    Opis:
    The direction of housing development results from changes in the spatial consciousness of the society. The article, based on historical studies of Russian housing, hypothesizes that the development of the geometry of living quarters is characterized by cyclical changes. The spatial image of living premises as the basis of its reproduction is influenced by informational factors: external – inherent in the global design technology existing at a certain historical time, and internal, arising from the experience gained as a result of local construction. Both information streams change the state of political awareness that determines the direction of structural changes in the physical environment until they are effectively used.
    Kierunek rozwoju mieszkań wynika ze zmian w świadomości przestrzennej społeczeństwa. W artykule, opartym na historycznych badaniach rosyjskich mieszkań, przedstawia się hipotezę, że rozwój geometrii pomieszczeń mieszkalnych charakteryzuje się cyklicznymi zmianami. Na przestrzenny wizerunek mieszkania jako podstawę jego reprodukcji, wpływają zewnętrzne czynniki informacyjne: zewnętrzne - właściwe dla istniejącej w pewnym historycznym czasie globalnej technologii projektowania oraz wewnętrzne, powstające z doświadczenia uzyskanego w wyniku lokalnego budowania. Obydwa strumienie informacji zmieniają stan świadomości politycznej, który określa kierunek strukturalnych zmian w środowisku fizycznym do czasu ich efektywnego wykorzystania.

    “Drugo telo”. It reveals that the mental construction mechanism of spatial images is based on the principle of complementarity of verbal and non-verbal languages, that is, on the principle of multimodal information coding. There are visual, auditory, tactile and other images behind the verbal text. The reliability of mental spatial images is ensured by the detail of the memories on which the reader relies during the interpretation of the text. The realism of the perception of the text is prepared by the fact that iconic non-verbal pictures are stored in the reader's memory behind the verbal indexes.
    Artykuł poświęcony jest problematyce konstruowania obrazów przestrzennych w powieści Milorada Pavica Drugo telo. Okazało się, że mechanizm mentalnej konstrukcji obrazów przestrzennych opiera się na zasadzie komplementarności języków werbalnych i niewerbalnych, czyli na zasadzie multimodalnego kodowania informacji. Za tekstem werbalnym kryją się obrazy wizualne, dźwiękowe, dotykowe i inne. Wiarygodność mentalnych obrazów przestrzennych zapewnia szczegółowość wspomnień, na których opiera się czytelnik podczas interpretacji tekstu. Realizm percepcji tekstu przygotowuje fakt, że ikoniczne obrazy są przechowywane w pamięci czytelnika za indeksami werbalnymi.

    Opis:
    Works no. 38 and 44 from the Hors cadre series by Aleksander Kobzdej are unstable, and their support is lowrigid, so they are permanently exposed to distortions of the surface. The only possibility of limiting and slowing down the processes of deterioration of Hors cadre is strengthening their support – with the use of structural groundworks. The aim of the work described in the article was to separate, describe and study structural groundworks suitable for unstable objects with spatial structure, and preparation of groundworks for two spatial paintings undergoing the process of restoration. Thanks to the usage of strengthening structure, it will be possible to expose, store, and transport them in a safe way. Assuming that supplementary structural groundworks for Hors cadre are supposed to have many various functions at the same time, features of an optimum groundwork were determined. It was determined that such structure must have a relevant stability in order to limit unfavourable movements of the support of the work. It should be adequately adjusted to the structure of the art work, neutral in chemical terms, it should be light, and do not interfere with the character of the work. Seven types of structural groundwork were described. Their fragments or models were prepared, three of them were applied to two paintings under restoration. Presented structural groundworks are: gypsum groundwork in the form of adequately cut polycarbonate panel, made of polyurethane foam, laminate for plastics, sandwich structure, in the form of a grate made of profiled slats, of aluminium cut-drawn mesh or aluminium perforated sheet, of papier-mâché. Structural groundworks were selected with a view to their usability for painting no. 38 and 44. They are also suitable for other works from Hors cadre series, which comprises approximately seventy works. They may be also used in other modern art objects, affected with similar structure issues.
