W artykule przedstawiono koncepcję metody i urządzenia do optycznego pomiaru wysokich temperatur. Zaprojektowane urządzenie pomiarowe pracuje w oparciu o prawa promieniowania cieplnego – prawo Plancka i prawo przesunięć Wiena. Proponowane rozwiązanie konstrukcyjne umożliwi pomiar temperatury eliminując wpływ amplitudowego przesunięcia charakterystyk emisyjnych. Możliwe będzie wykonanie pomiarów bez znajomości emisyjności źródła promieniowania oraz w ośrodku absorbującym promieniowanie. Przeprowadzone testy zdolności transmisyjnych zaprojektowanego układu optycznego, potwierdziły możliwość jego wykorzystania w urządzeniu.
High-temperature measurements are a key parameter for control of various technological processes and research. The most common instruments used in measurements of high temperature are different types of pyrometers and infrared cameras. In the literature there is a wide variety of construction of these optical devices [1-6]. This paper presents a concept of an alternative optical method and apparatus for measurements of high temperatures. The designed sensor is based on thermal radiation law – Planck’s law and Wien’s displacement law (Section 2.1). The object temperature is determined by fitting the Planck’s curve to the measurement data, determining the wavelength of the curve maximum and calculating the temperature using Wien’s displacement law (Fig. 2). This solution permits eliminating the influence of curve amplitude shifts caused by the object emissivity, selection absorption in the infrared range and absorption thermal radiation by optical elements in the device. This device consists of two main parts (Fig. 3): an optical system and a spectrometer connected to optic fiber. At first, tests of power loses in the device optical system were carried out at different configuration of the system elements and utilizing the He-Ne laser (Section 4). The obtained results demonstrate the possibility of using the designed optical system in the device. In the near future there will be performed more tests of the equipment and work aiming at improving its detectable capability. - Źródło:
