Opis:
In this paper we introduce new model for simulation sea vessel routing. Besides a vessel types (polar diagram) and weather forecast, travel security and the number of maneuvers are considered. Based on these data both the minimal travelling costs and the minimal processing time are found for different vessels and different routes. To test our model the applications SailingAssistance wad improved. The obtained results shows that we can obtain quite acceptable results.

Opis:
The present paper deals with an EOQ model for deteriorating items with time-dependent exponential demand rate and partial backlogging. Shortages are allowed and completely backlogged in this model. The backlogging rate of unsatisfied demand is assumed as a function of waiting time. The concept of penalty cost is introduced in the proposed model because there are many perishable products that do not deteriorate for some period of time and after that period they continuously deteriorate and lose their values. This loss can be incurred as penalty cost to the wholesalers/retailers. In any business organization, the penalty cost has an important role for special types of seasonal products and short life products. Therefore, the total cost of the product can be reduced by maximizing the demand rate and minimizing the penalty cost during a given period of time. The purpose of our study is to optimise the total variable inventory cost. A numerical example is also given to show the applicability of the developed model.

Opis:
The article analyses a legal nature of additional six-month since the end of the operational period foreseen to issue a decision on activating a suspended sentence (Article 75 § 4 CC), the method of calculating this time limit and the moment when the decision on executing the penalty is enforceable. The author considers that this time limit is of substantial nature, as it is regulated in the Criminal Code and it is related with substantial requirements for executing the penalty. To calculate the time limit, the computatio civilis method should be applied, which consists in counting its running on a day-to-day basis (dies a qua) as the beginning of operational period is determined by a final sentence, i.e. the institution regulated in criminal procedure law. The time limit for activating the suspended sentence is valid if in the case of the discretionary sentence activation (Article 75 § 2 and 3 CC) a decision is issued and it is final before the expiry of six months following the end of the operational period (Article 178 § 5 EPC), and in the case of mandatory activation of the sentence, it is sufficient that such decision is issued within the said time limit (Article 9 § 3 EPC).
