    We consider two situations which relate properties of filters with properties of the limit operators with respect to these filters. In the first one, we show that the space of sequences having limits with respect to a $Π^0_3$ filter is itself $Π^0_3$ and therefore, by a result of Dobrowolski and Marciszewski, such spaces are topologically indistinguishable. This answers a question of Dobrowolski and Marciszewski. In the second one, we characterize universally measurable filters which fulfill Fatou's lemma.

    Opis:
    The Civil Code of the Kingdom of Poland (KCKP), enacted on June 1, 1825, stated that property relations in marriage could develop within the statutory property regime, which was the exclusive property regime or the contractual regime adopted by the spouses. KCKP regulated the principles of operation of the three main property regimes that could be introduced by agreement. The future spouses could simply bind their property relations to one of these regimes, or make any modifications to them. In addition, they were allowed to adopt a completely different, arbitrary system, as long as the rules of its functioning did not violate the law or good morals, and were specified in detail in the contract. The contractual systems regulated in the code were: property separation, dowry property regime and joint property. In practice of first notaries in the years 1841–1875 in Łódź, most commonly adopted property regimes were those that combined the features of two regimes, i.e. property exclusivity and joint property, or a dowry regime and joint property. However, the principles of the functioning of these systems adopted in premarital agreements were not uniform. The bride and groom decided on various combinations in terms of subjecting individual property components to property exclusivity, possibly to a dowry government, or joint ownership. The regimes of exclusive property and joint property as well as the dowry regime and joint property regimes were attractive for spouses, due to their flexibility, the possibility of adjusting the arrangements to the financial situation of future spouses.
    Uchwalony 1 (13) czerwca 1825 r. Kodeks Cywilny Królestwa Polskiego stanowił, że stosunki majątkowe między małżonkami mogły kształtować się w ramach ustawowego ustroju majątkowego, jaki stanowiła wyłączność majątkowa, lub ustroju umownego przyjętego przez małżonków w intercyzie. Kodeks regulował zasady funkcjonowania trzech głównych ustrojów majątkowych, które mogły zostać wprowadzone w drodze umowy. Jednocześnie przyznawał przyszłym małżonkom dużą swobodę w kwestii urządzania stosunków majątkowych: mogli wprost poddać swoje stosunki majątkowe któremuś z tych ustrojów, albo dokonywać ich dowolnej modyfikacji. Poza tym wolno im było przyjąć inny, zupełnie dowolny ustrój – byle zasady jego funkcjonowania zostały szczegółowo określone w umowie, nie naruszały prawa i nie były sprzeczne z dobrymi obyczajami. Uregulowanymi w kodeksie układami umownymi były: rozdzielność majątkowa, rząd posagowy oraz wspólność majątkowa. W praktyce działalności pierwszych łódzkich notariuszy, czyli w latach 1841–1875, najczęściej przyjmowanymi ustrojami majątkowymi były te, które łączyły w sobie cechy dwóch ustrojów, czyli wyłączności majątkowej i wspólności majątkowej albo rządu posagowego i wspólności majątkowej. Przyjmowane w intercyzach zasady funkcjonowania tych ustrojów nie były jednak jednolite. Narzeczeni decydowali się na rozmaite kombinacje w zakresie poddawania poszczególnych składników majątkowych wyłączności majątkowej, ewentualnie rządowi posagowemu albo wspólności

    Celem niniejszego artykułu jest omówienie odpowiedzialności małżonka za zobowiązania podatkowe współmałżonka. Główną przesłanką odpowiedzialności małżonka jest istnienie pewnego związku ekonomicznego między nim a podatnikiem. W zależności od istnienia konkretnych okoliczności zakres tej odpowiedzialności jest różny. Najszerszy zakres omówionych odpowiedzialności dotyczy odpowiedzialności małżonka pozostającego z podatnikiem w ustroju wspólności ustawowej. Odmiennie kształtuje się odpowiedzialność za zobowiązania podatkowe w sytuacji ustanowienia rozdzielności majątkowej między małżonkami. Ostatnim omówionym w treści artykułu rodzajem odpowiedzialności podatkowej jest odpowiedzialność po śmierci jednego z małżonków. Małżonek będący spadkobiercą wstępuje wówczas w miejsce spadkodawcy, stając się podatnikiem, co jest podstawową cechą różniącą ten rodzaj odpowiedzialności od pozostałych. Szczególny charakter przedstawionego zagadnienia wynika z faktu, że odpowiedzialność za zobowiązania podatkowe ponoszą osoby nie będące podmiotami żadnych obowiązków wynikających z prawa podatkowego związanych z poborem podatków. Istnienie tej odpowiedzialności oznacza dla wierzyciela poszerzenie kręgu podmiotów, od których może żądać wykonania zobowiązania, które to zobowiązanie ciążyło pierwotnie wyłącznie na podatniku.
    The purpose of this article is to review the spouse’s liability for tax liabilities of his/her spouse. The main premise for the spouse’s liability is the existence of an economic relationship between the spouse and the taxpayer. Depending on the existence of specific circumstances, the extent of this liability varies. The widest scope of the presented liability concerns the liability of the spouse who has the statutory matrimonial property regime with a taxpayer. The liability for tax obligations in the case when separation of property is established between spouses is different. The last type of tax liability discussed in the article is the liability after the death of one of the spouses. The spouse, who is the heir, then replaces the testator and becomes a taxpayer. That is a fundamental feature that distinguishes this type of liability from the others. The specific nature of the presented issue results from the fact that liability for tax obligations lies with persons who are not subject to any obligations arising from tax law related to the collection of taxes. The existence of this liability means that the creditor extends the circle of persons from whom the creditor may demand the execution of the obligation which was originally the sole liability of the taxpayer.

    Opis:
    How to avoid the shortage of floatability and non-purpose flotation in marmatite flotation is a big problem. This paper innovatively studies how to reduce these two negative phenomena from the perspective of grinding media. The effects of steel and stainless-steel balls on the flotation performance of copper-activated marmatite were investigated mainly through flotation tests, redox potential measurements, ion concentration tests, and XPS and FT-IR spectrum studies. The flotation results showed that the floatability of copper-activated marmatite remarkably decreased by using the steel ball in the grinding process, but it had a mere influence when stainless-steel medium was used. Redox potential measurements showed that the grinding environment of stainless-steel medium could exhibit a higher oxidizing potential than the steel grinding environment. Results from FTIR, XPS, and ion concentration measurements demonstrated that more ferric ions existed on the copper activated marmatite surface in the steel grinding environment than that in the stainless-steel environment. Ferric ions could further hinder the activation effect of copper ions on marmatite and result in decreased marmatite flotation. This research could potentially explain the mechanism of ferric ions in the grinding process, and it can be utilized to improve the flotation performance of marmatite ore through selecting suitable grinding media in ball mill operations.

    Opis:
    Aerodynamic properties of solid materials have long been used to convey and separate seeds and grains duringpost harvest operations. The objective of this study was the evaluation of the aerodynamic properties of mung bean seeds as a function of moisture content and two grades referred to above and below a cut point of 4.8 mm in length. The results showed that as the moisture content increased from 7.8 to 25% (w.b.), the terminal velocity of seeds increased followinga polynomial relationship, from 7.28 to 8.79 and 6.02 to 7.12 m s-1,for grades A and B, respectively. Seeds at grade A had terminal velocities with a mean value of 8.05 m s-1, while at grade B hada mean value of 6.46 m s-1. The Reynolds number of both grades increased linearly with the increase of seeds moisture content, while the drag coefficient decreased with the increase of moisture content. Mathematical relationships were developed to relatethe change in seeds moisture content with the obtained values of aerodynamic properties. The analysis of variance showed that moisture content had a significant effect, at 1% probability level, on all the aerodynamics properties of mung beans.

    The objective of this study was the evaluation of the aerodynamic properties of Makhobeli, triticale and wheat seeds as a function of moisture content from 7 to 27% (w.b). The results showed that the terminal velocity of triticale and wheat seeds increased linearly from 5.37 to 6.42 and from 6.31 to 8.02 m s -1 , respectively, as the moisture content increased from 7 to 27%. Over this same moisture content range, the terminal velocity of Makhobeli seeds varied following a polynomial relationship from 4.52 to 5.07 m s -1 . Makhobeli seeds had terminal velocities with ameanvalueof4.73ms -1 , at different moisture contents, compared to the mean values of 5.89 and 7.13 m s -1 for triticale and wheat seeds, respectively. The mean value of drag coefficient was 1.12 for Makhobeli compared to the values of 0.92 and 0.85 for triticale and wheat, respectively. The analysis of variance showed that there were significant differences between the terminal velocity (at 1% pro- bability level) and drag coeffici ent (at 5% probab ility leve l) of Mak- hobeli with triticale and wheat seeds, which suggests that aero- dynamic separation of Makhobeli from triticale and wheat is possible.
