Opis:: W pracy przedstawiono wyniki badań laboratoryjnych wpływu składu chemicznego mieszanin substratów na procesy fermentacji. Badania przeprowadzono w zakresie obniżonej do około 6% zawartości suchej masy. Porównanie przebiegu fermentacji zakiszanej kukurydzy oraz odpadów celulozowych wykazały, iż istotny wpływ na wydajność fermentacji ma skład mieszaniny substratów. Przy porównaniu wskazano na inhibujące działanie pulpy celulozowej.
The results of laboratory investigations of influence of chemical constitution of substrates mixture on processes of fermentation. Investigations showed that essential influence on efficiency of fermentation has the composition of substrates mixture.

Opis:: The text deals with the question of the influence of international exchange programmes on reducing ethnic prejudices in their participants. Apart from a brief introduction into the issue of reducing prejudice, it comprises 392 free responses of Czech respondents, predominantly students, who have filled out an online survey as part of the project Intergroup Attitudes and Intergroup Contact in Central Europe. The participants gave accounts of their real contacts with Polish people, oftentimes within the framework of international exchange programmes, Erasmus in particular. Based on the comparison of the results of the qualitative analysis of the statements with the conditions of successful reduction of prejudices, one can suggest that international exchange programmes should have a positive influence on reducing negative ethnic stereotypes and prejudices among their participants.

Opis:: Remote work issues for disabled people are still poorly understood. Due to the high unemployment rate among disabled people, analysis, and solutions to increase access to work are necessary. Remote workers must deal with space, time, and the blurring of boundaries between home and work life. Remote contact also weakens management-coworker relationships, reducing workplace support and professional development. The aim of the paper was to collect opinions on remote work based on interviews with 15 people with disabilities. Their opinions expressed their experience with the reality in which they function. Dual Sentiment Analysis was used with a dedicated qualitative analysis tool (QDA MINER). The respondents mainly described remote work as having good working conditions at home and being satisfied with less contact with others. Our findings suggest that organizing remote work for people with disabilities in a highly individualized way that takes into account their disabilities, job functions, and complex emotional responses can improve job satisfaction and the work environment. Remote work reduces social contact, which reduces stress and boosts job satisfaction for disabled people.
