Opis:: Koordynacja sieciowa jest jednym z kluczowych obszarów decyzyjnych w zarządzaniu strategicznym przedsiębiorstw, ponieważ to właśnie dzięki niej, łańcuch dostaw może uzyskać przewagę konkurencyjną. Pod pojęciem koordynacja sieci kryją się trzy jej formy: hierarchiczna (oparta na poleceniach), społeczna (oparta na zaufaniu) i rynkowa (oparta na cenie). Uznaje się, że w praktyce występują one łącznie i zależą od siebie, a ich dobór jest celowy. Łańcuchy dostaw bez odpowiedniej koordynacji mogą funkcjonować w błędny sposób, nie spełniając właściwie swojej roli. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie istoty i znaczenia koordynacji sieciowej w łańcuchu dostaw w formie case study na przykładzie firmy DaimlerChrysler (DCX). Przedstawiony przypadek potwierdza występowanie wszystkich form koordynacji w łańcuchu dostaw oraz dominację jednej z nich w zależności od danego przykładu.
Network coordination is one of the key decision area in strategic management of companies, because thanks to her, supply chain can achieve competitive edge. Network has three forms: hierarchical (based on command), social (based on trust) and market (based on price). In practice all forms occure together and depend of themselves and them choice is expedient. Supply chains can work in wrong way without adequate coordination and them cannot play correct them role. The aim of the articule is presentation essence and meaning of network coordination in supply chain. Form of presentation is case study and the example of company is DaimlerChrysler (DCX). Presented case confirmes occurrence all forms of coordination in supply chain and domination one of them which depends on example.

Opis:: Background. Emergency management requires flexibility and adaptation to dynamic and changing circumstances. The urgent requirements and high standards of responsiveness in terms of emergency management depend on horizontal and vertical communication since this is of the main factors associated with the appropriate coordination of many essentially independent organisations. Research aims. The paper attempts to identify the determinants of effective communication, particularly in regard to close coordination, as well as the role played by these processes in the management of local emergency networks. Method. This work consists of a theory-based empirical study. It is qualitative in nature and the research method is based on both desk research and field research. The research was conducted as part of a research project entitled "Coordination, communication and trust as factors driving effective inter-organisational collaboration in the public safety management system " (DEC-2012/07/D/HS4/00537) financed by the National Science Centre. Key findings. As a result, the new role of communication as a factor associated with the appropriate coordination in local emergency networks was identified.

Opis:: For the most popular ANN structure with one hidden layer, decomposition is done into two sub-networks. These sub-networks form the first level of the hierarchical structure. On the second level, the coordinator is working with its own target function. In the hierarchical systems theory three coordination strategies are defined. For the ANN learning algorithm the most appropriate is the coordination by the principle of interaction prediction. Implementing an off-line algorithm in all sub-networks makes the process of weight coefficient modification more stable. In the article, the quality and quantity characteristics of a coordination algorithm and the result of the learning algorithm for all sub-networks are shown. Consequently, the primary ANN achieves the global minimum during the learning process.

Opis:: When implementing the hierarchical structure [4][5] of the learning algorithm of an Artificial Neural Network (ANN), two very important questions have to be solved. The first one is connected with the selection of the broad coordination principle. In [1], three different principles are described. They vary with regard to the degree of freedom for the first-level tasks. The second problem is connected with the coordinator structure or, in other words, the coordination algorithm. In the regulation theory, the process of finding the coordinator structure is known as the feedback principle. The simplest regulator structure (scheme) is known as the proportional regulator – “P” regulator. In the article, the regulator structure and its parameters are analysed as well as their impact on the learning process quality.

Opis:: The problem of an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) structure optimization is related to the definition of the optimal number of hidden layers and the distribution of neurons between layers depending on a selected optimization criterion and inflicted constrains. Using a hierarchical structure is an accepted default way of defining an ANN structure. The following article presents the resolution of the optimization problem. The function describing the number of subspaces is given, and the minimum number of layers, as well as the distribution of neurons between layers, shall be found. The structure can be described using different methods, mathematical tools, and software or/and technical implementation. The ANN decomposition into hidden and output layers - the first step to build a two-level learning algorithm for cross-forward connections structure - is described, too.

he article presents some of the chosen aspects of supply chain integration and coordination. Supply chain can be considered as one of the forms of the network organization. The article introduces also issues related to the importance of information systems in ensuring the appropriate degree of integration and coordination. The aim of this article is the indication of the current trends concerning the integration of suppliers and customers in the supply chain and the coordination of the decision of cooperating partners, as well as analysis of the use of information technology to support the process of supply chain integration and coordination.

Opis:: At present, most high-accuracy single-person pose estimation methods have high computational complexity and insufficient real-time performance due to the complex structure of the network model. However, a single-person pose estimation method with high real-time performance also needs to improve its accuracy due to the simple structure of the network model. It is currently difficult to achieve both high accuracy and real-time performance in single-person pose estimation. For use in human–machine cooperative operations, this paper proposes a single-person upper limb pose estimation method based on an end-to-end approach for accurate and real-time limb pose estimation. Using the stacked hourglass network model, a single-person upper limb skeleton key point detection model is designed. A deconvolution layer is employed to replace the up-sampling operation of the hourglass module in the original model, solving the problem of rough feature maps. Integral regression is used to calculate the position coordinates of key points of the skeleton, reducing quantization errors and calculations. Experiments show that the developed single-person upper limb skeleton key point detection model achieves high accuracy and that the pose estimation method based on the end-to-end approach provides high accuracy and real-time performance.

In the article they showed that depending on it what sections of recipients the flag enterprise is supporting, models of coordination of material flows in the distribution network are different.

W artykule poruszane są przykłady wdrożeń częściowych założeń koncepcji w działalność rynkową oraz opisane jest nowe rozwiązanie, które ma za zadanie ukazać kolejny aspekt koordynacji logistycznej, mianowicie jej wpływ na realizację założeń zrównoważonego rozwoju. Założenia te dotyczyć będą dwóch filarów związanych z ekologią i ergonomią pracy przedstawioną za pomocą optymalizacji w obszarze gospodarki kartonami przeznaczonymi do wysyłki w ramach działalności outsourcingowej. Takie podejście możliwe jest dzięki zastosowaniu nowoczesnej technologii przetwarzania i prezentowania danych oraz zdolności operatora do przejęcia niektórych funkcji w aspektach koordynacji logistycznej. Autor artykułu nakreśla również perspektywy badań w zakresie wdrażania rozwiązań dążących do implementacji podstawowych założeń koncepcji koordynacji logistycznej w realiach praktyki przemysłowej w sieciach dystrybucji, w których funkcjonuje operator logistyczny świadczący usługi w ramach logistyki kontraktowej dla przedsiębiorstw produkcyjnych oraz przedsiębiorstw w branży e-commerce.
The article concerns the theoretical concept of logistics coordination, which assumes the wide involvement of the logistics operator (logistic service provider) in active planning, implementation and delivery of logistics, support and VAS services in the area of the distribution network. The article discusses examples of partial implementation of the concept on the markets and describes a new solution that is intended to show another aspect of logistics coordination, namely its impact on the implementation of sustainable development assumptions. The assumptions of sustainable development concern two pillars related to ecology and work ergonomics, presented by means of optimization in the area of management of cartons intended for shipment as part of outsourcing activities. This approach is possible thanks to the use of modern data processing and presentation technology and the operator's ability to take over some functions of logistics coordination. The article also outlines further research perspectives in the field of logistics coordination in the realities of industrial practice in distribution networks in which there is a logistics operator providing services under contract logistics for manufacturing enterprises and enterprises in the e-commerce industry.
