W artykule przedstawiono projekt organizacji transportu na przykładzie hurtowni o profilu elektrycznym do odbiorców w regionie Województwa Zachodniopomorskiego. W Polsce jak i w obrębie Województwa Zachodniopomorskiego transport towarów odbywa się głównie przy wykorzystaniu samochodów. Wyróżniono kilka modeli realizowania zadań transportowych, które poddano analizie. W podsumowaniu zaproponowano zmiany w systemie transportowym realizowanym przez hurtownię ze względu na przyjęte kryteria optymalizacji drogi.
This paper presents the design organization of transport on exemplary electrical wholesalers firm for Zachodniopomorskie Voivodeship. in Poland, as well as within the Zachodniopomorskie Voivodeship transport of goods is done mainly by the use of cars. Distinguished several models of the tasks as transport were analyzed. In summary, proposed changes in the transport system operated by the warehouse due to the adopted optimization criteria for distance of road and transport time were shown.

W niniejszym artykule przedstawiono wyzwania dla współczesnych organizacji w obliczu zmieniającego się paradygmatu zarządzania oraz ich implikacje dla modelu prowadzonego biznesu. Zaprezentowano koncepcję organizacji wirtualnej oraz sieciowej.
The modern world, moving from the industrial economy to a knowledge-based, is subject to permanent changes that influence all areas of functioning of enterprises. The results of these changes are visible both in the mode of operation of the organization, they compete in the market, and the way their internal organization of and cooperation with stakeholders. This paper presents challenges for contemporary organizations in the face of a changing paradigm of management and their implications for the business model. They presented the concept of virtual and network organization.

Pomiar rozwoju społeczeństwa informacyjnego przez publiczne służby statystyczne jest sprowadzony do monitorowania sytuacji w gospodarstwach domowych oraz zastosowań ICT w przedsiębiorstwach z pominięciem sytuacji w najliczniejszej grupie mikroprzedsiębiorstw. Artykuł stanowi syntetyczną prezentację wykorzystania jako benchmarkingu wyników analizy wybranych 48 mierników stosowanych w krajach OECD i UE w zakresie życia społeczno - gospodarczego i potencjału technologii ICT w przedsiębiorstwach oraz jakościowych aspektów szerokiego spektrum luk informacyjnych i czynników krytycznych rozwoju organizacji gospodarczych. Istotną przyczyną niskiego poziomu zastosowań technologii ICT i rozwoju przedsiębiorstw MMSP jest brak świadomości użyteczności ICT oraz elementarnych metodycznych podstaw kreowania i przygotowywania projektów informatycznych. Przedstawiono istotę sześciu autorskich modeli stanowiących kluczowe, inicjatywne czynniki rozwoju społeczeństwa informacyjnego.
The measurement of the development of the information society by public statistical services is reduced to monitoring the situation in households and ICT applications in enterprises, disregarding the situation in the largest group of microenterprises. The paper is a synthetic presentation of the use s benchmarking of the results of selected 48 metrics used in OECD and EU countries in the field of socio-economic life and the potential of ICT in enterprises as well as qualitative aspects of a wide range of information gaps and critical factors for business organizations. An important reason for the low level of ICT applications and the development of Polish micro, small and medium enterprises is the lack of awareness of ICT usability and elementary methodological foundations for the creation and preparation of IT projects. The essence of six original models constituting the key, initiative factors for the development of the information society is presented.

W pracy przedstawiono model badawczy potencjału pracownika w kontekście inteligentnego rozwoju organizacji. Przyjęto, że inteligentny rozwój organizacji jest uzależniony i stymulowany przez wysoki potencjał pracowników. W artykule skupiono się na problematyce definicji pojęcia potencjału pracownika (określeniu cech wysokiego potencjału pracownika) oraz jego wieloatrybutowej oceny i wpływu na inteligentny rozwój organizacji. Opracowany przez autorów model ma posłużyć do empirycznych badań oceny potencjału pracownika.
In the article the concept of model research concerning the problem of employee potential is presented. As background of this model the concept of intelligent organization was established. We assumed that intelligent development of organization is dependent of employees potential. In the pepper we discover the essence of high employees potential, its multiattribute assessment and also its influence on intelligent organization development. The proposed model would be used for empirical studies evaluating the employee potential.

The literature in the leadership field covers extensive research, studies and compendia. However, only a small part of them are focused on leadership in research and development (R&D) teams working on innovations. Those authors who address the subject highlight the specifics of the scientists’ and engineers’ leadership engaged in creative work on innovation. Even less research and papers are connected with academic scientific teams searching for technology-based innovations, while one can recognize a research gap in the area of leadership, in sophisticated technology-based project teams like interdisciplinary or transdisciplinary teams. In this article was present a review of literature on leadership of innovative R&D teams. The goal of the article is to present a review of the literature in the area of leadership in R&D teams, along with a critical analysis of selected leadership models as well as an indication of the research interest and trends in terms of the described issues.

Artykuł stanowi próbę przedstawienia kwestii organizacji prokuratury powszechnej w Polskiej Rzeczpospolitej Ludowej na podstawie przepisów ustawy z 20 lipca 1950 r. o prokuraturze powszechnej. Zostały wtedy wprowadzone niektóre modele prokuratury i szczególną wagę kładziono na rozwój i zasady socjalistycznej prokuratury w Związku Sowieckim, a później na zaadaptowanie tych rozwiązań w polskim systemie prawnym. Ustawa z 20 lipca 1950 r. odrzuciła zasady organizacji prokuratury w stylu kapitalistycznym, które obowiązywały dotychczas, ponieważ uznano je za sprzeczne z nowym ustrojem państwa. Zastąpiono je rozwiązaniami, na podstawie których prokuratura została oddzielona od Ministerstwa Sprawiedliwości i stała się w ten sposób instytucją niezależną od wszystkich organów administracji publicznej. Pomimo tego, że przepisy formalnie przewidywały podporządkowanie prokuratury Radzie Stanu, w rzeczywistości o kierunku i funkcjonowaniu prokuratury decydowali dygnitarze partii komunistycznej. Komuniści potrzebowali w pełni posłusznego im organu władzy, dzięki któremu mogliby osiągać swoje cele. W konsekwencji prokuratura, której głównym zadaniem było ściganie przestępstw, stała się instytucją kontrolno-nadzorczą skierowaną nie tylko na pojedynczych obywateli, ale także na organizacje i urzędy. Obowiązki te były wykonywane na podstawie nadanych jej uprawnień w postaci tzw. nadzoru ogólnego, którego wyznacznikiem wykonania miała być kara represyjna. Ustawa ta, mimo że była dość ogólna i lakoniczna (składała się z dwudziestu czterech części, z których siedem stanowiło przepisy przejściowe i końcowe), wprowadziła wszystkie elementy niezbędne do wdrożenia w Polsce socjalistycznej prokuratury w oparciu o koncepcję Lenina. Socjalistyczny model prokuratury obowiązywał w Polsce aż do czasu przemian społeczno-politycznych w 1989 r.
The article is an attempt to show the issue of the organization of the prosecutor’s office in the Polish People’s Republic based on the provisions of the Act on the Prosecutor’s Office of 20 July 1950. It introduced some models of the prosecutor’s office, with special attention paid to the development and the principles of the socialist prosecutor’s office in the Soviet Union, and these solutions were adopted then by the Polish legal system. The Act of 20 July 1950 rejected the rules of the organization of the capitalist prosecutor’s office, which had been in force until then, as they were considered inconsistent with the new system of government. They were replaced by the solutions on the basis of which the prosecutor’s office was separated from the Ministry of Justice and, consequently, it became an institution which was independent of all public administration bodies. Despite the fact that the regulations provided for the formal subordination of the prosecutor’s office to the Council of State, communist party dignitaries in fact decided on the direction and the activity of the prosecution system. The communists needed a fully obedient institution which they could employ to achieve their goals. Consequently, the prosecutor’s office, whose main task was to prosecute offences, became an institution of control and surveillance, which was aimed not only at individual citizens but also at organizations and offices. These duties were performed on the basis of the powers vested in it in the form of the so-called general supervision, and repressive punishment was to be a performance indicator. This Act, in spite of being quite general and laconic (it consisted of twenty-four sections, seven of which constituted transitional and final provisions), introduced all the elements necessary to implement a socialist prosecutor’s office in Poland on the basis of Lenin’s concept. The socialist model of the prosecutor’s office in Poland was in force until the social and political changes took place in 1989.

Nonaka’s model of knowledge creation

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is a study of factors that influence effectiveness of creation of knowledge in organization. Design/methodology/approach: analysis of knowledge system presented in the text, refers to the concept of Nonaka dynamics of knowledge creation. Findings: An extension of Nonaka’s spiral of knowledge management is proposed, called in the text the “Nonaka’s screw”. Originality/value: The model of Nonaka’s screw highlights energetic aspect of dynamics of knowledge creation, which can be formulated as important prerequisites of the know-ledge management. - some extra energy must be used in order to make the knowledge move and to overcome barriers of knowledge creation; - without managerial support, creation of knowledge may be ineffective.

Celem niniejszego artykułu jest zidentyfikowanie i opis modeli biznesu przedsiębiorstw społecznych (PS) oraz wskazanie na znaczenie wykorzystania modeli biznesu do kształtowania wizerunku tych organizacji. Wprowadzenie – obligatoryjnie – modeli biznesu, a w nich aspektów związanych z kształtowaniem wizerunku jest – według autorów niniejszego opracowania – jednym z instrumentów tworzenia akceptacji społecznej dla tego nowego i często jeszcze kontrowersyjnego zjawiska ekonomicznego. Aby zrealizować postawiony cel autorzy opracowania postanowili przeanalizować 16 studiów przypadku przygotowanych w ramach projektu PI-PWP Replikator współfinansowanego ze środków Unii Europejskiej w ramach Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego. Formaty biznesowe powstawały w ścisłej współpracy między realizatorami projektu a przedstawicielami badanych przedsiębiorstw ekonomii społecznej [Formaty Biznesowe, 2014].
The main goal of this article is to identify and description of the business models of social economy enterprises. The business model can be a useful tool in the process of building and strengthening the organization’s image among customers and stakeholders. Authors decided to analyze 16 case studies prepared by the project PI-PWP Replicator co-financed by the European Union under the European Social Fund. Business formats were created in close cooperation between the implementers of the project and representatives of the social economy enterprises.

The article addresses the ambiguity in understanding school culture and its potential research implications. The analyses were embedded within two key approaches: normative and descriptive, illustrating selected exemplifications of theoretical positions of school culture in German-speaking countries. Also, the potential for integration of both approaches into a new model of school culture was proposed by La Tefy Schoen and Charles Teddi in 2008, which terminated the separation between descriptive and normative approaches to school culture.

Opis:
The article discusses the issue of effective distribution of work on formation of train network between the stations of industrial and mainline rail transport. The analysis is worked out of difficulties in the interaction of technological systems of railway transport of common and uncommon use and risks of the transport stream delays. The strategy for sorting of wagons and a complex of interconnected mathematical models is developed. The proposed solution method is based on step-by-step distribution of traffic volumes over the network through valid assignments of trains with subsequent calculation of the compromise management, taking into account the interests of each owner of transport infrastructure and each individual member of the transport and logistics chains.

Podejmując tematykę zarządzania czasem pracy, przyjęto tezę, zgodnie z którą określenie wzorców (standardów) działalności stanowi podstawę efektywnego wykorzystania zasobów organizacji i sprawnego zarządzania nimi. Nadto uznano, że najpierw należy opracować standardy metod pracy, a następnie ustalić standardy czasu, ze zwróceniem uwagi szczególnie na standardy czasu pracy.
The article focuses on working time management and the thesis has been supported, that determining activity patterns (standards) makes the basis of effective utilization of organization resources and their efficient management. Moreover, it has been recognized, that working method standards should be drown out first, then working time standards should be established, with particular attention paid to working time standards.

The aim of the publication is to present new models of education appropriate to the twenty-first century and the needs of modern network society. The article presents a comprehensive substantiation for necessity changes in education, resulting from technological development, as well socio-cultural changes. The article characterizes selected models of education of the future: a new culture of learning, the school as a learning organization, so-called turquoise education, and education for wisdom and spirituality. It is emphasized that essential for the new models are new interpersonal relationships and basing on humanistic values rather than on new technologies.

Opis:
The article deals with the problem of study of transformation of urban space using the method of potential theory. The proposed method opens new opportunities for resolving the following tasks: quantitative description of the level of organization of urban planning system; modeling of synergetic effects and processes of transformation of urban planning system taking into account mutual influence of its elements; solving optimization problems of reforming urban space to satisfy demands of population.
Artykuł porusza kwestie problematyki badań transformacji przestrzeni urbanistycznej z użyciem metody teorii potencjałów. Proponowana metoda otwiera nowe możliwości dla rozwiązywania następujących zagadnień: ilościowy opis poziomu organizacji systemu planowania przestrzennego; modelowania synergicznych efektów i procesów transformacji przestrzeni urbanistycznej z uwzględnieniem wzajemnej zależności jej elementów; rozwiązywanie problemów optymalizacji przekształceń przestrzeni urbanistycznej w celu zaspakajania potrzeb populacji.
