Duża koncentracja jednofazowych mikroinstalacji fotowoltaicznych w nisko obciążonej sieci dystrybucyjnej niskiego napięcia często ma negatywny wpływ na parametry jakości energii elektrycznej, co skutkuje automatycznym wyłączaniem się falowników oraz utrudnia służbom energetycznym prowadzenie prac eksploatacyjnych z wykorzystaniem agregatów prądotwórczych. W artykule wyjaśniono i przedstawiono wpływ jednofazowych mikroinstalacji fotowoltaicznych o mocy 2 kW na wartość skuteczną napięcia i asymetrię prądową i napięciową oraz omówiono współpracę agregatu prądotwórczego z mikroinstalacjami. W artykule zaprezentowano również wyniki pomiarów skuteczności łagodzenia negatywnego wpływu mikroinstalacji na parametry napięcia za pomocą transformatora symetryzującego oraz szeregowego transformatora dodawczego, z niezależną regulacją napięcia w poszczególnych fazach.
High concentration of single-phase photovoltaic micro-installations on a low-loaded low-voltage distribution feeder often has a negative impact on power quality parameters which leads to automatic photovoltaic inverters shutdown and obstructs distribution network maintenance using mobile power generation units. The paper presents the impact of 2 kW single-phase micro-installations on voltage profile and voltage and current unbalance in a low-voltage distribution network. The paper also discusses cooperation of a mobile power generation unit with micro-installations and presents the results of measurements of mitigation effectiveness of the negative impact of micro-installations on voltage quality using a balancing transformer and a series automatic voltage regulator with independent phase voltage regulation.

Opis:
The paper deals with the possibility of employing the Custom Power Static Series Compensator (SSC), whose primary aim is to compensate voltage sags, also as a Reactive Power Compensator. The idea arises from the observation that such device does not work for the majority of time and can therefore be usefully employed for other purposes, such as power factor corrections. To this aim, an "ad hoc" control algorithm is developed and thoroughly discussed in the paper. The effectiveness of such control scheme is then tested by applying the SSC to a load represented by an induction motor in order to improve its power factor. The whole system is modelled with the aid of the electromagnetic code PSCAD -EM TDC, which allows to describe with high detail all its components. The results of the simulations show the good response of the device, which enables to rapidly increase the power factor of the motor and maintains the Total Harmonic Distortion (THD ) of the injected phase voltages under the threshold value of 8%, as prescribed by CEI EN 50160 3.11.

We develop a new class of distributions, namely, the odd power generalizedWeibull-G power series (OPGW-GPS) class of distributions. We present some special classes of the proposed distribution. Structural properties, have also been derived. We conducted a simulation study to evaluate the consistency of the maximum likelihood estimates. Moreover, two real data examples on selected data sets, to illustrate the usefulness of the new class of distributions. The proposed model outperforms several non-nested models on selected data sets.

Ocena jakości energii elektrycznej w sieciach elektroenergetycznych wykorzystuje zestaw wielkości normatywnych i uzupełniających. Wśród tych wielkości znajdują się dwie miary zawartości harmonicznych w napięciu: widmo amplitudowe, czyli zestaw wartości poszczególnych harmonicznych oraz współczynnik odkształcenia THD. W pracy zaprezentowano przykładowe wyniki badań wybranego analizatora jakości energii PQ-Box 100, przeprowadzone na zaprojektowanym i wykonanym stanowisku pomiarowym.
The electric power quality evaluation in electrical power networks is a complex measuring task carried out with the use of a set of standard and complementary quantities. Among these quantities two measures of harmonic contents in voltage can be mentioned: spectrum amplitude and coefficient THD. The paper presents examples of the selected measurement results of the power quality analyzer – PQ-Box 100, realized on a design measuring position. The measuring position makes it possible to set selected test signals – periodic functions which enable the evaluation of the measuring accuracy of harmonic contents. The authors describe in detail particular elements of the measuring system together with the results of its calibration. The measuring system was constructed at the Electrical Quantities Measurement Laboratory, Regional Verification Office in Poznań. The measurement results were completed with a presentation of the uncertainty budgets. The authors of the present publication carried out a metrological analysis of the obtained measurement results, which made it possible to draw the final conclusions.

In the literature, Saleh’s description of the AM/AM and AM/PM conversions occurring in communication power amplifiers (PAs) is classified as a representation without memory. We show here that this view must be revised. The need for such revision follows from the fact that the Saleh’s representation is based on the quadrature mapping which, as we show here, can be expanded in a Volterra series different from an usual Taylor series. That is the resulting Volterra series possesses the nonlinear impulse responses in form of sums of ordinary functions and multidimensional Dirac impulses multiplied by coefficients being real numbers. This property can be also expressed, equivalently, by saying that the nonlinear transfer functions associated with the aforementioned Volterra series are complex-valued functions. In conclusion, the above means that the Saleh’s representation incorporates memory effects.

Let q > 1. The paper considers a linear q-difference-differential equation: it is a q-difference equation in the time variable t, and a partial differential equation in the space variable z. Under suitable conditions and by using q-Borel and q-Laplace transforms (introduced by J.-P. Ramis and C. Zhang), the authors show that if it has a formal power series solution X(t, z) one can construct an actual holomorphic solution which admits X(t, z) as a q-Gevrey asymptotic expansion of order 1.

W artykule przedstawiono model symulacyjny przetwornicy rezonansowej dużej mocy przeznaczonej do zasilania urządzeń plazmowych. Przeprowadzone badania symulacyjne umożliwiły budowę modelu fizycznego, który posłużył do przeprowadzenia badań weryfikacyjnych. Opracowany układ charakteryzuje się: oddzieleniem galwanicznym źródła zasilania od odbiornika, niskim poziomem zakłóceń elektromagnetycznych generowanych komutacją łączników kluczujących, małymi stratami termicznymi w łącznikach oraz możliwością zastosowania prostych łączników półprzewodnikowych.
The article presents a computer simulation and physical model of the resonant power converter applied in the power supply systems of the plasma devices. The system is characterised by the: electric separation of the power supply and the receiver, low emission of electromagnetic interference and application of simple switching devices, due to the fact they have low heat losses.

The article outlines the establishment of quality system documentation according to standards of ISO 9000 - 2000 series, in particular the compiling of procedures of quality assurance in electrical power equipment repairs and investments in the power industry.

The article is aimed at the development of the analytical approach for evaluating the parameters of the Basset force acting on a particle in two-dimensional fluid flow induced by the oscillating wall. By applying regression analysis, analytical expressions to determine complementary functions were established for evaluating the Basset force. The obtained dependencies were generalized using the infinite power series. As a result of studying the hydrodynamics of a two-phase flow, analytical dependencies to determine the Basset force were proposed for assessing its impact on particles of the dispersed phase in a plane channel with the oscillating wall. It was discovered that the Basset force affects larger particles. However, in the case of relatively large wavelengths, its averaged value for the vibration period is neglected. Additionally, the value of the Basset force was determined analytically for the case of relatively small wavelengths. Moreover, it was discovered that its impact can be increased by reducing the wavelength of the oscillating wall.

This article is concerned with the study of the Borel summability of divergent power series solutions for certain singular first-order linear partial differential equations of nilpotent type. Our main purpose is to obtain conditions which coefficients of equations should satisfy in order to ensure the Borel summability of divergent solutions. We will see that there is a close affinity between the Borel summability of divergent solutions and global analytic continuation properties for coefficients of equations.
