Opis:: This paper presents research results and field observations, the technical condition of water supply and drainage facilities. The aim of this study was to evaluate the technical condition of water and drainage facilities located in selected streams of the Zielonka Forest. Research includes Struga Owińska from km 0+000 to km 800 along with Potaszka tributary, Trojanka stream from km 0+000 to km 1+530 also with its tributary, and Goślinka stream from km 5+000 to km 9+050 and its tributary – outgoing stream from Bolechowskie lake. Assessment of water and drainage infrastructure was based on author’s field observations, during which photographic documentation was performed. Assessment of needs for renovation and modernization of water supply and drainage devices was accomplished using modified Kacy and Interewicz method As a result of the research, stated that up to 85,8% of water and drainage devices need urgent renovation and modernization. 24 structures and 9,80 km of streams need reconstruction and conservation.

Opis:: W artykule omówiono konsekwencje związane z przeprowadzeniem modernizacji lub dokonaniem zmian konstrukcyjnych w użytkowanych przyrządach i urządzeniach diagnostycznych stanowiących wyposażenie stacji kontroli pojazdów w odniesieniu do wymagania prawnego, jakim jest posiadanie certyfikatu zgodności przez wskazane w przepisach przyrządy i urządzenia. Modernizacja wiąże się ze zmianą właściwości, co może oznaczać, że zmodyfikowany wyrób nie spełnia wymagań zawartych w odpowiednich przepisach. Zmiana cech wyrobu powoduje, że różni się on od egzemplarza, którego badanie było podstawą uzyskania certyfikatu, a w konsekwencji wyrób taki przestaje być wyrobem certyfikowanym. W artykule przedstawiono, w jaki sposób powinna zostać prawidłowo przeprowadzona modernizacja certyfikowanego wyposażenia kontrolno-pomiarowego, użytkowanego w stacji kontroli pojazdów oraz jakie czynności dodatkowe i w jakich przypadkach należy podjąć, aby utrzymać lub uzyskać nową certyfikację.
The article discusses the consequences of carrying out modernization or making design changes in the diagnostic instruments and equipment used by a vehicle inspection station in relation to the legal requirement which is to have a certificate of compliance for the instruments and equipment set out in the regulations. Modernization involves changing the properties which may mean that the modified product does not meet the requirements of the relevant legislation. Changing the characteristics of the product makes it different from the one whose inspection was the basis for certification and, consequently, the product ceases to be a certified device. The article shows how properly should be conducted upgrading of the certified control and measurement equipment, used at vehicle inspection station and what additional steps and in what cases should be taken to maintain or obtain a new certification.
