    Opis:
    In this paper, the route prediction for a person in water was performed on the basis of a developed graph algorithm. This person drifted in water under the influence of surface currents and wind. The total drift route for the person in water was established as the route in a weighted directed graph. Vertices of this graph correspond to given points within a given basin. Additionally, the graph’s edges show possible directions of the overall human drift. The weight of the given edge describes the difference between the gradient of the edge and the total drift direction calculated on the basis of surface current field data and wind field data. An application has been created on the basis of a given algorithm which might be used to support the search for survivors in coastal areas (e.g. port basins, basins adjacent to the port, bays and sea areas) for which hydrodynamic models reliably reflect local phenomena.

    The aim of this article is to show which generative mechanisms are responsible for establishing a control relationship between syntactic structures. As a theoretical basis, the Movement Theory of Control by Hornstein was chosen because it has already been tested in numerous languages and has universal character. Its applicability was exemplified by some data of subject and object control in German. For this purpose, some derivations have been outlined. In addition, difficulties that this theory encounters were pointed out. For example, in the derivation of subject control over object, as it exists in the case of promise-verbs.

    W niniejszym artykule zaprezentowano aplikację modelu grafowego, do wyznaczania trasy przemieszczania się obiektu dryfującego, np. rozbitka. Implementacja wykona w środowisku Scilab, umożliwia wybór warunków początkowych trajektorii obiektu, a następnie rejestrację samej trajektorii.
    In this article graph model application to determination of a drifting object route has been presented. Implementation in Scilab program has been made. This application allows to select beginning conditions of the object route, and next allows registration trajectory of moving objects.

    Das Ziel des vorliegenden Beitrags ist es, die Behandlung der Infinitivkonstruktionen in der Dependenzgrammatik und im Minimalistischen Programm (MP) zu vergleichen. Der Vergleich beschrankt sich auf den Konstruktionstyp der Kontrollinfinitive. Die wichtigsten Ergebnisse der Konfrontation sind: In der Dependenzgrammatik wird nicht eindeutig uber die Satzwertigkeit des Infinitivkomplements entschieden, wahrend im MP explizite Aussagen dazu gemacht werden; die Referenzeigenschaften des leeren Infinitivsubjekts kommen in der Dependenzgrammatik am Rande zur Sprache, im MP bilden sie den Kern der Kontrolltheorie; thematische Rollen werden in der Dependenzgrammatik nicht erwahnt, im MP (genauerin der Movement Theory of Control) gelten sie als Ausloser syntaktischer Derivationen.
    The aim of this paper is to compare the treatment of infinitive constructions in the Dependency Grammar and the Minimalist Program (MP). The comparison is limited to the construction type of the control infinitive. The most important results of the confrontation are: The Dependency Grammar does not decide unambiguously about the sentence value of the infinitive complement, while in the MP explicit statements are made; the reference properties of the empty infinitive subject are marginalized in Dependency Grammar, in the MP they form the core of the control theory; thematic roles are not mentioned in dependency grammar, in MP (more precisely in the Movement Theory of Control) they are regarded as triggers of syntactic derivations.

    The article investigates the status of “reflexivity” in linguistics. The category of reflexivity is at the core of the categories of voice in the broad sense. The article deals with different approaches to identifying the reflexive decausative in modern linguistics. The paper describes the dimensions of the reflexive decausative, which includes verbs of mental activities; motion and movement; disappearance and loss; place and movement; body, and natural phenomena. The paper is devoted to the semantic aspect of the reflexive decausative in the Polish and Ukrainian languages. The results of this comparison with examples from modern Polish and Ukrainian literature are presented in the article.

    This paper proposes a model of the interactions between surface currents and small, moving objects. These objects are immersed in water so that the part extending above the water is no larger than a human head. These interactions are defined as the weighted-directed graph. The basis for determining the edge weights are the directions of the surface currents. The speeds of these currents are used to calculate the time of moving objects. According to the modelling method of the surface-current influence on small objects, presented in this paper, it is possible to implement an application supporting search-and-rescue-operation planning. This method can be used to locate small objects, such as survivors, when planning search-and-rescue operations. Thus, the routes of these objects moving together with surface-water masses can be predicted using this method.

    W artykule przedstawiono przykład zastosowania aplikacji komputerowej "Trace" do śledzenia obiektów ruchomych spotykanych w rolnictwie. Znajomość zagadnień związanych z trajektorią ruchu szkodników oraz wielkości uszkodzeń może pozwolić na prognozowanie strat w plonach roślin uprawnych, a próba charakterystyki biologicznej (fizycznej) szkodnika może przyczynić się do lepszej oceny zachowań owada w jego zwalczaniu. Trajektoria ruchu związana jest z drogą poruszania się szkodnika, który powoduje uszkodzenia w produktach roślinnych. W artykule przedstawiono również różnego rodzaju sposoby przetwarzania danych uzyskanych za pomocą aplikacji komputerowej Trace.
    The paper presents an example of using the computer application Trace for tracing mobile objects met in agriculture. The knowledge of the problems connected with the trajectory of pest movement and the degree of damage can enable the forecast of losses in yields of cultivated plants, and the attempted biological (physical) characterization of a pest can contribute to better evaluation of insect behaviour in respect of its control. The movement trajectory is connected with the path of movement of a pest that damages plant products. The paper also presents various methods of processing the data obtained by means of the computer application Trace.

    У статті на засадах валентності проаналізовано типовий набір валентно зумовлених керованих компонентів, залежних від дієслів руху / переміщення, запропоновано ієрархію керованих відмінкових та прийменниково-відмінкових форм, визначено основні морфологічні засоби їх вираження та їхні морфологічні варіанти. Визначено чинники, що впливають на кількісний та якісний склад типових керованих іменників. Наголошено на відмінностях традиційного витлумачення граматичного керування та витлумачення, запропонованого дослідниками новітньої лінгвоукраїністики. Валентно зумовлене керування вможливлює вважати керованими тільки значеннєво залежні від дієслова компоненти із семантичними функціями об’єкта, адресата, інструменталя (знаряддя чи засобу дії) та локатива (місцеперебування, вихідний і кінцевий пункти руху, шлях руху). Максимальну кількість типових керованих компонентів виявляють дієслова руху / переміщення, вони належать до багатовалентних. У типових виявах ці дієслова можуть налічувати п’ять – шість керованих компонентів.
    In the article, on the basis of valence, a typical set of valence-driven governed components dependent on verbs of movement / moving is analyzed, a hierarchy of governed case and prepositional-case forms of these verbs is proposed, the main morphological means of their expression and their morphological variants are determined. According to such sets of governed components, a typology of verbal government is suggested. The differences between the traditional interpretation of grammatical government and the interpretation offered by the researchers of the latest Ukrainian linguistics are emphasized. The valence-determined government makes it possible to consider governed only notional verbally dependent components with semantic functions of the object, the addressee, the instrument (tool or means of action) and the locality (location, initial and end points of the motion, path of motion). The maximum quantity of typical governed components is shown by the verbs of movement / moving, they belong to multivalent ones. In typical expressions these verbs can have up to six governed components.
