- The aim of this article is to analyse and evaluate some aspects of financing the development of employees' professional qualifications within the Human Capital Operational Programme. The object of this study are issues connected with the chosen priority within each the training projects which provide training for employees in enterprises are carried out. A part of this article presents the role of the EU trainings by identifying the effects of the training projects within the Human Capital Operational Programme on example of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian voivodship. The source material for this thesis includes literature on management, programme documents concerning the functioning of structural funds and reports from the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Office of the Marshal concerning the implementation of regional component of Human Capital Operational Programme in the period of 2007-2013.
