- In the present paper attention is focused on several matters. First of all, the standpoint of some churches and confessional associations concerning the model of upbringing has been presented. All standpoints presented concentrate on assurance for parents and committees of the right to decide on the kind of upbringing which their child should receive. A similar standpoint has been presented by an employer in international law as well as in Polish legal system. Moreover, it has been noticed that there is some convergence in ecclesiastic and secular approaches in the matter concerning the ability of establishing private schools and sending children there.
