W artykule omówiono elementy systemu zarządzania bezpieczeństwem i higieną pracy według OHSAS 18001:2007, istotne ze względu na opracowanie, wdrożenie i utrzymanie bezpiecznego środowiska pracy dla pracowników i osób trzecich przebywających na terenie miejsca pracy. Podjęto równocześnie problem naczelnych funkcji systemów informacyjnych w inżynierii bezpieczeństwa. Przedstawiono także metody makroergonomii stosowane w eksploatacji wieloobiektowych systemów wytwórczych, co pozwoliło wykazać potencjał tych narzędzi w zakresie rozpoznawania sytuacji kontekstowej procesu pracy. Celem tej publikacji jest naświetlenie korzyści wynikających z zastosowania narzędzi makroergonomii w systemowym zarządzaniu bezpieczeństwem pracy. Z wykorzystaniem różnych koncepcji analizy systemowej, które opisano w punkcie 2, wiąże się efektywne uzyskiwanie istotnych informacji decyzyjnych w tym zakresie.
In this paper the crucial elements of occupational health and safety management system OHSAS 18001:2007, considering planning, implementation and maintenance of a safe work environment for employees and third parties inside the workplace, are shown. The issue of the main functions of information systems in safety engineering is also widely discussed. Moreover, the application of macroergonomic concepts in the operation of multi-object production systems is presented.

The aim of the article is to point out the gender differences in the assessment of the selected variables in terms of work “satisfaction” and “motivation - lack of motivation” among employees. The research made use of the material obtained from primary sources. The primary sources were data collected from questionnaires filled out by the inhabitants of Slovakia. The sample consisted of SMEs’ employees. Using the method of random sampling we have identified 442 SMEs. Within this group we have reached out to a total of 665 employees. The research sample included 136 respondents. The research sample consisted of employees of various organizations, like those working in the manufacturing sector, commerce, services, administration and other not specified fields. The results point to the fact that the women’s job satisfaction, in contrast to men, significantly affects the recognition of the superior. In the case of work motivation - the demotivation of women is significantly influenced by the fear of losing the workplace and also by the unfair behavior of the superior.
Celem artykułu jest wskazanie różnic między płciami w ocenie wybranych zmiennych pod kątem „satysfakcji” zawodowej i „motywacji lub braku motywacji” wśród pracowników. W badaniu wykorzystano materiał pozyskany ze źródeł pierwotnych. Źródłami tymi były dane zebrane z ankiet wypełnianych przez mieszkańców Słowacji. Próba składała się z pracowników MŚP. Korzystając z metody losowego pobierania próbek, zidentyfikowano 442 MŚP. W ramach tej grupy badawczej autorzy łącznie dotarli do 665 pracowników. Próbka badawcza objęła 136 respondentów. Próba badawcza składała się z pracowników różnych organizacji, pracujących w sektorze wytwórczym, handlu, usługach, administracji i innych niewyszczególnionych dziedzinach. Wyniki wskazują, że zadowolenie z pracy kobiet, w przeciwieństwie do mężczyzn, znacząco wpływa na uznanie przełożonego. W przypadku motywacji do pracy - na demotywację kobiet znacząco wpływa strach przed utratą miejsca pracy, a także niesprawiedliwe zachowanie przełożonego.

Technological progress has brought a large amount of complex machinery into the work processes, which represents a potential source of serious injuries, accidents, or breakdowns. The aim of this paper is to follow new trends in the FMEA and their use in our study. We have chosen the Turning Machine Doosan V-Puma Doosan PUMA V550R Machining Centre with manufacturing diameters and mechanical machining operations. We have created the FMEA team, which participated in the entire evaluation and analysis. We identified possible failures and causes of failures in the given operations. We applied the conventional PFMEA and identified the RPN risk number. We also used DEMATEL model. Using DEMATEL matrices, we identified a binding between the individual failures and the causes of the failures. Some failures will become the main cause of other failures and the causes of the failures; some arise as a result of other failures or causes of failures. Finally, we evaluated the applicability of individual methods and models. By the DEMATEL model we clarified the significance and bindings between individual failures.

The results of a literature review show that there is an undeniable link between the working conditions connected with the existence of threats in a form of harmful, dangerous (mechanical) or strenuous factors and the employees’ health condition determining the level of their ability to continue their work. It is necessary to shape the employee’s working environment in an appropriate way by eliminating or minimising the threats related to the work process (in accordance with the binding norms) in order to prevent the existence of any health problems or such undesirable events as accidents at work. Thus, the issue concerning the influence of elimination or limitation of threats connected with the existence of harmful, dangerous (mechanical) and strenuous factors in the work process on the level of employment in the hazardous conditions considering the prevention of early leave from the performed work is becoming an important and current research problem. Therefore, in this article, the attempt was made to present the dependencies between the level of considered employment and the factors affecting the level of acceptable occupational risk. The econometric modelling, which uses cross-section-time data, was applied. Moreover, the analysis showing the changes in shaping considered variables was performed. The presented information refers to Polish regions and was taken from the publications of CSO (Statistics Poland) covering the period 2011 - 2017.

The paper presents selected issues related to process and risk management in mining companies. For the purpose of identification and analysis of processes in the underground mine, process mining techniques were proposed. An example of their application in analysis of roof support operation process in underground coal mine is presented.
W artykule przedstawiono wybrane zagadnienia dotyczące zarządzania procesami i ryzykiem w przedsiębiorstwach górniczych. Na potrzeby identyfikacji i analizy procesów w kopalni podziemnej zaproponowano wykorzystanie technik eksploracji procesów. Opisano przykład eksploracji procesu działania obudowy zmechanizowanej w kopalni podziemnej.

This article presents selected aspects connected to work safety, related to production facilities in Poland, where production lines are installed as new, or transferred from other locations. Research related to ergonomic evaluation of acoustic environment in PCPW EKO-KARPATY in Tarnowiec during production of agricultural anti-weed fabric. The scope of the paper included noise measurement and spectrum analysis at particular unassisted work stations of the process line. The conducted analysis indicated that applicable standards were exceeded in all cases and that there was justified fear that conversion of spaces designed for agricultural production for industrial applications will have a negative impact on health of people working in these conditions. Some suggestions were developed regarding modifications that will ensure conformity with the applicable standards regarding noise level.
Badania dotyczyły ergonomicznej oceny środowiska akustycznego w PCPW EKO-KARPATY w Tarnowcu podczas produkcji włókniny przeciwchwastowej. Zakres pracy obejmował pomiar poziomu hałasu oraz przeprowadzenie jego analizy widmowej na wyszczególnionych samodzielnych stanowiskach roboczych wchodzących w skład ciągu technologicznego. Przeprowadzona analiza wykazała, że obowiązujące normy zostały przekroczone we wszystkich przypadkach i istnieje uzasadniona obawa, że modyfikacja pomieszczeń projektowanych z myślą o produkcji rolniczej na pomieszczenia, w których odbywa się produkcja przemysłowa będzie miała negatywny wpływ na zdrowie pracujących w takich warunkach ludzi. Opracowano propozycje zmian prowadzących do spełnienia obecnie obowiązujących norm dotyczących hałasu.

The paper presents the analysis of navigation processes used in wells and around-drilling processes. Most common navigation systems used in drilling processes are described. The authors have presented a concept of applying navigation to operations supporting drilling processes, including operations ensuring the safety of drilling staff. Also, they have discussed around-drilling processes which have not been supported by navigation systems. Finally, they have presented ideas of their possible applications as well as benefits resulting from using navigation systems.

There is no doubt that the issues related to safety and health protection as well as accident prevention should be considered an important element of every investment and construction process. For this reason, numerous regulations in both the Community and Polish legal order have been imposed in this area. The Community regulations include numerous Community directives. The most important from the point of view of work safety in the construction pro-cess is the so-called framework directive of 12 June 1989 on the introduction of measures to improve occupational safety and health, and the eighth individual directive of 24 June 1992 on the implementation of minimum safety and health requirements at temporary and mobile construction sites. Owing to the above-mentioned legal acts, the minimum requirements regarding occupational safety in the investment process have been unified at the Community level. This is very important due to the principle of free movement of workers introduced on the basis of Art. 45 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union. The Community legal regulations clearly emphasize the full responsibility of employers in this respect and, in relation to the investment and construction process, the responsibility of investors or substitute investors. The EU regulations were implemented into the Polish legal order by adopting the generally applicable legal acts - the Construction Law, and the regulation on information regarding health and safety, as well as the health and safety plan. The aforesaid regulations and, above all, the health and safety plan prepared on their basis are aimed at identifying hazards in the workplace and implementing solutions to prevent them at the investment implementation stage.

Modern information management systems are often driven by workflow engines, which require an accurate, detailed, and structured process description. Instead of theoretical modelling of such processes we propose a technique which can be a connection between traditional management (organisational structure) and business process management approach. In our work we present a case study where the automatic process mining techniques are applied to administrative processes in an environment of event logs recorded by DMS. We use event log data to discover and describe the process map of the organisation and to model structured process descriptions. Our approach allows for the extraction of models based on facts and it is a direct connection between the process model and raw data generated by the organisation. Such scenario increases consistency between the mapped model and the reality of the organisation.

Opis:
The article presents the project organization in the continuous flow water meter corps assembly process. On the basis of observations in the company analyzes were performed: the production process in the seating assembly, the scope of work of each operator, spatial development workplaces and how to supplying the materials. When developing new rules for the organization of the production flow the characteristics of the demand for products, which is one of the factors affecting the distribution of work between the operators, was taken into account. It shows the benefits of the continuous flow by eliminating waste, changing the method of division of labor carried out by the operators, and the spatial development of the seating. The result is to reduced the transit time of the material in process, reduced work-in-progress inventory and increasing flexibility in the customer's needs.

The chosen model of activities shaping safe behavior of employees was also presented, as well as specific methods and means of motivating to work safely.
