    Opis:
    The text type of the inspection decree can be reconstructed from the corpus of such documents issued in the region of Lviv. This text type was that of an official decree, and it was part of the legal enforcement process in the 16th-century Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. The main argument schema in the text type under analysis was realized through the following formulation: who decrees what to whom in response to complaint. Its full version also contains additional textual components that further elaborate the main structure, and which provide precise conditions on how to effectively execute the decree and on what legal grounds. Shaping this text type was a long-term process. As presented in the analyses, the 17th-century version of the text type in case was a highly developed, advanced one. Its earliest textual sources can be traced back to the Medieval official documents. One can safely assume that the officials in inspection commissions – established by the Polish Diet, and active from the 16th to the 18th century - contributed hugely to the development of a standardized text type for this official document.

    Opis:
    The author presents the mythical and archetypical roots common for martial arts and theatre. He also describes Far-Eastern rituals and theatre, the film of martial arts, the relations of martial arts with dance, as well as aesthetical and meta-aesthetical relations. He writes about knowledge encoded in movement, in the forms of martial arts. These forms are close to theatrical performance. The record of the technical fighting movement (Jap. kata), passed on in unchanged form through centuries, makes the one who exercises the martial arts almost an actor. It is known otherwise, that everyone executes, a given form differently adding elements of his own personality to it. The article contains the reflection based on the humanistic theory of Far-Eastern martial arts and many years author’s experience in training practice. The Chinese, Japanese or Korean martial arts transfer in form of the “kata” the technical and tactical knowledge of the former masters, experience from performed fights, but also a large load of cultural and symbolic knowledge which hides in names the gestures and spiritual dimension of its practice. Similarly to the theatre, Far-Eastern martial arts originate from (or they reflect strong connection with) magic and religious rituals, what can be observed on the example of sumō wrestling. It is possible to formulate here the chain of connections: magic – ritual – dance – theatre, and, further – the cinema and film.

    Opis:
    W pracy znaczenie wypowiedzi jest rozważane z dwóch punktów widzenia: logicznego i psychologicznego. Podejście logiczne uwzględnia szereg czynników wpływających na finalne znaczenie wypowiedzianych słów. Należą do nich między innymi: tolerancyjność wyrażenia, jego nieostrość, ogólność, akcent, mowa nie wprost i kontekstualność. Czynniki te są rozpoznawane intuicyjnie, zarówno przez nadawcę komunikatu, jak i odbiorcę. W przeciwnym razie nie mogłoby dojść do porozumienia. Okazuje się, że problem ten jest rozważany nie tylko w logice, ale również na gruncie psychologii. Różnym poziomom empatii odpowiada różny poziom umiejętności rozpoznawania znaczenia wypowiedzi, a więc różny poziom zdolności komunikacyjnej. Wydaje się, że logiczna (nie psychologiczna) intuicja, jak i psychologiczna empatia są zdolnościami, między którymi zachodzi bardzo daleka zbieżność. Celem pracy nie jest pokazanie, iż rozważana w tekście intuicja oraz empatia są tym samym, lecz że w różnych naukach rozważa się pokrewne kwestie, co oznacza, że wysiłki badaczy powinny być łączone. Innymi słowy, praca ta jest swoistą zachętą do podejmowania badań o charakterze interdyscyplinarnym. O ile to możliwe, działania takie winny zastąpić wysiłki podejmowane w izolacji od innych dyscyplin.
    In the paper, the meaning of an utterance is considered from two perspectives: the logical and the psychological one. The logical approach takes into account a number of factors affecting the final meaning of the spoken words. These include, among others: tolerance of an utterance, its vagueness, generality, accent, indirect speech and contextuality. These factors are recognized intuitively by both the message sender and recipient. Otherwise, they could not reach an agreement. It turns out that this problem is considered not only in the logic but also in the field of psychology. Different levels of the ability to recognize the meaning of an utterance corresponds to different levels of empathy and therefore also a different level of communication ability. It seems that logical intuition and psychological empathy are highly convergent abilities. The aim of the paper is not to show that intuition and empathy are the same, but that the same issues are dealt with by various sciences, and therefore the efforts should be merged. In other words, this work is a kind of an incentive to undertake interdisciplinary research. If possible, such measures should replace efforts made in isolation from other disciplines.
