Opis:: Problematyka przedsiębiorczości akademickiej jest szeroko eksplorowana w naukach o zarządzaniu. Widoczna jest ewolucja w podejściu do przedsiębiorczości akademickiej, a w konsekwencji w jej definiowaniu. Uwidaczniają się w tym obszarze zasady typowe dla zachowań rynkowych, opartych na wzajemności, znajomości potrzeb poszczególnych stron wymiany. Celem artykułu jest systematyzacja wiedzy w zakresie relacyjnego kontekstu przedsiębiorczości akademickiej oraz identyfikacja relacyjnego zakresu przedsiębiorczości akademickiej (czynników, narzędzi i barier) postrzeganej z perspektywy przedsiębiorców i podmiotów wsparcia. Jako metodę badań przyjęto IDI (ang. Individual In-depth Interview) z przedsiębiorcami akademickimi oraz przedstawicielami instytucji wsparcia, tworzącymi szeroko pojęty ekosystem przedsiębiorczości akademickiej.
The issue of academic entrepreneurship is widely explored in management sciences. There is a visible evolution present in the approach to academic entrepreneurship and, consequently, in its definition. In this area, the principles typical of market behavior, based on reciprocity and knowledge of the needs of individual parties to the exchange, are visible. The aim of the article is to identify the relational scope of academic entrepreneurship (factors, tools and barriers) perceived from the perspective of support entities, and to systematize knowledge in the relational context of academic entrepreneurship. The method of research was IDI with academic entrepreneurs and representatives of support institutions, creating the broadly understood ecosystem of academic entrepreneurship.

Opis:: Nowadays, more and more fields of knowledge undertake research on homosexuality issues. Analysis of that topic takes place on many basis depending on researcher’s subject of interest. Pedagogy peculiarly concentrates, among other things, on individuals’ relations with their origin families – the combination of non-heteronormativity and functioning in family environment in the context of life’s quality is a new approach which, so far, had been poorly described. Presented article aims to deliver knowledge and findings connected to quality of life of homosexual women to extent of their relations with family members. The research was conducted in accordance with qualitative trend, mainly by individual case method. The applied technique was an interview and the data collection instrument was its questionnaire. The examined group included eight intentionally selected women that come from podlaskie and śląskie provinces. Gathered information was transcribed, coded and categorized within the scope of selected elements of construct such as life quality. Women’s statements were presented in accordance with descriptive-comparative approach, so firstly, their subjective feelings had been described and then that report was related to some objective factors. Depicted results are the part of the answer on research problem which is: ‘how interpersonal relations of homosexual women are created?’. Analysis and interpretation of gathered data show three models of relations appearing between questioned women and their families of origin, those are: acceptation of non-heteronormativity, ignorance of that sexual orientation, repression/avoidance of receiving an information about homosexuality with sporadic attempts at ‘converting’ their daughters/sisters. Women who were accepted by their families (two of them) are characterized by high subjective and objective level of life quality to extent of interpersonal relations, social life and mental condition. Those who did not ‘came out of the closet’ to their relatives (another two) and those who were rejected by them (four of them) are described as women with low level of quality of life among contacts with other people (objective factors), but some of them think differently – they describe those relations as positive. That discrepancy in evaluation might be a result of using so-called tactic of apparent mysteriousness – questioned women and members of their families pretend that homosexuality does not exist. The family relations are disordered in most cases; because of it life quality of homosexual women is lower than other members of our society. Appropriate education in terms of toleration could improve their situation, what is more, forming support groups for parents with non-heternonormative children also might help.

Opis:: Ciągła troska o poprawę jakości i skuteczności oddziaływań dydaktyczno-wychowawczych powoduje potrzebę analizy uwarunkowań tego procesu. Celem niniejszego opracowania jest prezentacja wybranych czynników wpływających na efektywność pracy wychowawców, w szczególności próba określenia wpływu osobowości oraz stylu prowadzenia zajęć na poziom jakości kształcenia uczniów. Rozważania zawarte w przygotowanym artykule opierają się na założeniu, że na poziom efektywności pracy pedagogów mają wpływ czynniki osobowościowe, uwarunkowania środowiskowe oraz jakość relacji interpersonalnych uczeń–nauczyciel.
The constant concern for the improvement of the quality and the effectiveness of teaching and upbringing interactions causes the need for the analysis of the conditions of such process. The purpose of the author was to present some factors influencing the effectiveness of teachers’ work, and in particular to make an attempt to identify the impact of the personality and teaching style on the quality of education process. The ideas included in the prepared paper are based on the assumption that the effectiveness of teachers’ work is influenced by personality factors, environmental conditions, and the quality of interpersonal relations between pupils and teachers.

Celem artykułu jest podjęcie próby wskazania oczekiwań różnych pokoleń aktywnych zawodowo pracowników wobec jakości warunków i stosunków pracy w organizacji. Autor, poprzez analizę literatury, dokonuje przeglądu oczekiwań współczesnego pracownika (różnych grup wiekowych) oraz istniejących możliwości. Rezultatem jest próba określenia wyzwań dla współczesnych organizacji, przeglądu oczekiwań aktywnych zawodowo w stosunku do potencjalnego pracodawcy oraz relacji między warunkami i stosunkami pracy a jakością funkcjonowania organizacji.
The functioning of an organisation in a dynamically changeable and complex surroundings requires the systematic improvement of competences conditioning the growth of its competitiveness. The main factor deciding about the possibility of undertaking effective and efficient activities conditioning the use of emerging opportunities and the avoidance of threats and dangers is the possessed human capital. Therefore, it is of the utmost importance to orient towards the quality of working conditions and work relations which, to a great extent, decide about the possibility of the development of human capital and, as a consequence, the improvement of the results achieved by an organisation. The aim of the article is to take up the attempt to present the expectations of various generations of professionally active workers as for the quality of conditions and work relations in an organisation. By means of an analysis of the literature, the author makes an overview of the expectations of a modern worker (various age groups of the Polish people), as well as the existing possibilities. The effect of the author’s work is an attempt to define challenges for the functioning of contemporary organisations, an overview of the expectations of those professionally active towards a potential employer and the relations between working conditions and work relations and the quality of an organisation’s functioning.

Opis:: All universities are responsible for assessing the quality of education. One of the required factors is the results of the students’ research. The procedure involves, most often, the preparation of the questionnaire by the staff, which is voluntarily answered by students; then, the university staff uses the statistical methods to analyze data and prepare reports. The proposed EQE method by the application of the fuzzy relations and the optimistic fuzzy aggregation norm may show a closer connection between the students’ answers and the achieved results. Moreover, the objects obtained by the application of the EQE method can be visualized by using the t-SNE technique, cosine between vectors and distances of points in five-dimensional space.

Opis:: Artykuł jest opracowaniem empirycznym wykorzystującym w procesie weryfikacji analizę danych empirycznych zgromadzonym przez autora w ramach projektu finansowanego z funduszu Urzędu Marszałkowskiego Województwa Zachodniopomorskiego nt.: „Prowadzenie badań dotyczących jakości życia i potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych”. Głównym celem procesu wyjaśniania prezentowanego opracowania jest identyfikacja znaczenia aktywności zawodowej osób z niepełnosprawnością w procesie konstytuowania się ich jakości życia. Proces weryfikacji został oparty o model teoretyczny jakości życia E. Allarda. Przesłanką empiryczną procedury weryfikacji był zgromadzony przez autora, obszerny zbiór danych zagregowanych (2822 jednostkowe pomiary). Pozwolił on na sformułowanie wniosków zarówno odnoszących się do Allardowskich kategorii jakości życia, jak i roli pracy dla percypowania przez badanych różnorodnych jej wymiarów.
The article is an empirical study using, in the verification process, the analysis of empirical data collected by the author as part of a project funded by the Marshal's Office of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship on the subject: „Conducting research on the quality of life and the needs of people with disabilities”. The main purpose of the process of explaining the presented study is to identify the importance of professional activity of people with disabilities in the process of constituting their quality of life. The verification process was based on the theoretical model of the quality of life by E. Allard. The empirical premise of the verification procedure was the extensive aggregate data collected by the author (2822 unit measurements). It allowed the formulation of conclusions which were referring to the quality of life categories by Allard as well as the role of work for the perceiving of its various dimensions by the respondents.
