    Od początków istnienia człowieka na ziemi ludzie przemieszczali się szukając dla siebie lepszego miejsca. Główną przyczyną tych wędrówek była nadzieja, że znajdą bardziej sprzyjające warunki do rozwoju. Ludzie poszukiwali lepszej ziemi pod uprawę roślin i hodowlę zwierząt, a przy tym obfitującej w naturalne bogactwa. Jednakże w tamtych czasach migracja miała przede wszystkim zbiorowy charakter i dotyczyła zazwyczaj całych plemion, które zabierały z sobą wszystko co posiadały, tj. rośliny uprawne, zwierzęta oraz narzędzia. Obecnie natomiast migracja przyjęła zindywidualizowaną formę. W XXI wieku decyzję o wyjeździe poza miejsce zamieszkania osoby podejmują samodzielnie lub co najwyżej wspólnie ze swoimi rodzinami.
    From beginnings of the existence of the man on the earth people moved seeking the better place for themselves. The main cause of these migrations of you the hope that you will find more favorable conditions for development. People seeking better Land under crops and animal husbandry, and at the alone time rich in natural resources. However in those times the migration had collective character above all and usually concerned the entire tribes which took everything with themselves what had, i.e. crop plants, animals and tools. At present however the migration assumed the individualized form.     The aim of this article is to introduce a characteristic of the dissident movement and the anti-totalitarian literature in Bulgaria in the period 1944–1989. In the early‚ 90s a group of very important researchers began to focus on an accurate description of a Bulgarian dissident movement and migration literature. The results of researches in the field of history and literary studies do not give a coherent and explicit definition of dissent, dissident movement or migration dissident literature. In addiction recent works in literary studies, are not based on the various paradigms of dissent, but they create new terms and categories to describe the phenomena of cultural and literary period of the People’s Republic of Bulgaria from 1944 to 1989. The most popular are: alternative canon, anti-totalitarian literature, alternative literature, illegal literature – and in relation to dichotomies: literature of the PRB, socialist realism, socialist canon, official literature.

    The term of spatial mobility applies to all age groups of the population. Among researchers there is a lively debate about migration of older people caused by still progressive problem of aging. The article brings up the problem of spatial mobility in old polish and oversees research. Population of elderly people divides into three subpopulations: young seniors, older seniors, the oldest seniors. Motives, migratory patterns and socio-economic features are different in every group. Author presents research results concerning senior migration in therms of theoretical conceptions, reasons, direction and socio-economic structures.
    Mobilność przestrzenna dotyczy wszystkich grup wiekowych ludności. Postępujący proces starzenia się ludności wpływa na coraz częstsze poruszanie problematyki migracji osób starszych przez badaczy. Artykuł podejmuje problematykę badań dotyczących mobilności ludzi starych w polskich oraz zagranicznych badaniach naukowych. Populacja osób starszych dzieli się na trzy suppopulację, tj. młodych seniorów, starych seniorów oraz najstarszych seniorów. Motywy, przebieg migracji oraz cechy społeczno-ekonomiczne migrantów są inne w każdej z tych grup. Autorka przedstawia stan badań dotyczących migracji seniorów z uwzględnieniem koncepcji teoretycznych, przyczyn, kierunków oraz struktury społeczno-ekonomicznej migracji osób starych.

    The project of international scientific conference, inspired by the thought of Gilles Deleuze and Félix Guattari, encourages to look from the position of different disciplines and research methodologies at broadly understood minority problematics. The following specific issues have been proposed as a subject of reflection: minority identity; dependency, anti-dependency and post-dependency aspects of the relationship between the minority and the majority; borderland phenomenon; center–periphery relations; spatial mobility vs minorities; cultural difference; meeting people of different cultures; multiculturalism vs interculturalism and transculturalism; minority discourse on minorities. At the same time, the issue of minority is placed on the grounds of “long duration”, regarded as an important part of the intellectual heritage of the Enlightenment, applied or rejected in the modern concept of a man (the ideas of freedom, equality, human rights, tolerance) and in the ways the description of the World is constructed (categories essentialism, normativity, universalism).

    Cuba, due to the geographical location, is geostrategically important in the region, which was understood by the leaders of the United States, the Soviet Union, and in recent years also by the People's Republic of China. The history of the Cuban-Chinese contacts dates back to the days of creating of cultural and civilization governance by European invaders in Latin America, but it was not established by the political and economic relations, which began just after World War II, the creation of Communist Cuba and China. In the article, the author took an attempt to present the cultural, polit-ical and economic changes in relations of the two countries over more than 500 years in a variety of conditions arising from changes in the international environment and the position of China and Cuba in the context of the international relations.

Takie ukierunkowanie poszukiwań uwzględnia specyficzną sytuację Polaków w Niemczech i brak statusu mniejszości narodowej. Fakt ten ma daleko idące konsekwencje edukacyjne w tworzeniu możliwości rozwoju nowych form organizacyjnych nauki języka polskiego w Niemczech jedynie w ramach aktualnie obowiązującego prawa i dotyczy wzmacniania oferty organizacyjnej nauki języka polskiego jedynie jako języka obcego. Rezultaty opracowania ukierunkowane na przedstawienie współczesnych uwarunkowań, problemów i rozwiązań organizacyjnych nauczania języka polskiego w szkołach publicznych w Niemczech wpisują się w otwartą debatą na temat statusu Polaków w Niemczech, związaną z ich staraniami o posiadanie statusu mniejszości narodowej. Działania i inicjatywy podejmowane są również przez Polaków mieszkających w Niemczech, tak jak przez polski rząd.
    The goal of the article is to present the contemporary condition, problems and views of organisation of teaching Polish in public, German, education system. The research include the specific situation of Polish people living in Germany, and the lack of the status of a national minority. According to the applicable education law in Germany, the fact (the lack of a status of a national minority) results that Polish can be taught only as a foreign language in German schools. The goal of the elaboration is to present the contemporary condition, problems and views of organisation of teaching Polish in public schools in Germany. The research is conducted due to the open debate about the status of Polish people in Germany and their endeavour to posses the the status of a national minority. The actions and initiatives are taken as well by Polish people living in Germany, as by the Polish Government.

    This paper presents a way of using the Markov chain model for the analysis of migration based on the example of banknote migration between regions in Poland. We have presented the application of the methodology for estimating one-step transition probabilities for the Markov chain based on macro-data gathered during the project conducted in the National Bank of Poland (NBP) in the period of December 2015–2018. We have shown the usefulness of state-aggregated Markov chain not only as a model of banknote migration but as migration in general. The banknotes are considered here as goods, so their migration is strictly related to, inter alia, the movement of people (commuting to work, business trips, etc.).Thus, the gravity-like properties of cash migration pointed to the gravity model as one of the most pervasive empirical models in regional science. Transition probability of the Markov chain expressing the attractive force between regions allows for estimating the gravity model for the identification of relevant reasons of note and, consequently, people migration.
    W artykule przedstawiono sposób wykorzystania łańcucha Markowa do analizy migracji na przykładzie przemieszcza się banknotów między regionami w Polsce. Przedstawiono zastosowanie metodyki szacowania prawdopodobieństw przejścia dla łańcucha Markowa na podstawie makrodanych zebranych w ramach projektu realizowanego w NBP w okresie od grudnia 2015 do końca 2018 roku. Wykazano przydatność zagregowanego w stanach łańcucha Markowa nie tylko jako modelu migracji banknotów, lecz także jako modelu migracji w ogóle. Banknoty traktowane są tu jako towary, więc ich migracja jest ściśle związana m.in. z przemieszczaniem się ludzi (dojazdy do pracy, podróże służbowe itp.). Tak więc tzw. grawitacyjne właściwości migracji gotówki wskazały na model grawitacyjny Reilly’ego jako jeden z najbardziej rozpowszechnionych modeli empirycznych stosowanych w analizach regionalnych. Prawdopodobieństwa przejść łańcucha Markowa wyrażających siłę przyciągania między regionami pozwoliło na oszacowanie modelu grawitacyjnego w celu zidentyfikowania istotnych przyczyn migracji banknotów jak i ludności.

    In the panorama of international migration statistics, there is a progressive growth of registrations of Italian citizens residing abroad. In particular, the steady increase in consular registrations based in the People’s Republic of China is striking. The expression “new emigrations” is an increasingly recurrent among scholars to highlight the quantitative and qualitative changes that have characterised Italian emigration abroad in recent years. The choice to emigrate depends on many factors, the very definition of new emigration calls into question aspects of the debate that imply a careful evaluation of the different components that characterize its profile. Which dimensions, above others, act on the choice to emigrate? Which aspects characterize the profile of Italians who decide to undertake an emigration experience in the People’s Republic of China, albeit temporary? New Italian migration in Shanghai is a Skilled Migration? In this article, we will focus on some results of a qualitative research conducted on the new Italian emigration to China1. More precisely, in the following pages we try to bring out which dimensions act in the choice to emigrate and which aspects characterize the profile of Italians who decide to emigrate to Shanghai.
