Ensuring the security of people who hold the most important state positions is one of the most significant tasks for all institutions and people involved in securing the official activities of such people, including their mobility and movement by air. This requires undertaking actions aimed at eliminating security threats and thus minimising risk. Proposals regarding directions of changes in the content of normative documents concerning the transport of the most important people in the state by military aircraft concern: flight experience of crews; selection and assembly of the crew; planning the flight and preparing the crew for the flight; preparation, equipment and technical condition of the aircraft and atmospheric conditions and analysis of them.

Ensuring the safety of people that hold the most important state positions is one of the most important tasks that all institutions and those involved in securing the official activities of such people are involved in, including their mobility and movement by air. This requires undertaking actions aimed at eliminating security threats and thus minimising risk. Regulations contained in normative documents concerning the transport of the most important persons in the state by military aircraft are not only concerned with protection against the occurrence of human error, but also regulate the issues of additional requirements for aviation equipment used to carry out such transports and in-depth analysis of environmental factors.

Opis:
The aim of the paper is to present the opinions of Poles on ageing and senior citizens. The main focus is placed on the question of Poles’ attitude towards active ageing, i.e an idea to encourage older people to stay involved as citizens (in various areas, including employment). In order to place mentioned issues in context, the author begins with a review of psychological theories on ageing and its consequences. Next, the results of various public opinion surveys (both nationwide and conducted solely among seniors) on ageing and elderly people are discussed.

From the beginning of the emergence of organised forms of opposition in the second half of the 1970’s the young people actively engaged in their activities. In this period, the first independent youth organisations represented by Student Solidarity Committees (SKS) and the Movement of the Young Poland (RMP) were formed very quickly. Along with those structures the first press titles authorised by these environments appeared. After the strikes of August 1980 and the creation of the NSZZ "Solidarity" the youth activated publishing of the independent public press. It bloomed, however, just after the introduction of the martial law in December. The present article presents, in a concise manner, the development of the phenomenon of the youth’s independent publishers in the years 1977 -1990.

Presented text refers problems of resocialization in unprofessional elaboration delinquency. It means the press articles which have been print in unprofessional publications. Contents have been presented on chosen examples showing the problems devoted the jail, resocialization, people staying in prison, responsibility. The problems in articles are concentrated on conditions of punishing in polish prison, efficiency of resocialization, people who are in prison, the results of the process of change, the programs. The publishers are also interested in system errors victims. The main aim of this text is to define the problems devoted the resocialization, which were described by the authors in unprofessional articles. I also try to present the main ideas of the texts. The material, which is gathered in this article is a trial to see the process of resocialization from different perspective. It is important for people, who are not experts and doesn’t have special knowledge connected with crime, prison, victims, punish and other problems. This text cannot be a base of scientific research and discuss. In my opinion the text may be important and fill the knowledge gap. According to the authors of the articles, it is not possible to say about the process of resocialization in polish prison. The prison seems as improper functioning structure, where there are people aware of their rights and dangerous for members of society. They have much time to do sport and to learn. They also get much social help. The authors of publications pay also attention to the victims of crime and system errors victims.

Friendly places constitute a measure of values in urban space, and the attractiveness of a cityscape. Their creation determines the criteria of a good project and good use of the cities. Through cultural and stylistic eras, alternately rational or irrational, the art of a making places: friendly and aesthetic, is provided by the craftsmanship of designers, and the satisfaction of users. This way, both the: good and beautiful constitute a couple of the highest values – proclaimed by thinkers, and implemented by builders, and finally assimilated by people.

Artykuł jest poświęcony zwyczajom związanym ze śmiercią, występującym w praktyce i kulturze środowiska polskiego w północnej części historycznego regionu Bukowiny. Autorka prezentuje zarówno tradycyjne zwyczaje, jak i współczesne działania w sytuacji śmierci członka rodziny i społeczności lokalnej. Zwraca uwagę na zachowanie trwałości i ciągłość zwyczajów, ale też na przemiany kulturowe i nowoczesne formy stopniowo wypierające dawne rozwiązania. Na współczesne działania ludności polskiej związane ze śmiercią oddziałują na Bukowinie Północnej m.in. tradycyjna religijność ludowa, Kościół rzymskokatolicki, bliskie kontakty z prawosławiem, kontekst historyczny (komunizm) oraz obecne przemiany cywilizacyjne. Opracowanie zawiera wiele cytatów z wywiadów przeprowadzonych w 2016 r. przez interdyscyplinarny polsko-ukraiński zespół.
The article is devoted to the customs that are associated with death, which exist in the praxis and culture of the Polish environment in the northern part of the historical region named Bukovina. The author presents both traditional customs as well as contemporary actions in the event of death of a family or a local community member. She draws attention to the phenomenon of durability and continuity of customs but also to the cultural changes and modern forms which gradually displace former solutions. The contemporary actions of the Polish people in the context of death are influenced among others by: the traditional folk religiousness, the Roman-Catholic Church, close contacts with Orthodoxy, historical context (communism) and current civilization changes. The study includes plenty of quotations from the in-depth interviews conducted by the interdisciplinary Polish-Ukrainian team in 2016.

The aim of the following study is to pay attention to a family role and importance in creating an identity of people in their late adulthood. In Cieszyn Silesia family used to be and still is a significant issue in citizens’ lives. It is considered as a place of upbringing, intergenerational contacts, source of tradition, values transmission and creation of children’s and youth identity and people in late adulthood as a result. Family life becomes an engine for taking up diverse activity by people in late adulthood. It leads the elderly to entrenchment of existing identity and considering themselves in some new perspectives.
Celem niniejszego opracowania jest zwrócenie uwagi na rolę rodziny w kształtowaniu tożsamości osób w wieku późnej dorosłości. Na Śląsku Cieszyńskim rodzina zajmowała i zajmuje znaczące miejsce w życiu mieszkańców. Jest miejscem wychowania, kontaktów międzypokoleniowych, źródłem tradycji, transmisji wartości oraz kształtowania tożsamości dzieci i młodzieży, a także osób w wieku późnej dorosłości. Życie rodzinne staje się dla osób w wieku późnej dorosłości motorem, który napędza do podejmowania wielostronnej aktywności, a ta z kolei przyczynia się do ugruntowania istniejącego już poczucia tożsamości lub postrzegania własnej osoby w nowych kategoriach.

Identity is created throughout the whole life of a person, however, after sixties self-perceptions undergoes significant metamorphosis. At the stage of development, a human being searches for contacts with another person, finds aspects in common, things which may connect, and uniqueness and otherness of a person are moved to the background. The research and deliberating about the issue of identity creation are based on distinguishing aspects whichare identical and those which are different. The study is a statement of a research conducted in Cieszyn and Czech Cieszyn – the southern part of Polish – Czech borderline. Quantity and quality strategies were used as complimentary ones. The aim of deliberating was to know the sense of identity among people in their late adulthood who reside Polish and Czech parts of Cieszyn Silesia. The results of research conducted allow to notice similarities and differences in sense of identity declarations amongpeople in their late adulthood who live in Cieszyn and Czech Cieszyn. Identity creation is a long-term process, time-consuming, contemplative, with elements of inner retrospection. People in their late adulthood develop their sense of identity against the background of differenced which are noticed in their childhood, adolescence, youth, and adulthood.
Tożsamość kształtuje się przez całe życie jednostki, jednak po 60. roku życia postrzeganie samego siebie ulega znaczącym przeobrażeniom. Na tym etapie rozwoju człowiek szuka kontaktów z drugą osobą, odnajduje to, co wspólne, co łączy, na dalszy plan schodzi niepowtarzalność i odmienność jednostki. Badania oraz rozważania nad problemem kształtowania się tożsamości bazują na dokonaniu rozróżnienia między tym, co identyczne a tym, co odmienne. Opracowanie jest komunikatem z badań przeprowadzonych w Cieszynie oraz Czeskim Cieszynie – południowej części pogranicza polsko-czeskiego. Strategia ilościowa i jakościowa zastosowano jako komplementarne względem siebie. Celem podjętych rozważań było poznanie poczucia tożsamości osób w wieku późnej dorosłości żyjących w polskiej oraz czeskiej części Śląska Cieszyńskiego. Wyniki przeprowadzonych badań pozwalają dostrzec podobieństwa i różnice w deklaracjach poczucia tożsamości osób w wieku późnej dorosłości żyjących w Cieszynie oraz Czeskim Cieszynie. Kształtowanie się tożsamości to proces długotrwały, czasochłonny, refleksyjny z elementami wewnętrznej retrospekcji. Osoby w wieku późnej dorosłości kształtują swoje poczucie tożsamości na tle różnic, które dostrzegają w okresie dzieciństwa, adolescencji, młodości oraz dojrzałości.

W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań dotyczących kompetencji społecznej studentów pedagogiki Uniwersytetu Zielonogórskiego ze specjalizacji doradztwa szkolnego oraz rehabilitacji i profilaktyki społecznej. W badaniu au-tor wykorzystał kwestionariusz kompetencji społecznej KK-A(M), będący podstawowym narzędziem badawczym opracowanym przez Annę Matchak, oraz kwestionariusz opracowany przez autora w celu analizy efektów kompetencji społecznej osiągniętych przez nauczycieli podczas prowadzonych przez nich lekcji. Analiza i interpretacja wyników badania potwierdza średni poziom kompetencji społecznej studentów w sytuacjach intymnych, społecznych i wymagających asertywności. Analiza korelacji umożliwiła ustalenie związków między działalnością edukacyjną zmierzającą do kształtowania kompetencji społecznej studentów określoną w efektach kształcenia i rzeczywistym poziomem kompetencji społecznej studentów w sytuacjach intymnych, społecznych i wymagających asertywności. Korelacje pokazują niską i słabą zależność między wyodrębnionymi zmiennymi.
The paper presents the results of the research on social competence in students of educational studies at the University of Zielona Góra, who major in school counselling and social rehabilitation and prevention. In the study, the author used the social competence questionnaire KK-A(M), the standardized research tool elaborated by Anna Matczak, as well as a questionnaire developed by the author for analysing the social competence effects achieved by teachers in classes they conduct. The analysis and interpretation of the results speak for the average level of social competence in students in intimate situations, social exposure, and in situations related to assertiveness. The correlation analysis enabled establishing connections between educational activities that aim at shaping social competence in students as determined in educational effects and the actual level of social competence in students in intimate situations, social exposure and in situations related to assertiveness. The correlations show low and weak interdependence between the isolated variables.

W artykule zaprezentowano wyniki badań dotyczące poczucia tożsamości osób w wieku późnej dorosłości żyjących w polskiej i czeskiej części Śląska Cieszyńskiego. Rozważania dotyczą szczególnego regionu ze względu na jego zróżnicowanie religijne, kulturowe, a także tradycje kształtowania wielokulturowej tożsamości. W opracowaniu ukazano wieloaspektowość pojęcia tożsamość, które rozwijane jest na gruncie filozofii, psychologii i socjologii. Tożsamość to konstrukt, który łączy elementy indywidualnego systemu wartości z wartościami danej grupy, do której jednostka należy, świadome uczestnictwo w życiu grupy regionalnej, narodowej, europejskiej i globalnej przyczynia się do kształtowania się poczucia tożsamości osób w wieku późnej dorosłości. Wyniki przeprowadzonych badań własnych wskazują, że osoby żyjące w polskiej i czeskiej części Śląska Cieszyńskiego wykazują silne więzi z narodem.
The paper presents the results of research into the sense of identity in people in late adulthood living in the Polish and Czech parts of Cieszyn Silesia. The discussion concerns a region which is special due to its religious and cultural diversity as well as traditions of forming multicultural identity. The paper presents the multi-faceted concept of identity, which is developed on the basis of philosophy, psychology and sociology. Identity is a construct which combines an individual system of values with the values of a group which an individual belongs to. A conscious participation in the life of a regional, national, European and global group contributes to forming the sense of identity in people in their late adulthood. The study results show that people in their late adulthood, who live in the Polish and Czech parts of Cieszyn Silesia, have strong bonds with their nations.
