- The paper presents the theoretical description of the eddy current losses of the stator-winding bar for the turbogenerator slot part as well as the calculation results of these losses for bars with the specific strands Roebel transposition. The application computational model takes into consideration magnetic coupling within as well as slot part (ferromagnetic environment) and overhangs part (non-magnetic environment). The calculation results are presented for three following transposition types: 0+360+0, 0+540+0, 90+360+90. It was showed the split of bars for strands columns and calculation method of additional losses in any strand in any column. The complete calculation makes it possible to perform by software "Bar". The computations were made for selected type of turbogenerator with indirectly cooled system and power 450 MVA. The top and bottom bar of stator winding consists of 136 strands that are arranged in 2 columns
