    The objectives of this research to examine the influence of religiosity include belief, commitment and behavior dimensions towards organizational commitment, job satisfaction and personal performance. The research was conducted on education staff (lecturer) of private and public university in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The number of research samples was 100 education staff and determinated based on purposive sampling methods, the respon rate was 66%. In analyzing the data, researcher used regression analysis to test all of hypothesis. The interesting finding in this research was religiosity variable (belief dimension) not to influence towards organizational commitment. The conclusion of the respondent belief was not influence to individual commitment in the organization. The research introduces the religiosity towards organizational commitment, job satisfaction and individual performance in education staff (lecturer) of private and public university and gives interesting findings.
    Celem tego badania jest analiza wpływu religijności zawierającej wiarę, zaangażowanie i wymiary zachowań wobec zaangażowania organizacyjnego, satysfakcji z pracy i indywidualnych osiągnięć. Badania przeprowadzono na pracownikach oświaty (wykładowcy) uczelni prywatnych i publicznych w mieście Yogyakarta w Indonezji. Próba badawcza wynosiła 100 pracowników instytucji szkolnictwa a stopa odpowiedzi oznaczona na podstawie celowych metod pobierania próbek, wyniosła 66%. Analizując dane, badacz zastosował analizę regresji w celu przetestowania wszystkich hipotez. Interesującym wnioskiem w tych badaniach była zmienna religijności (wymiar wiary) niewpływająca na zaangażowanie organizacyjne. Konkluzja wynikająca z przekonania respondentów nie miała wpływu na indywidualne zaangażowanie w organizacji. Badanie prezentuje religijność wobec zaangażowania organizacyjnego, satysfakcji z pracy i indywidualnych osiągnięć pracowników (wykładowcy) uczelni prywatnych i publicznych i prezentuje ciekawe wyniki.

    Opis:
    Retractable type fall arresters are part of the equipment used for protecting people against falls from a height. They are an intermediate part between full body harness worn by a man and the structural anchor at the worksite. The most important task of retractable type fall arresters is to arrest people’s falls and to reduce their harmful consequences. Information received from users as well as laboratories testing protective equipment indicates that the performance of such equipment is incorrect under specific conditions. The paper is concerned with an analysis of the conditions in which retractable type fall arresters demonstrate intermittent performance and with an explanation of that phenomenon. The results of tests investigating anchor devices and the performance of retractable type fall arresters are presented. External and internal factors contributing to intermittent performance have been determined and guidelines for safer use of these devices have been developed.

    Since the 1980s, the cosplay phenomenon has become a significant aspect of popular culture mainly in Japan, but also in other parts of Asia and in the Western world as well. Nowadays, cosplay events are the most common feature of various fan conventions and there are also dedicated conventions, such as local and international competitions. Websites, social networks, and other forms of social media centred on cosplay activities are just as popular places for the presentation of cosplayers work, and also for cosplay fan conventions. We encounter the definition of this phenomenon mainly in sociological studies, but in its definition from a marketing point of view, and also in term of art studies is less frequent in an academic environment. In the presented study, we look at the cosplayer as an artist with the possibility to become a brand. Cooperation with cosplayers is attractive for different categories of products, not only directly connected with popular culture, e.g., cooperation with bank institutions. On the other hand, it is really necessary to underline the connection with products and texts of popular culture. In the case of self-promotion of cosplayers, games, movies and other pop-culture festivals and events take really important place. This study aims to present a theoretical reflection of the cosplay phenomenon from the perspective of art marketing, as a potential basis for the further research in this area. The situation is illustrated by practical examples.

    We discussed the notion of “students’ subjectivities” from the current psychological and pedagogical point of view. The author investigates the notion in its historical development. The paper reviews the developing students’ subjectivities, focusing on students’ abilities and personal characteristics, such as students’ setting goals, achievement values, recognizing actual or potential perspectives. The article aims to study the problem of developing students’ subjectivities and to carry out theoretical analysis of students’ subjectivities showing the historical development of this category and reflecting the stages of students’ professional and pedagogical development. The target group of students are students related to pedagogical teaching practice. Relations between students’ subjectivities and the efficiency of their  future professional and pedagogical performance are discussed, as well as how to develop students’ subjectivities creating special pedagogical conditions during the academic process in the university. We also focus on stages of students’ professional and pedagogical development, such as the stage of students’ professional training, professional adaptation stage and directly professionalization. In this regard, we present the core conceptual bases of students’ subjectivities development to professional and pedagogical performance. The conceptual bases highlight the idea of students’ gradual change from one stage of students’ professional and pedagogical development to the following ones; the idea of the organization of reflective teaching activities of students’ interaction in the development of students’ subjectivities; and the idea of interpreting the mechanisms of the students’ subjectivities development.

    Retractable type fall arresters are designed to protect against falls from a height of people who need freedom of vertical movement. The practice of fall protection shows that the devices are also used to protect people who work on flat roofs. This application creates quite different operating conditions for the devices. In some situations those conditions can be dangerous for users. The article presents a theoretical analysis of phenomena occurring during a fall arrest with retractable type fall arresters arranged horizontally. The analysis was verified with laboratory tests. The article presents a proposal for the construction of a test stand and a test method for estimating retractable type fall arresters intended for horizontal use.

    Social networks provide entrepreneurs with a wide range of valuable resources, supporting them in achieving objectives. The potential of the entrepreneur’s personal networks is the resource of specific opportunities positively affecting the performance of the company. The analysis of personal networks of the entrepreneur seems to be incomplete while not indicating the place of this type of network in Eastern culture since, in this part of the world, they occupy a significant position in everyday life of both ordinary people and entrepreneurs. The objective of the present study is the presentation of the social network and its role in Eastern culture on the example of China.

    W artykule przedstawiono badania komfortu użytkowania obuwia roboczego, masek i półmasek indywidualnie dopasowanych do kształtu ciała użytkownika. Do wykonania modeli środków ochrony indywidualnej wykorzystano technikę cyfrowego odwzorowania 3D. Tak uzyskane modele poddano ocenie komfortu użytkowania, porównując je ze standardowymi wyrobami dostępnymi na rynku. W wyniku badań stwierdzono, ze indywidualne dopasowanie SOI zmodyfikowanych z wykorzystaniem cyfrowego odwzorowania wymiarów antropometrycznych znacząco wpływa na poprawę komfortu ich użytkowania.
    This article presents a study on the comfort of footwear, masks and respirators individually fitted to the shape of the human body 30 digital mapping was used to make models of personal protective equipment [PPE].Thus obtained models were evaluated for comfort by comparing them with standard products available on the market. The results showed that individual adjustment of PPE modified with digital mapping of anthropometric measurements significantly improved the comfort of their use.

    W opracowaniu podjęto próbę wyjaśnienia zakresu istnienia obowiązku osobistego świadczenia w umowach o zamówienie publiczne. Jak wiadomo, tego rodzaju powinność stanowi wyjątek od przyjętego w Kodeksie cywilnym (k.c.) rozwiązania, które przy wykonaniu zobowiązania pozwala dłużnikowi wyręczać się innymi osobami. Prowadzona analiza prowadzi do zaskakującego wniosku, że de lege lata wykonawca zamówienia publicznego ma w tym zakresie większą swobodę, niż się powszechnie sądzi.
    The paper is an attempt to define the scope of personal performance obligation applicable to contracts awarded under public procurement procedure. This obligation is an exception from the solution adopted in the civil code, allowing other persons to perform the obligation in place of the debtor. The analysis has led to a surprising conclusion that de lege lata a contractor performing a public contract enjoys greater freedom in this respect than it is commonly believed.

    This paper focuses on the effectiveness of marketing-sales interfaces in B2B firms. As the body of knowledge on this domain is scarce, there is a greater need to investigate the specific aspects of marketing-sales configurations in such firms. The objective of this paper is to expand existing knowledge regarding marketing-sales interfaces in B2B firms, in order to identify the effectiveness of each configuration. Based on quantitative data collected from marketing or sales managers of 98 B2B firms, the study identifies the most effective marketing-sales interface in terms of smooth relationships and enhanced performance. The implications of the study are discussed.
    Niniejsza praca poświęcona jest efektywności interfejsów marketing-sprzedaż w firmach B2B. W związku z tym, że zasób wiedzy w tym zakresie jest ograniczony, istnieje duża potrzeba zbadania konkretnych aspektów konfiguracji marketing-sprzedaż w takich firmach. Celem niniejszej pracy jest rozszerzenie istniejącej wiedzy dotyczącej interfejsów marketing-sprzedaż w firmach B2B, celu identyfikacji efektywności każdej konfiguracji. W oparciu o dane ilościowe zebrane od menedżerów marketingu lub sprzedaży z 98 firm B2B, to badanie rozpoznaje najbardziej efektywny interfejs marketing-sprzedaż, od względem sprawnej współpracy i udoskonalonej wydajności. W pracy omówione są także implikacje badania.

    Designing fall arrest systems, which contain horizontal flexible anchor lines is an important technical problem related to the safety of people who work at a height and need horizontal freedom of movement. The article presents a numerical simulation of the dynamic performance of horizontal flexible anchor lines during fall arrest. The model of a 2-component system – a horizontal flexible anchor line and a falling rigid mass, described with a second order non-linear differential equation - is the main element of this method. This method of simulation is realised by a computer program, which allows obtaining the most important data characterising a fall arrest. The article shows laboratory tests used for the verification of this method, which turned out to be a valuable source of information and which can be used for designing fall arrest systems.
