W pracy przedstawiono zagadnienia związane z projektem automatycznego mobilnego systemu wykrywania i niszczenia min niemetalowych. System ten zamocowany jest na platformie mobilnej na bazie robota pirotechnicznego IBIS. Posiada on zdolność autonomicznej pracy oraz posiada systemy wykrywania min niemetalowych. W referacie przedstawiono metodykę pracy pojazdu naziemnego oraz całego systemu i ich wpływ na wymagania stawiane przez to układowi nawigacji. Przedstawiono też zasady pracy urządzeń wykrywających i neutralizujących miny.
The paper presents issues related to the project automated mobile system for detection and neutralization of non-metal mines. This system is mounted on a mobile platform based on a pyrotechnic robot IBIS. Platform is prepared for autonomous operation and has a non-metallic mines detection systems. The paper presents a methodology of work of a ground vehicle and the whole system and their impact on the demands of a navigation system. Paper presents also the principle of the work of the detecting and neutralizing mines systems.

Opis:
Assessment of the technical condition of road surface is being usually carried out by visual recognition of distress. For its geometric description a simple method of measuring the longitudinal and/or transverse roughness is also used. As a result basic information on the state of road surface is achieved. Currently, increasingly popular are various types of vehicles carrying out such tests in automated manner. They are the basis of Pavement Management Systems (PMS) that are used for the efficient management of road maintenance and repair. Attempt to build own PMS system has been made at Poznan University of Technology with the participation of other entities. It consists of two parts – a field segment and office segment. The first one includes a set of sensors and algorithms for registration the condition of road surface, the second consists of procedures for numerical analysis and visualization of the damages in the form of maps and text reports. Among the technical problems associated with the construction of a filed segment is the way of automated data acquisition for the evaluation of selected geometrical characteristics of the pavement. It was decided to solve it using photogrammetric methods. These are: (1) elaboration of photomap for visualization of road lane within 3D GIS, and (2) imaging the pavement in the form of cross-sections. The mechanism mounted on the car has been designed, built and tested. It includes, among others, the two photogrammetric modules. The first module consists of 2 or 3 cameras and LED lighting. The other is a module with 3D camera recording cross-sections illuminated by line laser. For the purposes of location and orientation RTK GPS system with two antennas and IMU have been applied. Currently, the various modules of the system are tested. The current state of the system and the preliminary results are presented in the publication.
Ocenę stanu technicznego nawierzchni drogowych wykonuje się zwykle poprzez wizualną kontrolę rozpoznania uszkodzeń. Do opisu geometrycznego stosuje się ponadto proste metody pomiaru równości podłużnej i poprzecznej. Obecnie coraz bardziej popularne stają się różnego typu pojazdy pomiarowe dokonujące takiej oceny w sposób zautomatyzowany. Uzyskane wyniki stanowią podstawowy zasób systemów informacji o stanie nawierzchni drogowej, tzw. PMS (ang. Pavement Management Systems), służących do sprawnego zarządzania jej utrzymaniem i remontami. Próbę budowy własnego systemu typu PMS podjęto na Politechnice Poznańskiej z udziałem innych podmiotów. Obejmuje on dwa segmenty – terenowy i biurowy. Pierwszy składa się z zestawu sensorów i algorytmów do rejestracji stanu nawierzchni drogowej, drugi zawiera procedury do analiz numerycznych i wizualizacji uszkodzeń w formie map oraz raportów tekstowych. Pośród problemów technicznych związanych z budową segmentu terenowego mieści się sposób zautomatyzowanego pozyskiwania danych do oceny wybranych cech geometrycznych drogi. Postanowiono go rozwiązać metodami fotogrametrycznymi. Są to następujące zadania: (1) wykonanie fotomapy drogi dla potrzeb wizualizacji pasa drogowego w ramach aplikacji typu 3D GIS, (2) obrazowanie nawierzchni w postaci przekrojów poprzecznych. Zaprojektowano, zbudowano i przetestowano mechanizm montowany do samochodu. Obejmuje on między innymi dwa moduły fotogrametryczne. Pierwszy składający się z szeregu (2 lub 3) kamer i oświetlenia LED. Drugi to moduł laserowy z kamerą 3D rejestrującą pod kątem 40° oznaczony nim przekrój. Dla potrzeb lokalizacji i orientacji zastosowano odbiornik GNSS z dwiema antenami działającymi w trybie RTK oraz IMU. Obecnie poszczególne moduły systemu poddawane są testom. Aktualny stan prac nad systemem oraz pierwsze uzyskane wyniki zaprezentowano w publikacji. Praca została wykonana na Wydziale Budownictwa i Inżynierii Środowiska Politechniki Poznańskiej w ramach realizacji grantu Narodowego Centrum Badań i Rozwoju o numerze PBS3/B6/36/2015 Inteligentny system monitoringu stanu technicznego nawierzchni jezdni.

The article presents the concept of hospital telemetric system. The goal of the project is a model of early warning systems for patients outside intensive care wards. Proposed system is based on constant telemetric monitoring using objective physiological parameters. Using low-distance sensor network which covers body of a patient, so-called BAN (Body Area Network) is the main innovation of the project. Some preliminary results of ECG analysis and interpretation modules and units of proposed system will be presented.

The problem of the lack of offspring is a phenomenon concerning approximately 15% of married couples in Poland. Infertility is defi ned as inability to conceive after a year of sexual intercourses without the use of contraceptives. In half of the cases the causative factor is the male. Males are exposed to the effect of various environmental factors, which may decrease their reproductive capabilities. A decrease in male fertility is a phenomenon which occurs within years, which may suggest that one of the reasons for the decrease in semen parameters is the effect of the development of techniques in the surrounding environment. A hazardous effect on male fertility may be manifested by a decrease in the amount of sperm cells, disorders in their mobility, as well as structure. The causative agents may be chemical substances, ionizing radiation, stress, as well as electromagnetic waves. The objective of the study was the determination of the effect of the usage of cellular phones on the fertility of males subjected to marital infertility therapy. The following groups were selected from among 304 males covered by the study: Group A: 99 patients who did not use mobile phones, Group B: 157 males who have used GSM equipment sporadically for the period of 1-2 years, and Group C: 48 people who have been regularly using mobile phone for more than 2 years. In the analysis of the effect of GSM equipment on the semen it was noted that an increase in the percentage of sperm cells of abnormal morphology is associated with the duration of exposure to the waves emitted by the GSM phone. It was also confi rmed that a decrease in the percentage of sperm cells in vital progressing motility in the semen is correlated with the frequency of using mobile phones.

The paper presents the technology of production of multi-layer, large-size composite panels shaped by vacuum pressing. The advantages and possibilities of using composite panels as a modern material for the construction of special-purpose transport systems replacing traditional steel and aluminium are indicated. Examples of design solutions for mobile specialized transport systems are presented. For construction of walls, roofs, floors and doors, composite panels with specific strength, aesthetic and hygienic requirements were used. Thanks to the use of lightweight and durable composite panels and the technology used, their joining is resistant to extreme weather conditions, rigid, light and functional, free of all thermal bridges, thus we received mobile container systems with very good insulation parameters.

W artykule opisano bezprzewodowy, mobilny system monitoringu kolejowego transportu kontenerowego, jako rozwiązanie podnoszące bezpieczeństwo i efektywność takiego transportu. Scharakteryzowano budowę i działanie Sensorowo-Telekomunikacyjnego Modułu Kontenerowego (STMK) w samoorganizującej się sieci monitorującej stan wnętrza kontenera. Uzasadniono celowość zastosowania tego systemu w europejskim systemie zarządzania ruchem kolejowym ERTMS.
The paper describes wireless mobile system designed to monitor the container rail transport. This solution increases safety and effectiveness of such transport. Construction and functioning of the wireless container module applied in self-organizing network for monitoring the container interior is characterized. Usefulness of this system for the European Rail Traffic Management System (ERTMS) was explained.

W dokumencie zawarto również propozycję usprawnienia sposobu zabezpieczeń, która przy zachowaniu wygody mogłaby dobrze służyć użytkownikom płatności mobilnych. Wyładowania niezupełne WNZ są zjawiskiem fizycznym mogącym wystąpić w układach izolacyjnych urządzeń elektroenergetycznych. Zjawisko to jest niekorzystne, a zwiększająca się intensywność jego występowania może świadczyć o znacznej degradacji badanej izolacji. W artykule przedstawiono założenia projektowe oraz sposób realizacji mobilnego sytemu umożliwiającego pomiary WNZ, jakie mogą występować w izolacji kondensatorów elektroenergetycznych wykorzystywanych do kompensacji mocy biernej. Pomiary są wykonywane przy zastosowaniu metody emisji akustycznej EA. Zaproponowano rozwiązanie umożliwiające przeprowadzenie diagnostyki pracującego kondensatora elektroenergetycznego zdalnie i on-line. Scharakteryzowano rozwiązania zastosowane w zaprojektowanym i zbudowanym systemie pomiarowym. Opisano podstawowe moduły robota SQ1 i scharakteryzowano ich funkcjonalność. W podsumowaniu określono perspektywy wykorzystania systemu w badaniu zjawisk WNZ w układach izolacyjnych.
Partial Discharges PD are this physical phenomena which can occur in insulation systems electrical power engineering devices, such as: transformers, electro energetic capacitors, motors etc. This phenomena is unfavorable and increase intensity their occurrence can be show about degradation of insulation system. In the article presents project and realization of mobile system enable to detection of PD using an Acoustic Emission method AE. The possible of measurements, in this specific, dangerous places, constitute a real technical challenge within areas where there are big difficulties for analysts with the access to the subject under research. Authors in the article propose a solution diagnosis of electro energetic capacitor by remote-controlled system and in on-line mode. Article describe possibilities of mobile inspection robot, named SQ1, and their construction. There is presents the equipment that enables to move it within the inspection areas. In the summary are describe following using perspectives of the remote-controlled mobile inspection robot to detection Partial Discharges phenomena of located in medium voltage power distribution station devices.

The paper analyses a number of advanced mobile information technologies in the sphere of tourism. A large volume of information has been processed to determine the main areas of development and improvement of tourism mobile information technologies. Mobile information technologies are built both for tourists and for travel agencies. In this paper, information technologies for individual tourists are laid stress on. These are tourist program guides, augmented reality tourist information systems, gamification traveling systems, tourist location based systems and others. The paper offers description of the available mobile software for trip planning and information support of tourists during a trip. It consists of two chapters: the current studies and existing mobile program algorithmic tools. According to the research outcomes, the authors propose to build a new information system for tourists Mobile Tourist Information Assistant. A set of functional features of this system as an integrated information system relying on mobile applications is proposed. The main principle of the system is EVERYTHING, HERE AND NOW.

W artykule zostały opisane główne procesy eksploatacyjne realizowane podczas obsługi statków powietrznych, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem wykorzystania urządzeń mobilnych do rejestracji danych serwisowych. Uwzględniono cechy systemu eksploatacji statków powietrznych funkcjonującego w lotnictwie wojskowym. Przedstawiono system mobilny jako uzupełnienie stacjonarnych systemów wsparcia eksploatacji statków powietrznych i rozszerzenie ich możliwości o szczegółowe dane ewidencjonowane za pomocą nowych rozwiązań technicznych. Wykazano, że przy właściwej konfiguracji specjalistycznego oprogramowania uwzględniającego cechy indywidualne typów statków powietrznych, przy wykorzystaniu urządzeń mobilnych jesteśmy w stanie, w sposób ciągły, zasilać bazę danych oraz przeprowadzać standardowe lub indywidualne analizy zagrożeń bezpieczeństwa eksploatacji. Na podstawie tych danych Użytkownik jest w stanie zautomatyzować procesy w zakresie działań profilaktycznych realizowanych w obrębie organizacji wykorzystujących te same typy statków powietrznych.
In the article there were described main processes of operational faze of aircraft conducted during services. The description particularly focuses on the use of mobile devices for registering data from services. There were considered the attributes of the system of operational faze of military aircraft. A mobile system was described as addition to stationary systems for supporting operational faze of aircraft and upgrade by detailed data collected with the use of the new technology. It is demonstrated that we are able to provide constantly data to data base and conduct standard and specific analyses of a threat for safety of operational faze having a proper configuration of specialistic software which takes into account individual features of the type of an aircraft and with the use of mobile devices. A user can automate processes of preventive treatment within organisation using the same type of aircraft based on this data.

Rozważany problem doboru, alokacji i planowania działań grupy robotów mobilnych w środowisku pomieszczeń zamkniętych sformułowany został w modelu deklaratywnym języka OZ Mozart. Dla zadanego zbioru zmiennych decyzyjnych charakteryzujących środowisko pomieszczeń zamkniętych i przemieszczające się w nim roboty oraz zbioru ograniczeń wiążących te zmienne, poszukiwana jest strategia planowania struktury i alokacji elementów umożliwiająca w określonym horyzoncie czasu inspekcję zadanej liczby pomieszczeń. Proponowane podejście zilustrowane zostało na załączonych przykładach.
Declarative modeling provides attractive perspective for integrated approach to selection, docking and routing planning of multi mobile robot inspection system problem formulation. For given set decision variables describing indoor environment and acting robots as well as the set of constraints limiting these variables robots' navigation strategy is sought out. The solution should respond to the question: what kind and how many and in which way initially docked robots enable to inspect a given indoor environment within a given time horizon? The approach proposed is illustrated on multiple examples.
