    Opis:
    The author discusses the changes in the model of democracy that have occurred since the Internet began. The hierarchical model of representative democracy is replaced on the Web by participatory democracy. On the example of Siksa and Bread Resolution (Rozdzielczość Chleba), the author shows up the transformations of the model of literary communication on the Internet. She also indicates ethic role engaged art takes in the contemporary society. Artists that produce socially engaged art do it in the name of those who do not exist in public space, those whose voice is not heard and who cannot defend themselves. Nevertheless, the author comes to the conclusion that the real democratic revolution can only take place outside the Web.

    Opis:
    This article aims to reflect the potential connections between Cyprian Norwid, his literature and thoughts on Europe with the elements of the forthcoming concepts of Central Europeanism. On the one hand, the author of Vade-mecum can deliver a sensitized view of Central European multinationalism, especially in his Venetian short stories like Menego or Lord Singelworth’s Secret and meanwhile (in his political journalism, for example, Recit d’une peintre d’histoire) acts as if he was capable of efficiently understanding the first general XIX-century idea of Mitteleuropa. On the other hand, Norwid could react to the issues of Central Europeanism ambiguously and flamboyantly – among others by expressing the opinions about still primal and incestuous patriotism of Southern Slavs.

    The article’s aim is to renew the research issues concerning regional romantic groups active in Warsaw in the years 1829–1830, in particular to describe the situation of the group of poets of Warsaw and Lithuanian background gathered around the two issues of the annual Melitele edited by Adam Mickiewicz’s friends, Antoni Edward Odyniec and Stefan Witwicki. The annual managed to develop forms, subjects and ideas of romanticism adopted years earlier by the Vilnius-based Society of Philomaths, and promote Mickiewicz’s poetry of his Russian period. In this way Melitele became the centre (medium) developing literary life in Warsaw and spreading patterns and patriotic ideas of freedom, and thus affecting integration of the Warsaw-based circles of young men of letters and patriots around the axiology of Polish romanticism. The annual created regional climate that revived poetry and critical reviews on a nationwide scale in the time preceding the November Uprising.

    The article is devoted to the first Łódź-based literary group called ‘Meteor’, which operated in 1928-1930. The author mainly focuses on providing a reliable discussion of the circumstances of the establishing of the group by its founders, i.e. Grzegorz Timofiejew, Marian Piechal, and Kazimierz Sowiński, and a careful specification of its programme. She also interpreted the Meteor’s works, i.e. revolutionist literary texts published in the Czasopismo Poetyckie Meteor, created by the members of the group.

    Opis:
    The article deals with meaning, scope and structure of the occasional adverbs, describes two groups of occasionalisms used in contemporary modernist poetry by the New York Group of poets. The research has been conducted on the basis of occasional adverbs consideration. The adverbs have been considered as the ones created within the framework of modern poetic text aesthetics. Purpose is examination and analysis of the content, reasons for using specific verbal components, occasional adverbs, that represent certain stylistic nominees, experiments with the word, influence the language creation, function as significant elements of relevance to the poetic text modern aesthetics. Methods cоmbine general scientific apprоaches that are inductive and dеductive as wеll as the methоd of interdisciplinary study. Results. Ukrainian language involves a lot of linguistic innovations, among which prominent place is occupied by occasional adverbs. New poetic forms allow presenting a poetic image originally, emotionally, precisely, assisting to create necessary stylistic effects. For this purpose the word-building potential of the language is involved, semantic and stylistic accents are changed. Experiments with the word make the poetry of the New York Group of Poets authors a peculiar and notable phenomenon not only in the Ukrainian but also in all cultural world.
    У статті розглянуто зміст, обсяг і структуру поняття “оказіональний прислівник”, описано дві групи оказіоналізмів, що використовуються в сучасній модерній поезії авторів Нью-Йоркської групи. Дослідження проведене із залученням оказіональних прислівників, створених в межах модерної естетики поетичного тексту. Мета дослідження. Метою дослідження є розгляд та аналіз змісту, причин використання специфічних вербальних компонентів, оказіональних прислівників, що репрезентують певні стилістичні номінанти, експерименти зі словом, впливають на мовотворчість, є знаковими елементами приналежності до сучасної модерної естетики. Методи дослідження. Дослідження ґрунтується на комплексному підході. У статті застосовано індуктивний та дедуктивний методи, метод міждисциплінарного дослідження, а також враховано можливості інтерпретативної методології. Висновки. У сучасній українській літературній традиції багато мовних інновацій, серед яких важливе місце займають оказіональні прислівники. Новотвори дозволяють представити поетичний образ оригінально, емоційно, точно, дозволяють створювати потрібні стилістичні ефекти. З цією метою залучається словотворчий потенціал мови, змінюються семантичні та стилістичні акценти. Експеримент зі словом робить поетику авторів Нью-Йоркської групи окремим та помітним явищем не тільки в українському, але й у світовому культурному просторі.
