In the text I will focus on Zenitist poetry by Ljubomir Micić and Branko Ve Poljanski. I will construe a new discursive framework, which will make it possible for us to understand their multigenre  texts  as important  items  in  the  national poetry  canon.  I  will  contextualize  the general characteristics of European avant-garde poetry practices, which were used by Micic and Poljanski in order to interpret the specific place of Zenitism as a general Balkan avantgarde movement, participating in a significant way in the European and world avant-garde.
In the text I will focus on Zenitist poetry by Ljubomir Micić and Branko Ve Poljanski. W posłowiu do Płynnej nowoczesności (2006a) Zygmunt Bauman porownał cele, jakie stawiają przed sobą socjologowie i poeci. Powołując się na rozważania Milana Kundery zawarte w Sztuce powieści (2004), stwierdził, że „[…] poeta musi wypowiedzieć służbę prawdom, jakie zastał, prawdom znoszonym od nagminnego użytku i ≪oczywistym≫ dlatego, że je na powierzchnię wydobyto i tam porzucono” (Bauman 2006a, s. 313). Przebijanie się przez mur tego, co powszechnie przyjęte, poszukiwanie alternatyw dla niekwestionowanych sposobów ujmowania rzeczywistości, a także odkrywanie nieuświadamianych uprzednio możliwości kondycji ludzkiej to - jak twierdzi Bauman - płaszczyzny, na których misje poetów i socjologów się spotykają. Eo ipso analizowaniu praw rządzących funkcjonowaniem społeczeństwa, co jest podstawowym celem dyscypliny przez niego reprezentowanej, powinno towarzyszyć podkreślanie konstruktywistycznego wymiaru tych praw oraz unaocznianie, iż mogą one - a zarazem powinny - być udoskonalane. Niepodjęcie tego drugiego zadania należałoby, zdaniem Baumana, oceniać w kategoriach wyrzeczenia się odpowiedzialności za kondycję współczesnego świata i utracenia zarazem wielkiej szansy, jaką nieść może performatywny wymiar socjologii (zob. Austin 1993). Socjolog konkluduje: „Nie ma wyboru pomiędzy ⟪zaangażowanym ≫ a ≪neutralnym≫ sposobem uprawiania socjologii. Niezaangażowana socjologia po prostu nie istnieje” (Bauman 2006a, s. 333, 334). Zamierzam tu poddać analizie sposób uprawiania refleksji socjologicznej przez Zygmunta Baumana. Najpierw przedstawię najważniejsze etapy ewolucji socjologii zaangażowanej autora Nowoczesności i Zagłady. Następnie wyszczególnię środki retoryczne, których używa on w celu nadania swym pismom zdolności wywierania wpływu na rzeczywistość. Odniosę się także do kontrowersji, jakie wzbudza ich stosowanie. Potem podejmę refleksję nad realnością przeprowadzenia zmiany za pomocą teorii społecznej. Przekonania Baumana w tej materii zostaną zinterpretowane jako egzemplifikacja myśli utopijnej o ikonoklastycznym charakterze.

Artykuł opisuje zmiany w sposobie prowadzenia dyskursu w polskiej dramaturgii historycznej ostatnich lat na przykładzie tekstów dotyczących Ziem Odzyskanych. Od niedawnabohaterami spektakli stają się osoby pozostawione na marginesie wielkiej historii. To Niemcy wysiedlani z terenów zajętych przez Polskę, ale także ludność ze Wschodu przesiedlana na te ziemie. Teatr przekazujący doświadczenia wykorzenionych i osadzonych, dając im szansę mówienia własnym głosem, pozwala przełamać „historyczną amnezję” grup wykluczanych i pozbawionych przeszłości. Otwiera tak postkolonialną perspektywę widzenia rodzimej historii. Omówione w artykule teksty i przedstawienia to Niech żyje wojna! Pawła Demirskiego, Transfer! Jana Klaty i wyreżyserowana przez Marcina Libera inscenizacja dramatu Trash Story Magdy Fertacz.
The article describes the changes in discourse in recent Polish historical plays on the basis of texts about the Recovered Territories. The characters in the play are the people left on the margins of great history: the Germans deported from the territories of pre-war Germany that became part of Poland after World War II and the people from the East resettled by the authorities to this land. The theatre that transfers the experience of the uprooted and the resettled gives them the opportunity to speak with their own voice. The theatre breaks the „historical amnesia” of those who used to be excluded and voiceless. It opens a new, postcolonial perspective on Polish history. The discussed texts and plays are Paweł Demirski’s Niech żyje wojna! (Long live the war!), Transfer! by Jan Klata and Marcin Liber’s staging of Trash Story written by Magda Fertacz.

Zadie Smith’s latest novel, NW, presents a multiverse in which multiplicity is driven into homogeneization by the forces of those dominant discourses that attempt to suppress the category of the “Other.” This paper focuses on the development of the two female protagonists. Their opposing attitudes towards motherhood, together with their confrontation with their origins, bring to the fore the performativity found in the discourses of gender, sexuality, class, and race. Thus, this paper will explore authenticity and performativity in a contemporary context, where patriarchal and neocolonial discourses still apply.

Opis:
The fate of sociological qualitative data has emerged over recent years as a ‘matter of concern’ (Latour 2004) within the UK and beyond (Thomson et al 2014), with something of a moral panic about whether, where and how historical and contemporary datasets are being preserved; and if they are, whether in a state that makes them fit for reuse by new generations of scholars. This has spawned new fields of interest and investigation, with researchers debating, and engaging in, the archiving and secondary reuse of qualitative data; and grappling with stubborn methodological, ethical, moral, political and legal challenges. One response to these problems has been to try to fix them, all the while taking the phenomenon of data sharing itself as an ontological given. My own interest is in opening up this ontology to investigation: to take data sharing practices as object of inquiry. Drawing on an emerging body of work on ‘the social life of methods’ (Savage 2010, 2013, Ruppert et al 2013), and on theoretical resources from science and technology studies, and feminist studies of science, I take a genealogical and performative approach and ask: How, and with what effects, has data sharing come into being? What concepts and norms are embedded and enacted in the multiple practices that are constituting data sharing as a phenomenon? And can data sharing be (re)made differently?
Dalsze losy socjologicznych danych jakościowych stał się w ostatnich latach w Wielkiej Brytanii i poza nią „niepokojącą kwestią”, przejawiającą symptomy moralnej paniki wokół tego, czy, gdzie i jak zbiory historycznych i współczesnych danych są przechowywane; a jeśli są – to czy w takiej formie, która umożliwiłaby ich ponowne wykorzystanie przez nowe pokolenia naukowców. Przyczyniło się to do powstania nowych obszarów zainteresowań i dociekań badaczy dyskutujących i angażujących się w archiwizowanie oraz ponowne wykorzystywanie danych jakościowych i zmagających się z uporczywymi kwestiami metodologicznymi, etycznymi, moralnymi, politycznymi i prawnymi. Dotychczasowe próby rozwiązania tych problemów oparte były na założeniu, że zjawisko dzielenia się danymi jest ontologicznym pewnikiem. Ja natomiast chciałabym zakwestionować tę ontologię, potraktować praktyki dzielenia się danymi jako coś nieoczywistego i wartego dociekań. Odwołując się do wyrastającego korpusu prac na temat „społecznego życia metod” (Savage 2010, 2013, Ruppert i in 2013) oraz do teoretycznych inspiracji ze studiów nad nauką i technologią a także feministycznych studiów nad nauką przyjmuję podejście genealogiczne i performatywne i pytam: W jaki sposób doszła do głosu idea „dzielenia się” danymi i jakie są jej konsekwencje? Jakie pojęcia i normy wpisane są i aktywizowane w rozmaitych praktykach archiwizowania i udostępniania danych? I czy „dzielenie się” danymi da się pomyśleć i praktykować inaczej niż dotąd?

The article deals with the problem of avant-garde character of the poetry by Miron Białoszewski in the context of alienation and dealienatively understood utopias. This is the way the language is understood here, being, on the one hand, an anonymous “language without an end”, and, on the other hand – an extremely privatized code, as the transgressive neo-avant-garde ideas inscribed in this kind of writing: experiencing life as art and the recognition of art as an event from life, and thus a myth of art as an experience parallely private and intimate and aesthetically-social. Consequently, the relationships with neoavant- garde in the Białoszewski’s poetry are treated as an expression of the modernist artistic crises, and, at the same time, as a tool helping to overcome them.

Performatywność w ujęciu Zylinskiej i Kamber realizuje się w medialnych relacjach, stanowiących ich zdaniem faktyczną współczesną postać mediów. Autorka artykułu odwołuje się również do spostrzeżeń Piotra Celińskiego dotyczących postmedialności, uznając praktyki fanowskie za jej performatywny przejaw. W przedstawionym kontekście teoretycznym autorka dokonuje w artykule analizy wybranych przykładów praktyk fanowskich, które pozostają w interesującej i wieloznacznej relacji z pierwotnymi produkcjami telewizyjnymi.
The main aim of this article is to present the fan’s practices associated with television in the context of the thesis coming from the “creative media” project of Joanna Zylinska and Sarah Kember, which referring to the theory of performativity. Performativity in terms of Zylinska and Kamber is realized in relations between media, which according to them create the actual figure of contemporary media. The author of the article refers also to the assumptions of Piotr Celiński about postmediality, recognizing the fan’s practices for its performative manifestation. In the present theoretical context the author makes in the article analysis of selected examples of fan’s practices that stay in an interesting and ambiguous relationship with the original television productions.

W tekście zaprezentowano autobiograficzny trójkąt „przepisany” narzędziami krytyki feministycznej. Jego ramionami są: tożsamość–performans–komunikacja, zmodyfikowane strategie opisane w „oryginalnym” trójkącie Małgorzaty Czermińskiej. Bazowa z punktu widzenia studiów feministycznych była kwestia podmiotowości wspólnotowej, wyrażenia podmiotu kobiecego. Następnie pojawił się element konstrukcji, performowania „ja”. Trzecie ramię trójkąta stanowi pragmatyka komunikacyjna.
The text presents an autobiographical triangle “re-written” with the use of feminist critique tools. The sides of the triangle are: identity, performance and communication – modified strategies described in the “original” triangle by Małgorzata Czermińska. The base, from the perspective of feminist studies, was the question of communal subjectivity, expression of the female subject. Then the element of construction appeared – performativity of “I”. The third side of the triangle constitutes communicative pragmatism.

Celem artykułu jest pokazanie, w jaki sposób metody jakościowe mogą przyczynić się do lepszego zrozumienia mechanizmów funkcjonowania rynków finansowych. We wprowadzeniu krótko omówione zostały procesy wzrostu znaczenia sektora finansów w gospodarce i życiu społecznym oraz rozwój rynków finansowych i ilościowych metod ich badania. Jako ilustrację przydatności metod jakościowych w analizie rynków finansowych podano przykłady z trzech obszarów: 1) performatywności ekonomii finansowej, 2) badań organizacji działających na rynkach finansowych oraz 3) badań zagadnień związanych z komputeryzacją i automatyzacją rynków finansowych. Obszary te powinny stanowić temat dalszych eksploracji prowadzonych przez badaczy jakościowych. W części podsumowującej artykuł umieszczono również przykłady oraz możliwe kierunki praktycznego zastosowania wiedzy będącej wynikiem badań jakościowych. Słowa kluczowe: socjologia finansów,
This article demonstrates how qualitative research methods can contribute to better understanding of financial markets. At the beginning, the growing importance of financial sector in economy and social life, development of financial markets, and financial research methods are briefly described. Then, examples of qualitative research from three distinguished areas are presented as an illustration of usefulness of qualitative methods in researching on financial markets. These areas are: 1) performativity of economics, 2) researching on financial markets’ organizations, and 3) researching on issues connected with computerization and automation of financial markets. The areas at hand should become object of further explorations by qualitative researchers. The final section also contains examples of practical implications of qualitative research and possible directions of practical use of knowledge which is a product of qualitative studies on financial markets.

The concept of a performative body is rooted in two traditions. The first tradition concerns actions, and therefore, it is wide-ranging (because it includes diverse social acts). The second tradition is narrow – it is closely linked to the effectiveness of actions and allows one to distinguish between reversible actions (the effects of which can be reversed) and irreversible ones (the effects of which are permanent). Both of these understandings, which were popularized, or developed, by John Loxley and John Austin, have become a source of reflection for researchers such as Shaun Gallagher, Donald Davidson and Jennifer Hornsby, among others. Their works encourage deeper thought on the properties of action itself and also make it possible to overcome Austin’s reductionism and describe (based on inspiration from Karl Raimund Popper’s work) the three main levels of a body’s performativity: the physical, emotive, and cognitive level.

En la “espiritualidad autoimplicativa” teresiana está involucrado el “yo” humano junto a la presencia divina. La “relevancia”, para Teresa, remite a la credibilidad y a la signifiatividad de lo vivido. Y la “espiritualidad performativa” es aquella que tiene el poder de transformar nuestras vidas.
We develop in the following pages three key notes that characterize Teresian language and spirituality: self-involvement, relevance, and performativity. The human ‘I’ together with the divine presence is involved in Teresian self-involved spirituality. For Teresa, relevance refers to credibility and the signifiance of what is lived. ‘Performative spirituality’ is that which has the power to transform our lives.

Graffiti and street art are related in many aspects. However, in spite of their common origins, and similar techniques and strategies, modern graffiti is usually presented as a genre lacking an artistic factor. The aim of this essay is to show that the separation between graffiti and street art is less warranted than it would appear.
Ruch street artu wyewoluował w dużej mierze z graffiti. Jednakże, w przeciwieństwie do street artu, współczesne graffiti dość powszechnie uznawane jest za dyscyplinę o znikomym potencjale artystycznym. Celem niniejszego artykułu jest zaprezentowanie związków pomiędzy tymi dyscyplinami ze szczególnym naciskiem położonym na zaprezentowanie artystycznych wymiarów graffiti.
