampanie akcji bezpośrednich dwóch radykalnych organizacji ekologicznych. How to Change the World (Jerry Rothwell, 2015) opowiada o narodzinach Greenpeace i rozwoju strategii komunikacyjnych „bomby umysłowej”. If a Tree Falls (Marshall Curry, 2011) opisuje powstanie i upadek Frontu Wyzwolenia Ziemi (Earth Liberation Front) i jego taktykę ekotażu. Sytuując oba filmy w szerszej historii radykalnego ekologizmu w Stanach Zjednoczonych, artykuł przedstawia afektywną stronę ich retoryki na dwóch poziomach: na poziomie strategii komunikacyjnych aktywistów oraz na poziomie filmów nakręconych o tych działaczach i ich strategiach. Autorka dowodzi, iż kręcenie filmu dokumentalnego o grupach radykalnych ekologów wywołuje w filmowcach pytania moralne. Rothwell i Curry nakręcili filmy, które oscylują pomiędzy obiektywnością a empatycznym poparciem dla postaci, o których filmy te opowiadają.
