mediation rules - Opis:
- The main subject of his article is employee mediation at individual disputes. The possibility of conducting mediation in employment law is since 2005 after changes of Code of Civil Procedures. This changes makes possible conducting mediations within the company before bringing the lawsuit. There is a list of possible reasons of employee disputes in the article and relation of them with management strategy used by supervisor and also relations with individual ways of solving conflicts which are chosen by sides consciously or not from circle of conflict by CH. Moore. There is also analysis of mediation rules and application of them in employment mediations. Mediation was indicated as a continuum concept in strategy in dispute situation. There is also description of process of employee mediation conducted at workplace. There is also description of different types of mediators and their role in conducting employee mediations.
