    Opis:
    A retrospective analysis of vocational education development has been made, its role in the formation of human capital shown. The causes of contradictions and shortcomings in training of production personnel due to the imperfection of public policy in this area have been revealed. Subject to the provisions of international instruments and prognostic study of socio-economic strategy of Ukraine the strategic objectives of professional education in Ukraine in the context of European integration processes have been disclosed. The basic directions of scientific research in problems of quality training of personnel have been demonstrated.

    Opis:
    Tourism economy appears in every sphere of economy: production of goods and services, their division, exchange and consumption; it also occurs in the majority of the national economy branches that directly or indirectly deal with meeting tourist demand. The majority of economic processes in tourism sector are realized by direct tourism economy and its representatives, tourist entrepreneurs. Territorial selfgovernment units and tourist organizations play a significant role in formation of economic processes in tourism sector on the regional and local levels. The classic economy distinguishes three basic production factors: labor, land and capital. In the modern approaches they are completed with the fourth that has different names. Beginning with technical and organizational progress which is a logic extension of coexistence and cooperation of three basic factors, ending with information and knowledge – treated as the most modern factors of production in the so-called new economy. In the totality of activities of tourism economy entities, a special role should be ascribed to the personnel, namely human potential of tourism economy entities.

    W artykule przestawiono podstawowy asortyment, który jest produkowany w Zakładach Mechanicznych GLIMAG S.A. w Gliwicach. Przedstawiona została historia Zakładu, od momentu ich powstania, do dnia dzisiejszego. Pokrótce przedstawiono podstawowe produkty Zakładu, wraz z ich parametrami technicznymi. W podsumowaniu zwrócono uwagę na problem związany z koniunkturą w przemyśle górniczym i kierunkami działań podjętych przez Kierownictwo Zakładu, w celu zapewnienia wykorzystania istniejącej kadry oraz parku maszynowego.
    The article presents a basic assortment, which is produced in Zakłady Mechaniczne GLIMAG S.A. in Gliwice. The history of the Department has been presented, from the moment of their creation to today. Briefly presents the basic products of the Department, together with their technical parameters. In the summary, attention was paid to the problem related to the economic situation in the mining industry and the directions of actions taken by the Plant's management in order to ensure the use of existing staff and machine park.

    This article investigates the importance of pedagogical training technologies in organizing, the ways of training and enriching qualified personnel as whole. In addition, training quality and enhancement opportunities are analyzed in order to achieve a new level of developments. Furthermore, clarification of the purpose of the training sessions in this article, design, educational goals, classes to be tutorial separate episodes, the methods by teachers’ targets in major character. The goal is to convert the assignment of students, use of interactive training methods in the training process. Gained outcomes and shortcomings make better development for the further perspectives of investigation.

    W referacie wskazano na konieczność właściwego prowadzenia procesu antykorozji konstrukcji stalowych, ze względu na jego zasadniczy wpływ na ich trwałość. Odniesiono się również do wymagań normy EN 1090, zharmonizowanej z Rozporządzeniem 305/2011, w zakresie zabezpieczenia antykorozyjnego stalowych konstrukcji budowlanych. Proces zabezpieczenia antykorozyjnego konstrukcji należy traktować jako proces specjalny. Powinien być zatem wykonywany przez kompetentny personel, a prawidłowe przeprowadzenie kolejnych jego etapów powinno być potwierdzane wynikami przewidzianych, w specyfikacji zabezpieczenia antykorozyjnego, badań. W referacie omówiono przykłady badań nieniszczących stosowanych na poszczególnych etapach procesu. Omówiono między innymi: • badania dotyczące przygotowania powierzchni przed nakładaniem powłok antykorozyjnych; • badania w zakresie wymaganych warunków środowiskowych; • badania prowadzone w trakcie nakładania powłok; • badania oceniające właściwe wykonanie powłok. Odniesiono się również do wymagań w zakresie kompetencji personelu nadzorującego wykonanie i prowadzącego badania w procesie zabezpieczenia antykorozyjnego.
    The paper indicates the need to properly execution of the corrosion process of steel structures, due to its fundamental impact on their durability. Reference is also made to the requirements of EN 1090, harmonized with Regulation 305/2011, in the scope of anti-corrosive protection of steel building structures. The process of corrosion protection of the structure should be treated as a special process. It should therefore be carried out by competent personnel, and the correct implementation of its subsequent stages should be confirmed by the results and tests provided for in the corrosion protection specification. The paper discusses examples of non-destructive tests used at particular stages of the process. Following is discussed: tests on surface preparation before application • of anti-corrosion coatings; • testing in terms of required environmental conditions; • tests carried out during application of coatings; • tests assessing the proper execution of coatings. Reference was also made to the competence requirements of personnel supervising the execution and conducting tests in the corrosion protection process.
