Purpose. The development of a national system of education for sustainable natural resources as a form of social activity has been theoretically proved and aimed at optimizing management training environmental experts by improving its professional oriented content, scientific, methodological and information support, structural and organizational structure for the intended purpose. It was determined that organizational and functional structure of environmental management as a set of (system) levels in the unity of their functions, powers and organizational relations and provides a holistic effect on the social system and the environment. It was found that the theoretical foundation of management training problem decision of future ecologists for the balanced nature management is a complex combination of approaches: system, ecosystem, system-structural, systemic-functional, competency, synergistic, axiological, acmeological, ecocentric, noosphere.

The article presents the history of the military higher education system, which is connected to the shaping of the Polish statehood as well as its present state. The structure of this type of education system was dependent on the e ectiveness of socio-economic, political and military activities of public authorities. However, it is only the November Uprising which is generally associated with the revolt of the o cers from the O cer Cadets School [Szkoła Podchorazych] in Warsaw. The changes which occur within the military education system on account of its adjustment to the requirements of the Act “Law on higher education” of 27 June 2005 are very positive. They accommodate military higher education institutions to the public system of higher education, they in uence the development and the quality of education in these institutions, they obliged them to implement the regulations arising from the National Quali cations Framework and to observe all the procedures arising from the legislations which are enacted in the domain of higher education by the competent public authorities.

The article highlights the meaning of music activities in early childhood education. All the personalthoughts and information are mostly based on the Finnish educational system and the examples comingfrom my teaching practice at Vasa Övningsskola. Music education has an enormous impacton the child’s development at early school age. The way we teach and the teacher’s personality playa key role in the process of self-learning. This article contains both theoretical and practical aspects ofmusic education in Finnish primary schools. The conclusion is supported by personal experience andobservations from a Finnish primary school, which help to precisely describe music education in thisparticular system. The speaker will present activities and ideas used in the music education in earlyschool age based on the national curriculum from 2016.

The Police Academy in Szczytno has a long and very variable history. Over the years, in place of existing militia schools of a military nature, new ones have been created, which were to meet the didactic needs of the then Civic Militia. Political changes from the early 1990s brought a wave of reforms in various areas of social and political life in The Republic of Poland. Serious reforms also concerned the security and public order authorities, including the newly appointed Police. A number of major changes were introduced to the level of police education, and in particular in the newly established Police Academy in Szczytno. These were not only formal changes, but ones that actually diametrically changed the profile and functioning of the academy. It was on the wave of these changes that the academy boldly started, and in the following years intensively developed, cooperation with Polish security and public order formations, to an extent that had not been done here until then. In this article, the author wishes to demonstrate, in a synthetic way, the participation of the academy in the process of improving the staff of the Polish security and public order system through intensively conducted cooperation in this field, not only in the didactic dimension, but also in scientific research

CEL NAUKOWY: Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie złożonych relacji między dziedzictwem historycznym Uzbekistanu, tworzeniem tożsamości narodowej po rozpadzie ZSRR i budową systemu edukacji opartego na swoistej polityce oświatowej, która sprzeniewierza się tradycji nauczania religijnego w Republice. PROBLEM I METODY BADAWCZE: Ze względu na podjętą problematykę posłużyłam się metodą historyczno-porównawczą, która umożliwia określenie przemian, które dokonały się w świadomości społeczeństw na przestrzeni wieków. W przypadku Uzbekistanu jest to rola islamu i tradycyjnego muzułmańskiego wychowania w przetrwaniu narodu uzbeckiego podczas panowania radzieckiego i po odzyskaniu niepodległości oraz odbudowa dawnych więzi ze światem islamu. Sformułowano następujący problem badawczy: czy możliwe byłoby zachowanie tożsamości narodowej Uzbeków bez potrzymania praktyki nauczania islamu? PROCES WYWODU: Analiza problemu edukacji muzułmańskiej w kontekście współczesnej „uzbeckości” obejmuje przedstawienie pochodzenia narodu uzbeckiego i elementów, które składają się na tożsamość narodową, rolę i znaczenie islamu dla współczesnych Uzbeków. WYNIKI ANALIZY NAUKOWEJ: Z przeprowadzonej analizy wynika, że negowanie powrotu do wartości i tradycyjnego stylu życia opartego na nauczaniu religijnym od najmłodszych lat przez władze kraju doprowadziło do poważnego konfliktu wewnętrznego przejawiającego się w nielegalnej edukacji religijnej i dążeniu społeczeństwa do rozwijania oddolnego islamu, niekontrolowa- nego przez państwo. WNIOSKI, INNOWACJE, REKOMENDACJE: Uzbecki model edukacji zaprezentowany w artykule stanowi interesujący przykład kontroli nauczania religijnego przez państwo, odmienny od strategii oświatowych w arabskich państwach reprezentujących świat islamu.
RESEARCH OBJECTIVE: The aim of this article is to present the complex relationship between Uzbekistan’s historical heritage, the creation of a national identity after the collapse of the USSR, and the construction of the education system based on a specific educational policy that misapropriates the Republic’s tradition of religious teaching. THE RESEARCH PROBLEM AND METHODS: Due to the issue raised, I used the historical- comparative method, which makes it possible to determine the changes that have taken place in the consciousness of societies over the centuries. In the case of Uzbekistan, it is the role of Islam and traditional Muslim upbringing in the survival of the Uzbek people during Soviet rule and after regaining independence, and rebuilding old ties with the Islamic world. The following research problem was formulated: Would it be possible to preserve the national identity of the Uzbeks’ national identity without maintaining the practice of teaching Islam? THE PROCESS OF ARGUMENTATION: The analysis of the problem of Muslim education in the context of contemporary “Uzbekness” includes a presentation of the origins of the Uzbek nation and the elements that constitute national identity, the role and significance of Islam for contemporary Uzbeks. RESEARCH RESULTS: The analysis shows that the negation of the return to values and the traditional living style based on religious teaching from an early age by the country’s authorities led to a serious internal conflict manifested in illegal religious education and the pursuit of the society to develop a grassroots Islam, uncontrolled by the state. CONCLUSIONS, INNOVATIONS, AND RECOMMENDATIONS: The Uzbek model of education presented in the article is an interesting example of the state control of religious teaching, different from the educational strategies in the Arab states representing the Islamic world.

Opis:
The importance of forested areas to provide food, medicine and shelter and to maintaining a healthy environment cannot be overemphasized. Hence, handy information on the universities that offers forestry education is necessary. The study used a geographic information system to spatially distribute Universities in Nigeria that offer Forestry Education. The list of all the universities registered as awarding Forestry Degrees in Nigeria were obtained online from the National University Commission (NUC) register and Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) brochures. The corresponding coordinates of the universities were obtained using hand-held Global Positioning Systems and from satellite imagery. Quantum Geographic Information System was used to develop the universities spatial distribution. Only 31 out of the 34 universities identified as awarding forestry degrees were on the NUC list. Moreover, 61.8% of all of these universities were owned by the Federal Government, 32.4% by State Governments and only 5.9% were privately owned. Out of the universities recognized by NUC, the South-West geopolitical zone had the highest number (8), followed by South-South (7), North-West (5), North-Central (4), North-East (4) and South-East (3) with least. Non-uniformity was observed in Educational bodies offering studies in forestry, hence the government should invest more in forest research and education.

The Commission of National Education created a comprehensive school network, including the Greater Poland Department, consisting of department and subdepartment schools along with loosely connected with them parochial schools, which in its entirety remained under the authority of the Crown Main School. This article presents the history of the Greater Poland Department from the time of the Commission of National Education’s establishment in 1773 until the Commission terminated its operations in this region amid the Partitions of Poland in 1793. This study explores the department school in Poznań, the subdepartment schools in Kalisz, Wschowa, Trzemeszno, Toruń and Międzyrzecz as well as the parochial schools.

Pomimo istotnych nakładów na modernizację ich systemu, po dwudziestu latach funkcjonowania wymaga on istotnych zmian. Dowodzą tego wyniki systematycznie przeprowadzanych kontroli NIK.
Two Decades of Examination System in Education – External Verification of Students’ Achievements The system of external examinations, which verify the fulfilment of the requirements set out in the core curriculum, was introduced as a result of the education reform in 1999. In 2016, as a result of the liquidation of middle schools and transformation of six-year elementary schools into eight-year schools, and secondary schools into four or five-year schools, the structure of external examinations has changed. That is why NIK, one more time, has evaluated the functioning of the system and its impact on the quality of education. The author of the article, on the basis of the results of the latest audit and of the previous ones, presents a critical pinion on the examination system: it was tailored to the education system that was introduced twenty-one years ago, but after the first successful decade, it is no longer innovative and does not meet the current needs. The amount of PLN 245,748,600 that was spent on the examina tion system in the years 2007–2013 did not, unfortunately, lead to its modernisation.

This paper discusses the influence of development level of generations on innovative development of a country in case of Kazakhstan. Parameters which influence the development level of human capital and innovative development level of a region were determined. Direct influence of human capital on innovative development of a region is proved and the results generalized on national level. Consequently, based on the performed analysis, country’s population was divided into three generations. Using official statistics, the influence of the development level of generation on innovative development of the country was proved.
W niniejszym artykule omówiono wpływ poziomu rozwoju pokoleń na rozwój innowacyjny na przykładzie Kazachstanu. Określono parametry oddziałujące na poziom rozwoju kapitału ludzkiego oraz rozwój innowacyjny regionu. Dowiedziono, że kapitał ludzki bezpośrednio wpływa na rozwój innowacyjny regionu, a następnie uogólniono ten wniosek na skalę krajową. Konsekwentnie, na podstawie przeprowadzonej analizy, podzielono populacje kraju na trzy pokolenia. Wykorzystując oficjalne dane statystyczne, udowodniono, że poziom rozwoju pokoleń oddziałuje na rozwój innowacyjny kraju.

After the Austro-Hungarian compromise in 1867 the Galician parliament and provincial administration gained extensive privileges and prerogatives, especially in education. Galicia was the first crownland that had a school council, which was sanctioned already in 1867. After almost a century the ongoing process of Germanization ended as in the following years the majority of German speaking public officials were replaced by Poles and the Polish language became the main administrativ language and the main language of instruction in school. The article describes changes in the school system and shows the role of the Polish language in primary and secondary education during this so-called epoch of Galician autonomy. A comparison of historical documents and memories from schooldays from former Galician school children allows a realistic insight on the role which the Polish language played in the lives of young Galicians. The analysis shows that the Polonisation of the Galician school system effected the development of Polish national consciousness within young Galicians very slowly and not until the beginning of the 20th century.
