    Opis:
    The subject of the following review is the 2014 edition of collected articles and addresses of Philipe Lacoue-Labarthe entitled Typografie. A point of reference for his uniquely understood politicality and community (audience) is provided by the theses of a Czech philospher Jan Patočka. The following article emphasizes cohesion of Lacoue-Labarthe’s thought as seen in the volume in which the French philosopher discusses various texts in humanities, including literary, philosophical and musical. Typografie is presented as a significant voice in the ongoing debate about contemporary man.
    Le recueil d’articles et de présentations publiques de Philippe Lacoue-Labarthe publié en 2014 et intitulé Typographie est l’objet du compte rendu. Les thèses de Jan Patočka, philosophe tchèque, deviennent un point de repère pour l’aspect politique – spécifiquement compris – et social (public) de la conception du philosophe français. L’article souligne la cohésion de l’idée de Lacoue-Labarthe présentée dans le recueil où l’auteur analyse des textes appartenant – au sens large du terme – aux sciences humaines, à savoir des textes littéraires, philosophiques ou bien musicaux. On a présenté Typograhie comme une voix significative dans un débat qui se déroule continuellement et qui concerne l’homme contemporain.

    Artykuł poświęcony jest praktykom teoretycznym trzech czołowych autorek nurtu amerykańskiej twórczości eksperymentalnej kojarzonych z kręgiem poetów L=A=N=G=U=A=G=E: Lyn Hejinian, Leslie Scalapinoi Carla Harryman. Odegrały one fundamentalną rolę w ukształtowaniu ciągle otwartej i toczącej się debaty krytyczno-teoretyczno-literackiej dotyczącej statusu formalnie radykalnej literatury tworzonej przez kobiety zaangażowanejw kwestie epistemologii feministycznej. Praktyka ta, skupiająca się na procesach i mechanizmach dyskursu, nie ogranicza się do wymiaru poetyckiego i artystycznego, lecz zakłada, że twórczość poetycka jest społecznie zaangażowaną „strategią interwencji” (Harryman), a jako taka funkcjonuje jako skoncentrowana na języku epistemologia feministyczna. Hejinian, Scalapino i Harryman stworzyły imponujący dorobek literacko-teoretyczny, na który składają się gatunkowo złożone teksty hybrydyczne mocno osadzone we współczesnych dyskursach feministycznych,  skupiające się na problematyce produkcji wiedzy, znaczenia, tożsamości, płci i seksualności, ukrytych mechanizmów ideologicznych tradycyjnie pojmowanego utworu narracyjnego, a także imperatywu przekraczania tych mechanizmów. Artykuł jest próbą umiejscowienia ich twórczości w szerszym kontekście współczesnej myśli feministycznej począwszy od écriture féminine, poprzez krytykę polityki tożsamościowej Judith Butler oraz Denise Riley, po  horyzont posthumanistyczny cyborgicznego pisarstwa Donny Haraway.
    The essay discusses theoretical practices of three major American experimental women writers associated with L=A=N=G=U=A=G=E poets Lyn Hejinian, Leslie Scalapino, and Carla Harryman, who played a crucial role in shaping the present-day critical and theoretical literary debate regarding the status of formally radical literature engaged in questions of feminist epistemology and written bywomen. Devoted to language and its ideological dimension, their work is based ona wager that poetic practice is a socially engaged strategy of intervention (Harryman),and as such functions as a language-oriented feminist epistemology. Hejinian, Scalapino, and Harryman created a significant literary and theoretical body of work that includes complex genre-bending hybrid texts deeply rooted in contemporary feminist discourses and preoccupied with such issues as production of knowledge, meaning, identity, gender, and sexuality, hidden ideological mechanisms of the conventional narrative, and the imperative of its constant refiguration. The article is also an attempt to see their work in a broader context of feminist thought, ranging from écriture féminine, through Judith Butler’s and Denise Riley’s critiques of identity politics, to the posthumanist horizon of Donna Haraway’s cyborg writing.

    The book of essays Smrtni grijesi feminizma (The Deadly Sins of Feminism), written by Slavenka Drakulić, and Irena Vrkljan’s novel Svila, škare (The Silk, the Shears), both published in 1984, became the samples of feminist activism and the poetics of l’écriture féminine in Croatian literature. Considering their generic aspects and their narrative strategies focused on revealing the conflict between public/historical/political and personal/everyday/trivial, in our paper we will discuss Vrkljan’s novel as outstanding example of the emancipatory changes in the cultural field of the 1980’s. “Trivial as political” in Slavenka Drakulić’s writing, articulated through Irena Vrkljan’s autobiographical narrative, incites the emancipatory power of l’écriture féminine that simultaneously reflects the Other in itself, produces its own difference and writes without inscribing itself. This type of women’s writing, as previously defined by Hélène Cixous, is presented in Irena Vrkljan’s text as writing its own life that is “always in-between” and that undermines declared democratic values as much as the politics of literature, as understood by Jacques Rancière. Revealing discordances between poetic and social hierarchies, women’s writing makes changes in the partition of the visible and the sayable, in the intertwining of being and writing, body and words.
